Very disappointing customer service. Staffs are rude, even the manager herself! We were asking for assitance to order SEVERAL times but they will just look at you then don't mind you after like they haven't seen you waving your hand to call them. Cashier from meters away said "WAIT LANG" then the manager went to our table only to be RUDE! She is frowning and galit asking for the orders and even said "yun lang?!" Like aren't they knowledgeable about customer service?!!! I've thought it's just an isolated case but to my surprise, EACH STAFF WE HAD ASK FOR ASSISTANCE WERE LIKE THAT!!!! They are all RUDE!!!! You'll be asking for assistance and they won't attend to it, will even tell you upfront "WAIT LANG!" then go to where they want to!!!! Very disappointing service!!!!! Some of the food looks dry & like luma na!!!! Never again in this place!!!!!!

Love this restaurant so much.. affordable price with GOOD FOOD

Luk Yuen is one of the old school Chinese restaurants in the Philippines. And surprisingly they still retain the quality and experience that they have had since the 1980s.If one wants good Chinese and that nostalgic feeling of old school restaurants, Luk Yuen has it.The food is still great and the menu has expanded a little bit but the favorites are still there.Service though is a bit disappointing. The place wasn't really full but the servers were a bit on the slow side. It could be better. Coming in, there was a bit of confusion since there was no one on the door to point to where we would sit. We had to approach a waiter to ask but was ignored.Ambience was good and the tables were clean. Nothing to complain there. This is a good choice for a Chinese restaurant if you can get over the lass than average service.

why have Luk Yuen not been given a Michelin star yet. compared with Din Tai Fung. dishes here are at best at par with first class Chinese cuisine. Luk Yuen Glorietta at Makati did not fail my sensory taste buds. I ordered fried noodles with seafood at about USD8. braise beef brisket rice at USD5. the famous black century egg at USD3. its in the pricey side not really for the masses. but if you want quality food then this is one restaurant you would want to visit. the fried noodles really hit the mark perfectly deep fried noodles which gives the crunch on everybite. the seasoning authentic chinese with white squid meat. shrimp and crunchy vegetables the fish was delicious! the century egg perfectly serve the yolk was dark and soft the egg white almost transparent yellow like a jelly but smooth with small bitter aftertaste. the place a little bit warm but big can sit maybe 150 people. there just a little bit misunderstanding with my orders but i got to cancel it with no question ask. there was a little hiccups with debit card payment which means i have to pay cash. but hey! your here for the food! 3 stars!

I love Chinese food and I always go back to Luk Yuen for their halo-halo congee. The restaurant is clean and spacious. Food are reasonably priced and service is warm and friendly.#LVPMoment✔️

Todays experience was not a good one. Service was poor. Slow and staff were not smiling at all. Had to practically beg for house tea and other items. I lost my appetite. Looks like its going to be along while before i come back to this branch. I left no tip on porpuse. The time we came in was at 1:39pm. The place was practically empty.

I ordered Taiwan Beef Tendon Noodles and Chili Dumpling. Price was affordable, and serving was big.Soup stock of the beef noodles was just right, tendon was teally soft and if paired with spicy wanton its perfect.Accepts credit card and cash.

Most of the meals are for sharing. Food actually tastes good. Could be an alternative from Din Tai Fung (they also have xiao long bao but we didn't order it). Ma-vetsin haha, nakakaantok after kumain. Good staff but sometimes it's hard to call them as they were not looking at us.

Jaq F08:11 07/16/23
The food was very good. We were all satisfied. Service was good. The dessert took long to prepare but overall, we had a good experience.

vannesa salinas14:05 03/14/23
Good food. Reasonable price definitely not cheap. Portion is shareable. Service is good.

L F10:44 02/18/23
So many restaurants, but couldn't decide on one. We randomly chose this one, and we were not disappointed. Every dish we ordered was very flavourful and delicious. No leftovers. Taiwanese fried rice, hot and sour soup, chicken, stirfried veggies. We wanted to try the soup dumplings, but unfortunately, they forgot our order. We we were too full by then to wait.

