The clichè "best bang for your buck" applies to this place, which is one of the most popular restaurants serving Filipino food. The sizzling tofu is a heaping serving with lots of delectable sauce. The salt and pepper pork was worth its low price. We will always come back to Gilligan's because of its affordable and delicious dishes. Service, too, is commendable.

I always go back for their sizzling tofu when I wanted to give my life a little booze to seize the pressure of the day. The tofu is well fried with crunchiness texture & it's flavor is creamier with mild spiciness. It's just so sad that I also tried one on Trinoma's branch but it turned me down to my least expectations, the tofu tastes not fresh anymore and almost contradict to what I have tasted in Araneta City same goes with the look, dry and pale. See photos to compare. I wish all of the branch are uniform with their menus in terms of serving to their customers. I'll give them a fair score to that, this may change of course when we see improvements.. 🙂

We ordered burgers, fries and nachos for take-away. The wait was very long, almost 30 minutes. While we waited, we had street kids come into the restaurant begging. My son said he saw lice on one of them. They went to another table with guests and picked up the mustard bottle (I couldn’t see if they drank from it?), but the staff just looked at them. In the past, in other venues, the staff would ask them to leave. But the Zark staff did nothing. It was awkward and uncomfortable.The food itself was pretty good. We ordered a large fries and when we opened the take away bag, it was broken into a small and medium container and the fries were cold and not crunchy.The burgers were excellent!

Ordered a cajun and surprise burger. The beef patty was big and full. The vegan patty almost tasted like beef but with a spike of tanginess.The service was ok. We had a customised burger and fries order but only the fries were customised.We sat by the window, the shelves behind us were empty and lonely. The ceiling above us was not fully painted and we could see the dust dancing in front of us.But overall the burgers were good for a shark bite!

I ordered these guys through GRAB. The food was amazing quality the burger was a large size and I must say the texture was very nice and pleasing. This was my first time to patron this establishment next time I believe we will eat there in person but they prepared the order pretty fast and got it here through GRAB in a timely manner I have no complaints I have only high remarks for the quality of the food and the speed that they got the order out.

Why I have 5 star rating is because of their customer service. The staff assisted us from entrance, ordering, request, etc. They were very polite and nice. I even thought they charge a service fee because of how they assisted us. The burgers are also a must try and value for your money. There famous jaw breaker is only at 319 pesos which is a good deal. Plus they have their biggest bigger which is for free if u finish it in 5 minutes.🤤 I can come back for more!

Between the two of us, we managed to order a rice meal, a burger. appetizers, and pasta. Everything tasted great and would definitely come back here. It took a bit longer for the rice meal to be served but it was worth it. Just maybe don’t order that it you’re a tad impatient. The only reason I have a four is because of the condition of the place. The toilet seat in the bathroom needs either better cleaning or replacement altogether. The floor was also slippery - in this case, greasier is NOT better.

Have to travel all the way from South to this branch for a meeting. They served the usual typical Chinese dishes. Friendly and attentive staff. Same taste and quality of food as expected from them. Impressed with the luxurious maintenance of this Gloria Maris branch unlike some authentic Chinese restaurant that tastes great but not too keep on upkeep. Everything we ordered was spot on flavorful, excellent value for money!They have function rooms and we were surprised we were assigned a big private room that fits up to 40 pax though we were only a group of less than 10.Nearest parking is basement level of Gateway 2 and the nearest parking elevator leads right in front on Gloria Maris on the 4th floor.50% reservation required for advance bookings.There was a courteous and attentive dedicated wait staff assisting our group throughout our 4-hr stay.COVID-19 prevention protocols in place. Comfort rooms are spotless clean.

Beef Hofan is amazing. We all love it. Hakaw and shrimp salad are both good too. The rest of the food were okay. Service was fast. Not much customer service that goes extra mile to recommend what's best to try for a first timer like me.

Buddy's Restaurant infrastructure of Novotel Araneta.this was specifically July 14th supper time.We were on vacation with family. we went back and forth to this restaurant as we heard the food was great. one time we were there, my sister in law asked for a hot tea. the girl in the cash said they don't have. but we ordered the same thing the day before. and so she went to the back, she came back and gave the same thing. so my sister in law asked again as my mother in law can't drink cold. so she took and went back again but hesitantly. when she came back she had the hot tea but there was like a bubble on top, which we thought it's a spit. so my mother in law got disgusted and throw it. we should have taken a picture but she threw right away. and what so obvious is everyone were looking at us.this is unacceptable...so if they're upset with a customer they will just spit on your food!!!!

