Area smells like a toilet. Oyster cake is more of flour cake.

Giovanni Beadman05:26 11/29/22
Amazing little restaurant. We had fried Pancit with pork, shrimp Gambia’s , Chicken Curry, hot tea with calamansi (little green limes).Good service, fair prices I recommend. We couldn’t eat all our food so we gave the rest away to two very hungry children outside and they appreciated it!

Lene73412:20 10/24/22
We will never ever come back here again poor service and they don't compute the right amount that the senior citizens and PWD discount we don't get what we deserve..their drinking water is from tap water only it should be filtered for the benefit of the customers the food wasn't that great. I definitely don't recommend this May Sum restaurant. I'm sorry I'm just being honest. And that is my opinion.

Flora Barus07:10 12/21/19
Delicious food. Worth the price. Good location. But the staffs are rude. When you ask about the menu, instead of explaining, they're laughing at your question

Doreen Peña The Kikay Tita07:41 05/17/19
Yummy food especially their Beef Hofan!

Andy06:09 01/28/19
If you're looking for a genuine Chinese food experience, you will find it here. The beef soup with vegetables was packed with taste and tender. Without too much added salt as you would find in a lot of places, they also have an oyster pancake which may not be the prettiest but you'd want more for sure, staff are very friendly and offer quick service. Give it a try! ☺️

Came here for the Filipino highlight on Ilonggo dishes of Chef Tibong. His dishes were actually a mix of Filipino-Spanish. Everything tasted great especially the Lechon. From the Chinese section, I particularly enjoyed the Peking Duck, which is my super favorite. Ran out initially and had to wait for it but it was worth it!First time to try the curacha crab. It was tender and tasty. The shrimp was really fresh and baked mussels cheesy. The dessert station had a variety of items. Had the La Paz Batchoy Ice Cream, which surprisingly tasted good. Had the native chocolate drink which tasted like what my Lolo used to make.Of course, I enjoyed the bread, cheeses and cold cuts which are my favorite food. Washed down all the food with apple juice and hot tea.Couldn’t try the other dishes anymore. Was so full!On the service side, had to follow up on requests a few times but overall, quite a good dining experience.

HK Muslimah LTC07:44 08/03/23
Great venue for reunions, family gatherings and company get togethers.Complete range of food available, including a small section of halal food (suggest the halal food be put together with seafood items and vegetarian).Despite being full on a weekend, still felt cosy and warm.

Joshua Garcia09:13 07/18/23
Ambiance is good. Food is good. Steak is great! :)Acoustics are not that good though.

Rhonsaturn See06:50 07/05/23
Everything was perfect, from each international dish, drink, pastries and sweets. Ambiance was very relaxing from the restaurant to the lobby.

Barracuda Bob03:41 06/21/23
A ton of selection. Sashimi was nice and fresh. Roast beef was nice and tender. Dimsum was good too. Servers very attentive. i recommend👍🏼

Edgardo Masamayor Jr16:40 05/24/23
I always look forward to waking up to hotel breakfast buffets. However my experience here last week was unlike any other. Each of the food stations now has a glass wall in front preventing people from getting food on their own. The only way to get food is to point what you like to eat, give your plate to the server then wait for your plate back with the food. To me, this is probably the most disruptive safety measure I have ever experienced. This took away the fun and excitement of trying new dishes. I'm just so thankful that Manila Hotel still serves one of the best varieties of food including my local favorites like danggit, tocino, longganisa apart from the usual bacon, cereals, dimsum, pastries, salads, cold cuts and others. They also have halal station with yummy indian breads. I'm also glad that all their staff remain well trained and we'll mannered in guiding people of the new safety measure.

EllenRose Basilio14:03 02/22/23
My favorite part of this buffet experience is the cochinillo. The skin is crispy and the meat is tender and flavorful. The liver sauce makes it even better. The food selection is wide (Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Filipino, Italian, Steaks, Seafoods, desserts etc. but not overwhelming. It is impressive that each dish is of quality and is worth trying. Another pro is that food is served plated and garnished which makes dining more convenient and less messy. I was hesitant at first since it is less popular than other hotel buffets but surprisingly, I had the best time. I also commend the staff for being attentive and accommodating to everyone.

Corz Baluyut17:45 10/15/22
One of the best hotel buffets, if you ask me. The choices were not overwhelming and this allows them to serve quality food. My ultimate favorites were the peking duck, abalone and mushroom, roast beef, lamb chop, and of course their super fresh salmon sashimi.

