When we called again, they accommodated us right away even if it was nearly their closing time.So thank you so much for Rosario's Cafe's staff for the A+++++ service! The place has a somewhat nostalgic feeling to it from the waiting area to even the floor boards. You'll be surprised at just how big the Stairs are when you first enter the place. Though it seems fairly nice on the inside, you need to keep in mind that some parts of the restaurant feel a bit still in construction. The food there wasn't cheap yet it wasn't super expensive either, it's in a sort of Grey area between being cheap and expensive. The wait time wasn't too long yet the order of the food was somewhat mixed due to the fact that the rice was served last. Now the taste of the food is what you'd describe as fairly good.