They have a wide range of choices in their menu and they serve authentic Filipino flavors. Food is delicious, I enjoyed it very much. The location is conveniently located around many establishments and the ambiance inside the place is nice and comfortable. WORTH IT!Based on other reviews, best sellers are: Oyster Sisig, 3 cheese pizza, and the Habanero Lechon Kawali.Unfortunately, the pizza was not a good match for the lechon kawali so we had the Balut Takoyaki instead. The Balut Takoyaki was a bit off. Not really my type. It was a good appetizer tho.Obviously, the Sisig and the lechon kawali was an easy 100/10! I want to note that lechon kawali serving size is 1 kilo so better bring at least 1k php. You can take out the leftovers so no issues on that.I suggest going there on a weekday lunch closer to 11am if you want to avoid the long lines and all.For the place, it was expected to have a few insects here and there since it was open spaced. Didn't affect food quality tho :)Overall, will go back for the lechon kawali. Definitely a checklist worth ticking ✅

We went there for dinner at around 7pm. We were number 28 on the line, and they were serving customer number 18. We decided to wait for our turn instead of leaving for some other restaurant. Got some drinks at a neighboring bar.An hour later, we were given seats. We ordered the 3 cheese pizza, oyster sisig, and the truffle pasta. THE WAIT WAS SO WORTH THE FOOD.The waitress said that the pasta is good for 1, but I think it can also be shared for up two people. So creamy and thick. The oyster sisig was flavorful and best eaten with rice; still crispy even after it's already cold and has been on the table for 30 minutes. The pizza, is to die for and comes with a sauce. Basta, ang sarap!We will surely come back to try some other things!

This restaurant did not disappoint. Three cheese pizza was so good, buttery and cheesy. The pasta, we did not expect to be that good but it was easily the best dish for me. However, we like the oyster sisig the least. But I think its just that we prefer pork over oysters. Its still a good experience. One thing that I didn't like was our table. We were seated outside and there is a slope so we were slanted the entire time which was uncomfy.

Simply amazing.Staff was accommodating. The place had great seats and tables, but I felt the air-conditioning in the closed area was a bit lacking. The service was quick and the staff were responsive.The food was simply amazing. Nothing too fancy, but every bite is just a delight. The lechon kawali was cooked perfectly, with the right amount of crunch on the skin. The Three Cheese pizza did not feel like it was too much cheese and the mango habanero sauce kicks it up a notch. The oyster sisig was rich and must be paired with rice.Overall, 10/10 experience, a must-try.

I spent half of my life in this area and most of my growing up years I had the liberty to hangout in Cubao Expo. It seems like nothing has changed throughout the decade but the new stores got me really excited.One of the reasons to re-visit this place is Habanero that undeniably made noise online with its great selection of food. Popular choices Lechon Habanero, Oyster Sisig, and Three Cheese. If you are not into spicy recipes, watch out for the hotness of Lechon. Food did not disappoint and are averagely priced. Expect a swarm of dine-in customers during Lunch or Dinner time and we’d always go on downtime during weekends.

Just remember to eat moderately to avoid your batok from popping 😅 The Leche Flan was good but it tasted more custardy to me. Not a fan of their Anchovy Hangar Steak. Our waiter was very polite and accommodating. Hope they open branches to cater more customers. 😊

Having been here twice, the dining experience is swell. Their menu is colorful and would easily satisfy your Filipino food cravings.Prices here are justified by the taste, skill of presentation and of course, taste. Though I suggest that eating here should be saved for a special occasions as the cost of having a full experience oa full meal (appetizer, main course, dessert and drinks) can cost you upwards of 2,000 PHP.They have an open-space dining area; food preparation can take as long as 30 minutes, and the wait time to be seated even longer.The only thing I dislike is that you cannot order in advance or call-in to have a reservation (although given since crowds flock in almost all time of the day).

It's my second time eating here and the quality of the food has not changed. It was a Sunday so we expected that there would be a lot of people. We have our names listed at around 1pm and got to be seated around 4:00 pm. Nonetheless, the food was worth the wait. Can't wait to be back again.

EXTREMELY GOODalways on-spot, the food has always been amazing. Their chef is very creative in making their dishes, the desserts are all unique. Staffs are nice but sometimes hard to call due to influx of diners. I dined 4 times in a week here despite coming from the south. Just expect to wait long since there are a lot of people wanting to dine as well.

Waitresses taking their Breaktime all at the same time waited for my Bill to be taken but no one came. i took my payment to the cashier and noticed that the Cashier is also on Break. I felt so un welcome when the cashier took my bill she looked so dissapointed felt like i disturbed their chit chat with their non customer guest while taking their Breaktime and i think thay Guy is a personal Guest no Business related. I am a regular customer for years and from branch in Greenhills i told the cashier/waitress this will be reported to you superiors, "She replied go ahead it's your choice". Because of this i will never go back to this establishment we use to love this place but since they have this staffs that behave that they own this place No way for my Buddies and Business partners or any means of going back! i will never forget my experience with that Chubby waitress/Cashier

It's bwen a while since we dined here, pre-pandemic pa. Glad that they are still open.Service is okay, takes around 10 minutes before order is served. Been eating at Mr. kabab for over 13 years and this is the first time i tried the chicken kabab. I dont even remember if they had this option before. It's a good alternative for those who avoid red meat.I hate the part that they dont have the tenderloin option on their special beef chelo. That's also the common issue with the West Ave Branch.