Kenneth Chua07:55 08/26/22
We were there Thursday. It was expensive, but worth it.Kinda difficult to gauge the value since overall price was high per head. All I can say that they were consistent with the variety, and the cleanliness of the resto.Things to note tho:- Prime rib is originally served rare, you'd need to ask the chef to further grill it if yiu want it medium- well done.- freshness of sashimi varies from time to time, but this time it was good- made to cook shrimps were okay, but was kinda mushy this time. But was huge and cooked well. Freshness issue I suppose.- must make room for desserts. They have a lot from halo halo to 10 flavors of ice cream to pastries to crepes and so on.- steaks are generally heavy to the stomach, but there are a lot of varieties and sauces in the 'churrasco' section.- make sure to have your post meal coffee and tea to help with fullness.Note 1: check for promos like bdo cards. You can get up to 35% off. In our case, it was dinner priced at 3500++ it went down to 2300++Note 2: minor rant on the servers because it's hard to quantify on how much food they should scoop for you. Be loud and clear when asking for a dish. And yes, it's not self serve yet, still need to ask them to serve you portions per dish per section.Overall 5/5 with discount price, ambience, and consistency of the buffet.

Lene73410:23 04/06/22
I had my breakfast buffet I checked in alone as a bday gift for myself ha ha and their breakfast buffet was great it's like they serve lunch or dinner buffet. Lots of food choices. Taste great.

Edgar Kho17:04 12/28/21
Maybe the best and quality buffet in the Metro. The food are all excellent and flavourful. The steak and grills are really great (for a buffet). The only reason it's not 5/5 is because the selection for beverage are not many.

Very nice place to dine Filipino dishes. Service is first class and staff are very friendly. Will definitely be back again.

Edson Martinez10:48 05/03/23
The food here was great. The lobster was soo tasty and doused in butter and garlic. The spicy prawns were a good size and also delicioso. The cucumber lemonade was fresh squeezed and tasted natural. The view was amazing and the atmosphere was very relaxing and quiet. The only downside was the service was a little slow and lacking but im not sure if that is normal for this part of the world. Anyways, i would gladly come back just for the food, even if it does take a little longer than average to get service

Andrea06:24 03/29/23
Nice view from this place.Personally I found that the food is just average with a higher price, nothing especial. All dishes come with same mince carrots and peas.I feel you are paying here for the view. You can find better sea food somewhere else.

Kayla Egan18:00 02/10/23
Beautiful spot with a really great view. There were a couple of hiccups with the service but the menu and food were great. There is a sign out the front saying "wait to be seated" and we waited for a while and a line built up behind us but no one came so we just walked in. Got a seat straight away so no need to wait. We also asked for the cheque and it never came so we went up to pay. Minor issues but great place overall.

JM Gavino05:40 01/09/23
This place made me fell madly inlove with baked salmon. It literally is a heaven to your palate, chessy creamy and saltiness. It has a good over looking scenery of manila bay but because it is still not well maintained (by govt/people?), youll see unwanted garbage but does not smell that can ruin your appetite. Anyway, we enjoyed the food. You need to ride a taxi to get here, accepts walk ins.Food ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Place ⭐️⭐️⭐️Price $$$$

Miles Leighreeven12:42 11/17/22
The place is good except for the way going inside the restaurant since its messy and the car park has kids roaming around asking for food. The food was definitely great but the service time is so bad. I even cancelled my ordered soft drink due to so delayed service. We even settled our bill at the cashier directly.Serving size and taste is great so value for your money especially if you dine with a group. Except for the serving time.

Mathew Sams12:44 03/13/22
Really nice place to watch the sunset over Manila Bay. Broad array of seafood cooked on Filipino and Asian style. There is some more simple dishes though (it's not all super exotic). Service was good although sometimes a little bit casual. The entrance is messy and the waiting area has a sewage odour (that thankfully does not continue to the tables area). Price of food is high-ish, but not fine dining high.

Quan Wu06:43 02/15/22
Feeling the sea and the best food from Manila. Since long time didn't eat like this kind place. At Manila everywhere is the big building 🏢,but at here u will really fell u still alive. Nice food and also the price is not high. Will back again. Go and fell the food life.

Good variety- lots of choices. This is one of the few buffets where u find a whole lechon roasted on site.Their carving station offers excellent selections , same with their dimsum station. Their chicken feet is excitingly big and tender. Shrimps are also of decent size.Staff are attentive and warm.Worth trying.

