I would say both visits are nice, but driving at night in the area is so quiet and there are parts of the road that don't have lights (fields).If you like to taste great foods, come here during the day. If you are familiar with the place, then it's OK to travel at night and probably there's a live band.The place is near Tagaytay Highlands and has a great view of Mount Makiling.