Kira Cortes09:01 01/18/23
Great place to have Taiwanese food. I would definitely go back for the Taiwanese Fried Rice and also the Soft Tofu with floss and century egg. The Taiwanese Fried rice was flavorful enough that it could actually take on a plain rice to tone down umaminess. The tofu dish was just so well balanced of flavor with having the floss and radish to add spice while the sauce had a sweetness and also the century egg adding funk. Their xiao long boa was also good, although not the best because of the soup ratio to meat and dough, and also the flavor comparing to others I've tried could be a little more diverse and not pure meat. The fried cutlet was pretty okay. Overall I think the serving size to price of the food is well balanced.Their staff was also very accommodating and they made sure to sanitize our tables first. The food was also served pretty fast.

AUG 2022 - late lunch, unfortunately other dumplings are not available (e.g xiao long bao, spicy pork dumplings, etc.)So far the food we had is OK… taste can still be improved or make it less salty. Fast service considering restaurant is almost full when dine in.

Mary Armi Milanes04:48 06/14/22
Taiwanese meals such as dumplings, spicy hot and sour pork as well as milk tea do not have to be very pricy. This gives you hat taste of Taiwan with affordable prices. There are oyster omelettes and some pork soup as well but I have not tried.

Kevin Kevin13:35 12/15/21
The taste of the food was not bad. But yeah not the best taiwanese food in town. If you have a hard time to choose what food to eat, you can try this.

Japan Town Glorietta is a culinary haven that takes you on a delightful journey through Japan's flavors. From mouthwatering sushi and ramen to irresistible japanese curry. Each bite is a taste of Japan's vibrant food scene. The lively atmosphere and diverse food resto create an authentic experience that any Japanese food lover would adore. A must-visit for an unforgettable culinary adventure!

Japan Town is located at the top floor of Glorietta 3. I wasn't sure what to expect but turn out to be an outdoor area which has a number of Japanese restaurants. The outdoor area was nice to look around but it was quite small. The entrance to the Omniverse museum is also here.

Just passing by, havent tried it yet. But the way i see it. It will be a good option for Japanese food

Julius Matthews10:46 04/14/23
The ambiance and feel is very reminiscent of Tokyo. If you are a fan of Japanese Cuisine, you will definitely have fun here especially when there's an anime event/convention

Located in the top of Glorietta mall, you can go directly from the top of Glorietta Mall or if you stay in Holiday Inn Makati you can easily go there from Lobby floor. Many choices for Japanese cuisine here, place is also good for dinner with family or friends. They also have some event here, very good place!

Angelito Navasca10:41 07/10/22
The place is very nice plenty choice

Luka sesvečan04:07 01/02/22
This place is amazing, it's located on the rooftop so it's not hard to find it. You can choose amongst several restaurants. Ambiance is simple and what I really liked is that you can enjoy late night dinner in quiet. Think that this is actually hard to find in a busy place like Glorietta so I would say that this is a little pice of heaven. Prices are very affordable and if you enjoy selfies there are several big walls with posters from Japan. It makes you feel that you are there.

Mike Carmona13:09 11/26/21
Place has potential, too bad they did not select the Japanese restos well. Some restos here serves tasteless food.

(Apr. 30, 2023) Among the Chinese culinary regions (among the admittedly limited range that I've tried), I'm probably least fond of Taiwanese cooking, so I'm not the best person to review this place. But I liked the food enough to give it 4 stars, and like it more than the other Taiwanese restaurant chain that I tried. Ironically, maybe that means that a true aficionado of Taiwanese cuisine might not like it so much, if my liking it is due to it's having been given a more mainstream adaptation. No matter, I recommend that you try the place out and judge for yourself. It's rather pricy though, so I'm not likely to be returning soon.

Liza Viray07:16 06/12/23
I had a meeting in Makati, so my friends and I decided to have dinner at this restaurant. They have a promo that is good for 5-6 pax, and that's what we got. To our disappointment, 3 of our choices were out of stock. Good thing their food, especially their dimsum, is so tasty. It was almost closing, so the wait staff were a bit agitated . Worth to try again, and their promo is highly recommended. Worth every penny.