We ordered Chicken Kababs since it’s their specialty on the restaurant. Upon getting our order i thought the serving was so small and the price was not worth it. But when we started eating the chicken was so delicious and though the serving is quite small it made us full. I also love the yougurt shake i’d order so delicious😊😊. The ambiance of the restaurant was also cozy, hence i only gave it a a 4 the reason being we didn’t like the shawarma, it was so dry and it taste so sweet there are so may vegetable put into it that the we can’t taste the meat any more. That was the only criticism i can give, otherwise everything spot on and delicious. The staff were also nice and accommodating to their customers.Kudos to the restaurant👍🏻👍🏻

Food was alright but not better than romantic baboy. I think because of the burner and also the smell parang may insect na nasama sa pag grill haha. But our tummy didn’t get upset so we’re good. Lol

The food and atmosphere is good, but for the serving I find it difficult to call the attention of the crew; maybe because they are too busy or they just choose not to listen when someone is calling for their attention though, once they saw you they will give what you ask as fast as they could.

Delicious and exactly what I was craving! They don't give you too much portions so you don't feel pressured to eat a lot, but you get to order more for free which is the best part! In the US, we would get charged for wasting any little bit, but they are not super strict here and it really makes you less worried about overeating. The food is also spectacular, we had a lot of marinated beef and pork and loved all of it! I took off a star because it looked like someone took several bites out of my rice and the side foods were not good (the carrots were overcooked, the noodles were tasteless, and the fish cake strips were not good). Other than that, would go again!

Great food: Unli meat and sides, try out their soup.Good atmosphere: If you're a K-pop fan, then this is the place for you.Great service: I always give a tip to the service crew since they are very active when we need something.

This was our first time to finally get inside. It’s a good sign that it’s always busy, like always busy, there’s never a moment there’s not a line or overrun with people. I give the food five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, but the CR is terrible 🤦🏽♂️. Their Kimchee is absolutely Amazing 🤩. They need a few more staff or they need an upstairs or an expansion area. Like most eat all you can Places in the country there is a payment if you have a lot of uneaten food, which is fair and prevents wastefulness, Careful not to order too much. It’s an exciting environment and they aroma it’s just wonderful from all the smoky barbecue and various flavors. They have lots of sauces and they keep your grill clean. I would give them five stars but there’s just a little bit more improvement needed. The price tag for the eat all you can is very affordable I must say. And they have a neat policy which is pretty cool 3 feet eat free, Meaning if your child is 3 feet tall or less they can eat free but if they are taller than 3 feet or 36 inches then there will be a payment but only like P300 and something not too much. Their ice cream is really good.

Just like other Samgyupsalamat branch, they almost always have a long line before you can enter. This place is almost always full, so the staff are always busy providing the guests their sidedishes or their extra order of meat. Quality of meat is still maintained, but they could add few more staff or expand to cater more guests. I'm hoping to be able to buy their sidedishes in the future, as they are still the best as compared to other "Korean grill" restaurants when you compare the flavorful meat, variety and delicious sidedishes and the price.*photos are not mine*

Been a back and forth customer ever since the place opened and service has improved drastically, still get the occasional bad service in the sense that orders take too long, servers forget what we served...etc. but overall a great dining experience still, love the food love the ambience. They don't serve the gravy sauce currently and they are currently doing a maximum of 2hour dine in due to pandemic but trust me that you'll be so full by then anyway

Twas the worst restaurant I have ever been. They served our chopseuy with rotten chicken. The cucumber juice was bland and not refreshing, the mango gulaman was too sweet! The crews were rude. We kept following up our order however they kept on ignoring us

Absurd price... Almost 700pesos for a kare kare in a small microwavable container. Doesn't even taste special. Better off taking out from barrio fiesta. Price is not worth the food. Crispy bagnet is also nothing special. 300 pesos for a few pieces of pork that looks like burnt bacon

Kuya J what happened to the quantity of your food? Portion is too small. I ordered chicken bicol express pero how come puree lang sya? The sauce is delicious thou pero for the price of 309 cannot believe na eto lang ,wala man lang bits of chicken meat

Spoiled corn in Bulalo. They replace it but it's not fresh. It taste bland and old. Bulalo has more beef fats than meat and very little vegetable. Lastly, it serves warm, not hot.We ordered Kuya J Chicken, they didn't give us gravy or sauce.Poor service.Overall, disappointed. Not satisfied.

