Career Killer Audits22:31 06/12/23Visited on June 1,2023 and was not disappointed. We were able to get a seat upon opening at 11:30 AM. The food selection was plentiful and appeared to be well prepared. They have lots of cooked dishes as well as raw meats, seafood and vegetables you can grill at your table. The beverage station had a Pepsi soda machine along with several other Philippine drinks to choose from.. They also had hot coffee and teas.. The desert station had Halo-Halo, ice cream with all the topping and crepes with four topping to choose from.. They had mouse cakes in a refrigerated case, with what appeared to be a couple choices there. The staff here are well trained. They were friendly, engaging and very kind. As soon as a plate was set aside, a staff member was removing it from the table. The Birthday dance and singing they do for guest was fun and energizing. Overall the experience was good and would definitely recommend trying Yakimix SM City Dasmarinas. We paid 699P or $10.70 per person which was good price for. The chicken is very small also like it was close to being a pigeon and not a chicken anymore. The pancit canton is very less than the usual servings from the other Max's restaurant. The refill for the rice came very late also as we've waited for it for almost 30 mins. The crew is eating in the nearby table next to us together with the customers, we don't know if the management allowed that but we've never seen that in other Max's Restaurant. I am sorry to say but we are not satisfied with the service and portioning of the food and that is enough reason for us not to visit this restaurant anymore, first and last time. They served us fine and I see their staff are doing their best to serve the customers. Their meal is still the same as every McDonald and I think it's great. We came here after waiting on the SM Tickets after a very long waiting. The food that they served us also arrived very quick and its good. Instead the cashier told me that I need to wait because there were 4 other orders ahead of me.I said, don't you even have the courtesy of getting it first because my kids were already waiting for it.Also, the cashier was so lucky because I did not file a complaint.I have back medical history and that's the reason I requested for the sundaes to come first because I can't stand steady that long on the line because of my back pain.As a customer, please think twice before you answer, because, we don't just ask such thing if we just wanted the order badly, we also have our own reasons why we are in a hurry.Yes, we got our sundaes, after few minutes and with very bad experience.