I had a wonderful dining experience at Market Cafe in Malate Manila. The food is amazing, with a variety of dishes to choose from. The price is reasonable for the quantity and quality of the food.I highly recommend Market Cafe to anyone who loves good food and good service. It is one of the best restaurants in Malate Manila. I will definitely come back again.

This cafe is my go-to spot for a morning pick-me-up. The moment I walk through the door, I'm greeted by the friendly staff who know me by name. The coffee is consistently excellent, and they offer a wide range of options to suit every taste. The atmosphere is bright and cheery, and they have comfortable seating both indoors and outdoors. The pastries and sandwiches are made fresh daily and are absolutely delicious. Whether I'm in a rush or looking to relax, this cafe always hits the spot!

A delightful buffet experience at Market CafeI had a wonderful dinner at Market Cafe with my friends last week. The restaurant is located on the third floor of the New Coast Hotel Manila, which is a deluxe 5-star hotel in the city. The restaurant has a spacious and elegant dining area, with a view of the interactive kitchens where the chefs prepare the dishes. The buffet offers a wide variety of cuisines, including Western, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and Filipino. There are also stations for salads, soups, breads, cheeses, and desserts. The food quality is excellent, and everything is fresh and flavorful. I especially enjoyed the seafood section, where they had crabs, shrimps, mussels, oysters, and fish. You can have them cooked in different ways, such as grilled, steamed, or baked. The sushi and sashimi were also very good, and they had a nice selection of sauces and condiments. The service was impeccable, and the staff was very friendly and attentive. They refilled our drinks regularly and cleared our plates promptly. They also gave us some recommendations on what to try and how to enjoy the food. They were very professional and courteous. The price was reasonable for the quality and quantity of food. We paid about 1500 per person, which was a good deal for a buffet in a 5-star hotel. We were very satisfied and happy with our meal.I highly recommend Market Cafe to anyone who loves buffet dining. It is one of the best restaurants in Manila and I will definitely come back again.

Eloisa Aberin03:33 05/03/23
The restaurant's bright and airy ambiance, combined with the attentive and friendly service, creates a comfortable and enjoyable dining experience. Market Cafe also offers live cooking stations where diners can interact with the chefs and have their food prepared to their liking. Moreover, the restaurant uses fresh and high-quality ingredients in all their dishes, making it a perfect place to indulge in a wide variety of international cuisine. The wide selection of desserts is also worth mentioning, with a variety of sweet treats to choose from.

Shiki GQ04:12 03/31/23
The breakfast buffet was delicious, with many options to choose from! The staff were very polite and helpful as well. Worth the stay at New Coast Hotel Manila!

Phylicia Marie Choy05:56 10/01/22
Much different from what it was pre pandemicService is 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ but food is just okay. We got the BDO less 30% off promo for my in laws' anniversary celebrationHighly recommend the lamb and the dessert selection. The ube brulee and the churros are great and the donut station was cute. The lychee ice cream are good too

Emmanuel Iluzada07:25 12/30/21
If you are looking for simpler buffets with less crowd, then this is the place. Selections are few but as someone that gets overwhelmed with too much food options, then this is good for me. I personally like the lechon belly and the various meat dishes. The security guards and all the waiters are all very accommodating.

This bar has a great view of Manila Bay especially sunset. We're just confused with the location because during daytime it's open for breakfast and lunch, it's called Makan Makan. They open at 6PM. Menu and drinks are too pricey.

Unshakable Foodie10:59 02/14/23
White Moon Bar in Manila Ocean Park is one of the most Romantic Bars you shouldn't ever miss visiting. You'll definitely love having drinks while enjoying the Sunset view.

Marie21:28 01/18/22
Sunset watching + good food + relaxing ambiance. It's a great spot for dinner or drinks since it's not crowded. You can find this bar inside Hotel H2O (also known as Manila Ocean Park) just facing Manila Bay in Luneta.

Shoo Flay14:13 09/26/21
The bar is now located near the parking of the H2O hotel. Alfresco dining from 11am - 9pm. They offer delivery via online booking. They have a full menu from starter, entree, desert and beverages. Their food is asian grilled mixed inspired, very good for date nights. A wide variety of cocktails and shots are available. I must say this revamped bar is way cheaper than the other seafood resto along the way. Food quality is superb. We went there sunday night and it was one lovely experience. It cost us around 700 php with candle lit dinner. This place is very recommended for couples.

jacky tenorio18:52 03/29/18
The place is nice and cozy but the food here is just so so and actually a bit pricey. The staffs are not that accommodating as well. I guess if you want to watch the sunrise while drinking your beer, this is a good spot but if you want to eat really good food, you might want to try other restos instead.

