My Ramen is salty and my hubby's Beef Gyudon doesn't taste like Gyudon at all. Their Tofu was quite tasty and I loved that they left a pot of Sencha at our table.The place is huge and Instagrammable and the the staff are attentive. The yakitori was ok, but some pieces were burnt, and some were raw. The salmon spicy salad was fishy beyond measure. Feels like it may have been close to turning bad any second now. On top of all of this, there were a ton of tiny flies all around the place.Overall, would not recommend. If you're looking for an affordable place to eat at Newport mall, maybe try Peri peri chicken instead. Would not recommend. We asked for water 3 times b4 we actually got our water.We ordered Tori Teri Don and Gyudon. Both rice were a little under. We ordered the station Sampler too. I can say the food is very satisfying and meat is of high quality. Truly worth every penny. All of the staffs especially Cez, Shane and Jeff were very friendly and committed to great service. They always suggest what to try and we never went wrong with their recommendations! Will definitely come back again. 🙂