A A14:44 05/31/23
The decor reminds you of those classic Chinese/Taiwanese bistros you see in the mid to late 2000s movies. The high sort of flushed booths can be a hindrance when calling for a server in a way especially if they are on the other side so you have to raise your hand for a minute or two.The food is standard Chinese/Taiwanese fare that's a little pricey but packs flavor. They are not afraid of seasoning their food here. The salted fish fried rice with chicken was perfectly balanced - you still get a taste of the salted fish while the chicken brings body to the dish. The garlic spinach had good garlic in it, vegetable had a snap to it. The fruit tea was sweet and refreshing; they got the mix right.I've been on a Chinese/Taiwanese food bender and this place actually is the best of the bunch. The price might be a problem for most but if you have the means to eat here then go for it.

edward chuan15:04 02/19/23
A bit pricey, delicious and yummy, service is good, attentive and friendly staff, tried thier braise beef and pork belly fry, authentic Chinese food style, excellent ambiance, great dinning experience.

Alain Aw22:13 11/29/22
we had the feast all you can for 688 per person. The dishes were bad there are more tenderizers than the actual meat, soups are starchy and the dumplings are disgusting. For the consolation the service was great though.

Carlo R10:54 10/23/22
The service wasnt that good. We have all our dishes and our rice came after almost 10min. We followed up twice. The beef ternderloin was inconsistent several portions were so tough.

Sara Hidano-Cardinelli11:43 05/29/22
Very delicious food. Staff were friendly. The shao mai and xiao long bao were on point and very juicy. Both the green beans with salted egg, as well as the tofu with preserved egg and pork floss were excellent and not too heavy. Surprisingly, our favorite was the pineapple with shrimp stuffed in crullers. It sounds really weird but was extremely delicious! Unfortunately the breaded shrimp balls with mozzarella were a little too oily for us.

Gerald Garma14:44 05/02/22
Lugang cafe in Makati has a lot of delicious food to offer. Xiaolongbao has it authentic taste compared to other restaurant, chicken king pao was so delicious, salted fish fried rice was perfect even without any viand. Green bean with vanilla ice cream(suppostedly green tea ice cream) was a good choice for dessert. Ambiance of the restaurant is comfy and posh. Will definitely go back in the future.Food: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Service: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Ambiance: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Price: $$$$Value for Money: ⭐⭐⭐

Real Customer Reviews at Rico's Lechon - Glorietta:

Mary Rose Talatala20:48 07/20/23
The foods are so delicious. We enjoyed and loved it. Me and my girls looked for a filipino dish. We agreed to eat there because of their famous Lechon but unfortunately it was already sold out so we've decided to order the Crispy Pata instead. The meat was so soft and crispy. The Kare-kare was so delicious too same as the sinigang. They also have 10% service charge. As one of the last batch of customers/guest it is explainable why they can't cater us well but having the amount of sc that they charge, service should be as good/best as others have. Trainees should always be accompanied by seniors so they could be taught everything they need to know especially if they still don't know/memorize the menu well. But overall experience was great.

A A11:03 06/10/23
My visit to the Philippines will not be complete if I don't get to eat my favourite lechon (roasted pig). Fortunately when I went to the mall near my hotel there was a restaurant- Rico's restaurant whose specialty was lechon. I ordered the lechon, vegetable kare kare (vegetable in peanut sauce) and chicharong bulaklak (deep fried ruffled fat). The lechon had crispy and crunchy skin, the meat so tender and moist, well seasoned, so tasteful and flavourful. The vegetable kare kare is so delicious and how I remembered it should taste like when I was a child and there would be family gatherings. The chicharong bulaklak is also crispy and crunchy and a good appetizer to start with. The food was all perfectly cooked. The service was a bit slow maybe because they were understaffed. Price and portions just right.

Gerald Catt01:13 06/05/23
I always thought of this restaurant's lechon as crispy(skin), tender meat with a very filipino taste. But, i got disappointed with the lechon that is served. Sobrang kunat at di lasang lechon. (3/10)

Loey Chan11:17 05/28/23
Understaffed- only 2 servers on a 6pm dinner time. 5 stars service to the male staff but 1 star to the lady who was unfriendly and grumpy on our entire stay. We ordered 1kg lechon, crispy noodle, spicy lechon beef, and lechon sisig. As someone who recently went to Cebu, their lechon is far behind Cebu's. The skin is no longer crispy and is salty. It's evident that it has been reheat a lot of times. The lechon sisig has more bellpeppers than meat. The crispy noodle was just okay. Lastly, the lechon beef must be the best one among the rest its just too oily. We think A****'s version is even better and way cheaper than Rico's. We will never come back again but thanks to Kuya server for making our stay better.P.S Their location used to be Modern China's. The interior looks exactly the same. We requested to sit in the round table and was told by Ate Taray that we have to consume 1k per pax to be seated there. 😂