This is our first time; we finally gave it a try, and we were very impressed. The food was very good, and the service was excellent. This branch is clean and well organized.Outstanding dishes for me were the Roast Chicken and Sinigang na Bangus.Their free appetizers are even good.

the place is located near the bus terminals SM mall Cubao. i believe this is a well known restaurant Kuya J. I ordered salo salo crispy pata for 999php set of rice pork crispy pata ang vegetable chopsuey. and a pitcher ice tea for 180php. cook just right to a crispy skin it crackles when you bite into it. the fatty meat near the skin melts in your mouth! however the pata is little bit oversalted for me. vegetables chopsuey is too raw for my liking the garlic rice ok. verdict is a 3 out of 5

This is my 2nd time to eat at Kuya J, but in different location. I could say that their foods is excellent, a little bit sad because my favorite grilled scallops is not available that day. They have a salo salo meals, we order the one with crispy pata, it comes with a 4 rice, ensaladang talong, pancit and lumpia. All was good and yummy. Also their halo halo is good. A well recommended restaurant.

The place is a great place to celebrate happy moments. The service is okay, with staff ever ready to clean up people's mess as one eats.Although there was plenty of raw food to choose from, we were looking for fresh talaba and sugpo, and crabs; we didn't see any.Some food which was already ready to eat was okay, but I have some doubts if they were fresh when cooked.There were not so many people at the time we were there, and the number of staff is a bit okay with their service. I just don't know how the service would be if the place is heaping with people.

Typical foods at a shabu shabu restaurants. Althought I do not like the look or freshness of the raw food for cooking. And the selections are limited now unlike the early years when this was opened. The beef steak carving here is better than what I tasted at the Vikings though. That is a plus.

Awesome food and service. My stomach didn't have room for more food, I wish I've could have tried every single dish/dessert this place has to offer.Great environment for family and friends, they even have a special surprise, a small piece of cake, for those who are celebrating their birthday in the current month.

In my case where I have to choose what I eat there are options available for me. Veggies, salads, veggies in hotpot, the salmon, tasted the maki. I tell you though the other sushi options are not appetizing to look at because I think it was exposed a little too long the rice is crusty. Can't tell you the desserts though bec. I haven't tasted it. No sweets for me. Though my friend said the cake was dry. Won't go there again though.

Place was pretty empty by the time we get there at 7pm. We wanted to sit closest to the kitchen but walk in have to sit all the way in the back. Manager (la Arnie) or something shouldn’t be running this restaurant if she doesn’t know how to accommodate customers. Never apologize or had some superiority when she talks to the guest. She is absolutely not going to passed the manager standard in other restaurants. She should make her customers happy upon leaving the restaurant. I asked for corporate number to file complaint but instead she gave me their restaurants number at the place in Araneta city where she works.

It's buffet dining with various dish options and they have hotpot , it's spacious and have rooms exclusive for groups of up to 10 persons.Four Seasons have promos for birthday celebrants and groups.Comfort rooms are clean. There is parking in the same building.

We arrived at 8:30 pm and were able to secure a table for 7 pax. The dining staff were accomodating but we were offered another table because the area that I first chose had faulty/poor ventilation because the airconditioning was out of order. Nevertheless, we enjoyed the food until 10:30 pm and decided to leave because the place was jampacked and there were a lot of people in the waiting area and it was getting really noisy and crowded. There was an influx of guests because it's a Saturday night and the events and shows around the Araneta Center just ended.

We ate at Shakeys cubao the food was good they have this promo pizza and mojos for 1600 i think and it was great for lunch. The meal was for 4-6 people. Try it pizza, pasta, and chicken yummers.

Went here after Kim Soo Hyun’s fanmeeting in Araneta Coliseum and the place was also packed. We had to wait outside pa. Pero infairness, staff was accommodating when it was our turn. We ordered their bundle since we were so hungry na.

Been here maybe a long time ago. When there were still live bands performing. Lost my way down parking area. But the security personnel of Araneta Center are courteous, polite and friendly. Just ask them if you're lost or looking for a place or street. They also cater Peri Peri foods. Overall, it's a lively and friendly atmosphere. The food is great and the staff is super!

Great food and ambiance. Salad and dressing is excellent. Chicken was juicy and freshly cooked. Hope the salted egg-flavored chicken skin were served in smaller pieces. Sauces/condiments complemented the dishes. Hope costumer service can be improved by anticipating the needs of customer. Overall great experience.

Great deals of pizza and pasta combination. Usually crowded especially on weekends. Staffs are great and courteous. Great place to eat with family and friends.
