Servers were literally throwing food on the table, which is taboo in Japanese culture. Servers seem oblivious of the needs of the diners that diners would always have to ask for things missing on the table. Getting hold of these servers is pretty annoying, too. The place is so tiny, and yet you can hardly get them when you need them.The quality of the food is terrible. We have ordered 2 servings of salmon sashimi, and when it arrived, it looked forced thawed and salmon was glued together to be able to slice it. You cannot make out which part of the salmon it was. And it was chewy. The wasabi is the worst I've tasted that we had to ask for its powder form. Soya sauce is so dark and cheap. This place advertise for quality Japanese food and and yet they serve cheap ingredients and items.Ceasars salad was sweet, miso soup very salty and edamame were thin and no beans. Their food is completely different from the photo and from the Japanese food I know.It is misleading and also cheating your diners. If you compare it to other Japanese restaurants in the Philippines, the price is not cheap and yet they cheat on people by serving sub-standard Japanese food. Although the waiters were busy during lunchtime, we found an empty table ourselves. We ordered a bundle with roaster chicken, which was good but not as juicy as I had hoped. The tokwa was delicious, but the pancit palabok included in the bundle was overly salty, requiring extra calamansi to balance it out. The leche flan for dessert was not too sweet, which I liked, but the syrup could have been sweeter. Unfortunately, they forgot to serve the halo-halo we ordered and even billed us for it, which was disappointing. While I understand they may be busy, I expected better service.