Mikkay Gonzales07:35 05/22/23
When we say Lechon it must be crispy, Come to Rico's and you won't regret it. The skin of lechon is so crispy and the meat is superb savory you will taste different herbs and spices. Their other dish is yummy also, the service is good and the place is nice 👍

Peter Magalong07:33 05/22/23
Rico's Lechon at Glorietta Mall is a must-visit for all food lovers seeking an authentic and mouthwatering lechon experience! As soon as you step inside, the enticing aroma of roasted pork fills the air, instantly whetting your appetite. The star of the show, the lechon, is simply outstanding. Rico's Lechon is known for its flavorful and crispy skin, which crackles with every bite. The meat is incredibly tender and succulent, with an infusion of aromatic herbs and spices that permeate through every layer. Each bite is a true celebration of Filipino culinary heritage.

Ariadne 81805:36 03/11/23
Dry and bland lechon. Servers nowhere to be found. Spent so much time just waiting to order and then to bill out. Not going back. Please don’t eat here. Tried other branches and it food/service are way better.

Raul Delossantos08:07 01/20/23
Their lechon is dry and the skin ws burnt...very disappointing...the chef says they air fried the skin...it probably sitting there for awhile...

Joey Jarin06:42 01/19/23
What we ordered was Spicy Lechon Cebu. What we got is not Lechon Cebu (bland and comes with a sauce) and not spicy at all. We double checked with the waitress and she confirmed that it is indeed Spicy Lechon Cebu. I have eaten twice at Ricos Mall of Asia and this is a far cry from what I had there. Also the skin is not crunchy but is limpy, so I asked the waitress if it was microwaved... she said 'yes'To compensate, they gave us some complimentary skins on a small plate. It was curled up... because they deep fried it in oil sigh. This branch is an embarassment to all Ricos branches.

Pia Javellana12:20 11/19/22
Driest lechon I've tasted and restaurant looked and felt unsanitary.

Mae Aquino15:42 08/31/22
Food was great. We enjoyed the crispy lechon skin and tasty sour-ish meat served with sarsa. Was also fascinated with their rice served in a cute kaldero. So literally finished “isang kaldero ng kanin”. The branch has an old chinese restaurant interior which I guess used by the original tenant. We’re the only customer the whole time but staff were still attentive to us. Maybe because their location doesn’t have much foot traffic. Felt sad for them though.

Patrick “Ricky” Unson07:59 08/15/19
After seeing Rico's Lechon (a different branch) being featured on TV, I've been thinking of trying them for quite awhile now. And fortunately, they had a branch at Top of the Glo. They were actually packed but being third in line was a short while and worth the wait.We got Plain Pandan Rice platter Php130 and Regular Lechon 500g Php475. Quantity was enough for three to four people and the flavor of their lechon was super good! Meat was tender or easy to cut, juicy, and not too salty on the skin. Skin would've been perfect if it was crunchier; ours felt like it was out for a while already. Grilled Liempo Php220 was typically good, just as soft and tasty. Waiting time for some delicious lechon was worth the wait!

We got the Ebi Tempura, Chicken Teriyaki and Beef Usuyaki and wr liked them all. All of the dishes are flavorful and is served fresh. I have allergies with shrimp and I didn't had an attack after eating Ebi Tempura. that means it's fresh. Excellent food. Menu is extensive and seasonal to a particularly high standard. It can be expensive but worth. Highly recommended.

Jobelle Estepa15:47 03/25/23
The place is a more inclusize take on Izakayas. Izakayas are tradionally a place to sit and drink which serve small side dishes to go with your drink, this place serve full meals and can be said family friendly. The decor of the place is 80-90 Japan pop blended with usual Izakaya vibe of showing the best drinks in the house and seeing the cooks at work.We got chicken katsu, platter, ribeye and ebi tempura. Most of the food on the menu can be converted to a meal set (adding rice, miso soup and iced tea) by adding php100.The katsu and tempura is average but the steak was good. For less than 500, I had a 150g steak that was cooked to my preference (medium well). The iced tea served with their meal set is not the typical iced tea... it was pink in color but is delicious..The only actual bad thing I can say is that there is no service water... but that is just my opinion. If you are looking for a place to hang out with friend and have a drink, I would recommend this place.