Very limited options for buffet breakfast. No hot chocolate available, just coffee. Food was underwhelming.

Faron Lovvorn13:14 07/26/23
Worst food I have ever eaten in Manila. Ordered the beef stir-fry noodles and the wife and I were disappointed. The noodles are the cheap variety you can buy real cheap everywhere. They were not even cooked. We mixed the noodles in the skimpy sauce and that didn't help. I thought stir-fry meant cooking noodles in a wok. Also, the beef we got was beef liver. For people who experience gout, it's not allowed to eat any organ meat. As a gout sufferer, I could not eat the beef. Better options and better prices are found, elsewhere.

Grace13:56 03/16/23
It was ok, the service was good but some of the food is a bit salty for me.The place is huge with outdoor seating as well. I'm guessing the hotel guests have their meals here.

Colleen Afan11:42 03/04/23
Had breakfast buffet here during our stay at Hotel H2O. Complimentary breakfast for 2. Food was not that good, lacks flavors. They have unlimited drinks as well - Juice and coffee. They have enough seats to accommodate the guests. Perfect sunrise view.

Liza Lakwatchera04:08 11/23/22
I used to love their food pre-pandemic. Their padthai, oyster omelette, spicy squid, and hot and sour soup were delicious. However, they have already changed the head chef and the menu when we visited again. The food were so-so and pricey considering the taste and quality. Food presentation looks decent. The staffs were nice and accommodating though. Hopefully, they can go back to the menu and quality they used to offer.

J. Map07:19 10/19/22
Will definitely go back to this place! Loved their food, plus their serving is quite big while the price is not that pricey. I love their interiors too. The chairs are so comfy. Their waiters are very attentive and friendly too. Keep up the great work, guys! 👏👏👏

Regina Raza-Vargas (reggiemuffin)14:26 06/04/22
No more laksa and samosa. They changed their menu. I like the menu before pandemic. So many choices. Good food. My mom liked it. Long wait for the food because they are understaffed😩

Louie (The Review Guy)10:08 03/20/22
I'm disappointed with the level of service Makan Makan Asian Food restaurant has gone to. I ate here a couple of times in the past, and I enjoyed the food, service and ambiance. We visited recently after going around Manila Ocean Park. Unfortunately, their service is horrible. When we went there, they told us they are cleaning the tables. We waited more than 20 minutes, and 2-3 tables got vacated but were also not cleaned. We kept following up, and they did nothing. We saw a small group of people who just sat down, and they got their orders earlier than us even though we were there first. It was hard to call any waiter. I noticed that most of the other customers were also not happy. We decided to just leave and eat elsewhere.

Good coffee at affordable price. The coffee is good considering that’s the only coffee shop we found inside ocean park. The interior is pretty nice to take pictures, they also have a limited selection of pastries for quick bite.

Waiter and Chef knows how to keep customers happy.Even though there wasn't any vegan present in menu chef did his best to make something out of menu and serve us.

We went to have our late lunch at this cafe on Nov 17, 2018 at around 1:30 in the afternoon. Well, to be candid food was good. However, as I observed it,the food attendants on duty were not so keen on customer service. Since you cater to customers, might as well be courteous. And please serve with a smile. You forgot to put the utensils and paper tissues, to think you have no other customers at that time.

Joshua George Lujero00:43 09/30/17
A decent coffee shop.I'll say this is one of those few coffee shops that give you great real coffee for a fair price.Coffee is very good, as well as the pastries.Agaib, price is fair. Can become crowded but not always.

This resto has potential and the staff are courteous. It has an indoor pool adjacent to the dining area inside Ocean Park. However, it is also probably the worst econo buffet we've ever had. This resto boasts with its posters claiming to offer "Exquisite" buffet with matching photos of food of around 6 or maybe 8 varieties of viands, but upon arriving soon as it opened, we're welcomed with only 2 entree options, one of which is very salty and untenderized pork afritada (stew) , and the other is undercooked chicken adobo. They also offer a side dish of fried chips and boiled vegetable and a pitcher of iced tea will make you wonder if it is an econo-buffet because it will cost you Php 350.00 ($7.00) for a measly small (about 2.5 or 3 Liters) of cheap flavored iced tea tower. To say that the food is 'mediocre' would be an understatement.Overall it's disappointing experience for us from buffet restaurant that is inside a respectable waterpark who charges anywhere from ₱500 to ₱1000 per head. Definitely a far cry from being exquisite.