CLNE00:37 12/04/22
Oct 2022 Food is good. The price range is normal. The place itself is Resto/Bar type. i would definitely go back and dine here. Staffs are also friendly. They have their own restroom that is clean which is excellent. For the drinks and cocktail, they make it when you order it. So we know that the drinks are fresh. Especially the Bourbon Calamansi. So gooood!!!---------------Dec 2022 Eat here again, the food is good. the only thing I am concerned about is they don't serve house water and their hot tea is one time only samantalang sa ibang japanese resto, free unli hot tea. the food is good. Ung Spicy salmon salad nila, kokonti lang ung salmon, more on crispy batter ung meron. un ung dapat nilang baguhin, they charge high customers dun sa food na un samantalang sa marugame ung crispy thingy na un is free side dish lang nila. The staff are not so friendly compared nung last time. Mga nakasimangot and not greeting customers. I think I will not eat here again.

The ambience feel like a bar/izakaya type which is expected. Price ranges from 250-300 per meal. The tofu and gyuniku just feels alittle oily, but the rest are okay.

Had a light lunch here and ordered beef usuyaki, ribeye saikoro steak, both of which were upgraded to meal set.which includes rice, soup and ice tea for additional 100php. Also had chicken karaage and osaka fries. Enjoyed eating the dishes we ordered and I think they were reasonably priced. The place has 80s/90s Japanese pop culture aesthetic.and is quite spacious. Staff are also friendly and responsive. Will definitely consider returning and trying other items on the menu.

First time to try Marugame in this branch. The line was not that long when we got there. Big serving ang food, yummy and very affordable. Nakakabusog at a very affordable prize. Fast service din, and what I liked also was that one of the staff is in charge of finding/assigning tables for the customers. So kahit nasa pila palang kayo, you won't have to worry because guaranteed may mauupuan kayo, since every Marugame branch tends to be full packed. 🙂

F Huang10:12 06/03/23
Poor servicing not enough amount of MEAT in my orders. Meat too tiny almost like Zero. Doesn’t also match on the photo.Never come back again.

Rey Ralph Virtucio00:02 04/02/23
I recently visited this branch of Marugame Udon, and I was pleased to find that the quality of both the food and service was consistent with my previous experience. The prices were affordable, yet the overall experience was excellent.I visited this ramen restaurant for dinner around 5:30 pm on a Wednesday. Despite the time, the restaurant was spacious and not too crowded, and I was able to place my order and receive it promptly.

Reva Marcelo22:34 03/11/23
This is our go to Japanese food spot! The food is always good and there are unlimited side dishes. Place is frequently packed though, so sometimes you have to wait to get a table.

Yoda Travels09:18 10/04/22
Our place whenever we want Udon and Tempura. They have many branches around. The food is good, the price is reasonable. The line gets longer on peak hours. Staffs are polite.

MatildaVaux09:53 07/07/22
We were in line for 10 minutes. There’s always a few people in line in this place as they really serve good food.We had to wait for ours to be delivered on our table due to the long line. Less than 5 minutes, food was delivered to our table fresh, hot, not steaming hot and delicious as always.Never failed to do everything within standards, especially doing Japanese soft boiled egg. 💕

Althea Tan09:39 07/01/22
Tried the gyudon and beef udon. It's so good. Servings were generous! Price is affordable. Also loved their iced team and onigiri, sarap! Ambiance is a little bit noisy but okay. For service, this is a self service resto. Line for ordering is usually long and place is usually full. But it's worth coming back to.

Kwun-Yurn Lock12:56 06/09/22
Great food and lots of choices to choose from. Whether you want udon tempura or even curry. This place is really delicious and not so heavy on the wallet. The Curry is Great!