Clarizza Abarquez05:36 05/13/18
At lunch time, where there are many customers but when you enter there is no prepared food. It's all gone. And the refill haha took a long time. Yep, it's cheap but go to Jollibee and you'll enjoy it hahaha.

Superb Chinese food in the metro. Just like the ones in HK. Prices on the high side unless you have a Prestige card where bill will be reduced by 50%.

Had dinner here with close friends few days ago. Ambience is superb since it is located inside a 5 star hotel. Food was good but nothing extra special. The waiters were very accomodating too.

It's my first time to rate all in 5 stars 🥰🥰 I'm suuupper happy with my choice. Light dinner na ang heavy. Ordered the fried noodles with Angus beef in premium soya sauce. Grabe sulit sya!! Big serving and the beef is really tasty and tender. We had xiao long bao and of course the glutinous rice ball in cream. 1 piece is enough. Definitely will come back again. Sulit ang prestige card ng Manila Hotel. The staffs are supppper friendly and very approachable. Just take note this is per reservation basis.

After checking out, we had our lunch here, we having ala carte meals but kids want to try their unli dimsum...well price is 1288 nett. We almost tried all their dimsum, not so much varity to choose from like other hotel resto thats offer unli dimsum...Food is average or ok not that so good. Place and service is ok.

I brought my wife and in-laws here to have dinner. After being patrons of manila hotel and their great restaurants like cafe ilang ilang and champagne room, i can’t beleive that this is the first time that we will be able to try red jade. The restaurant has nice interiors and has a very cozy and intimate feel. Being filipino-chinese, i have to say that the place really embodies what a typical chinese restaurant is supposed to be and add a liitle more extra for posh and elegance. But as always, it all boils down to the food. I ordered the dishes that are common in typical chinese restaurant menus. I did it to make a more accurate comparison. We had seafood spinach soup, sweet and sour pork, deep fried squid in salted egg yolk, spinach tofu with mushrooms and dried scallops, and red jade signature fried rice. Of all the dishes we ordered, the red jade signature fried rice is a definite winner. It was generous with toppings and you can really taste the crab meat. It was encased in lotus leaf which gave it more flavor. The squid was soft and unique with the salted egg yolk sauce. The soup was also tasty and loaded with seafood. The spinach tofu was great too and generous with sauce. The sweet and sour pork was ok but the meat was quite tough.Bottomline, we had a great experience. Service was great and the staff were very attentive to our needs and were very accomodating. The serving of the food for ala carte short orders were generous and good for 3-4 persons. However, this restaurant is quite pricey. We enjoyed perks of having 50% off our food bill because of prestige vip membership and we also used a 1000 pesos voucher that also came with the vip membership. So you might want to reserve this restaurant for special occassions.

A beautiful restaurant in an exquisite hotel, The Manila. The food was absolutely top notch but be warned, the portions are large (not a complaint). We order a Yong chow fried rice which was delicious, and enough for four. The same for my wife's mixed vegetables in a Tarot ring. Very good indeed, but enough for more than 2. And the sweet and sour pork I have to back to have again. The good thing about the food leftover was that the restaurant we're happy to bag it up, and we took and gave to some of the homeless children, of which too many abound in Manila.

You don't have to fly to hongkong or taiwan just to eat chinese food. It can be found here in Jade Restaurant Manila Hotel. The food were outstanding. Though a little bit pricey, but its okay. We love the food, the ambiance. Definitely would love to come back here.

An excellent place for entertainment, but days during school days would be better because there is no crowding

عبدالرحمن08:23 07/31/17
I advise not to visit them on weekends because you are unable to enter the player, it is very crowded, and I think that it does not reach the level of water parks in Malaysia, Thailand, or even Bahrain. It is not what you expect. Its location is excellent on the beach and beautiful views. At the top of the mountain there is the rest of the player and the scenic views. If the weather is very humid, do not go to it at noon, but rather at two or three o’clock. The first time you enter the shows are dolphins and pandas, because they close early at 5.5. As for the amusement parks, they do not close until night.