First time here. We ordered Beef Udon and Chicken Teriyaki Special. I like the chicken teriyaki it is sweet with a spicy contrast bec it has kimchi on the side. The beef udon is okay. Good food and reasonably priced 👍

We had our dinner here coz of an on-going promotion with one of my credit cards. It was quite crowded already but we managed to get seated right away -- no waiting game. Food were served within he specified time after we placed our order. We liked our order as they tasted really good. Staff were really friendly and accomodating. Price of items here are really pricey, but fortunately I was able to avail some decent discounts.

Erica DP13:26 05/11/23
Availing bistro card has been very useful to us, but they also have bpi promo that you can avail 50% off for minimum purchase of 2500 and max of 5000. This is a lot of savings! Not sure until when is the promo though.Good food and service for glorietta branch

edward chuan22:17 04/20/23
Great pizza pasta and salad, good Italian resto ambiance and vibe, taste good, served hot and fresh, friendly and sccomodating staff, bit pricey,

Douglas02:51 08/16/22
Italian restaurant in Glorietta. Good taste with good hospitality. There is no draft beer, so we ordered bottled San Miguel.Keeping good quality always. I like here.

Felipe Farage Rizkalla05:53 08/04/22
Good first visit. Steak was properly cooked to medium rare as ordered. The side are a little too tiny, especially the mix of vegetables, almost inexistent. On the other hand, the desert “Tartufo” is huge. Good for sharing in two.

Mister Umami (Nico)12:30 07/28/22
5 star service from our server Chester to the food! Chester was very accommodating and quick. Food was also very good. We had the large portion pasta, herb chicken and pork chop. Food wasn't dry and was juicy. Only thing that could've been better was more space on the seats. I would definitely come back and dine here again. Manager and other staff were also friendly

Pam Bermejo12:38 07/21/22
Food was great, my partner liked all the food. The service a little bit slow but we understand. We had a great night! 🙂

Rating how I liked the food. Buffalo Chicken Salad, Fish and Chips, Small Traditional Wings (Honey Bbq and Medium Buffalo). Funny that the Buffalo wings are literally small in sizes, I wouldn’t really recommend ordering this for a group. 😅 Overall, I didn’t find something special about the food or the restaurant itself, though I’m a fan of buffalo wings. The place though has a good ambiance.

Jose Ernesto “Joey” Indolos04:52 06/17/23
(2019) It’s a sort of sports bar version of Friday’s, with the same American diner ambience, but with lots of TV monitors showing various sporting events. In fact, among all the sports bars that I’ve been to, this is the one that has the most TVs. They were showing 4 different events (tennis, formula 1, MMA, and basketball). The food is good, nicely textured and very flavorful. In particular, the chicken’s flavor isn’t just on the surface. My companions ordered a fish, veggies, and rice dish, and their comment was the same. Prices are mid range, around 3-4 times what you’d spend at a fast food place. We spent around PHP 600 each (currently USD 12), but you could easily spend more if you’re hungry. I recommend the mango lemonade, especially if you’re washing down something spicy.

💖Large boneless chicken, 20 pieces with 4 flavors (sooo yummy!)😍Tablegating sampler (additional wings!)👌Herbed pork chop (pork is so tender!)

Good nachos. Wings not bad but maybe too spicy. Service oriented.

Nona12:44 01/02/23
Service is great. Drinks were too sweet but I liked them, easy drinking. I wouldn’t recommend the food. For the price, it wasn’t very good. I’ve tried all the drinks I could possibly like, so I won’t be coming back.

John Bart Lovern Dumalag00:41 08/11/22
Very friendly and accomodating staff. We went there pretty late already and their store hours is only until 11pm. However, we were still allowed to stay beyond 11pm to finish our food. Food there is relatively expensive, but fortunately we were able to get some generous discounts (thru a credit card promotion). Nevertheless, we were not disappointed naman. I had to take out some of my food and noted that they will actual charge you for that. haha

Kyle Penston14:21 04/29/22
Cannot say anything bad about this BWW location! I come here at least once a week to enjoy a little taste of back in the States. The staff and service is always prompt and friendly. The wings are consistently good as well as their other items I've tried. The beer is always cold and the atmosphere makes you want to return. This B dubs location is worth a visit!

Su Jin Kim08:38 11/29/21
Don't get me wrong, the food tasted incredible—I especially loved how soft and buttery their soft pretzels were + the cheese poppers were so delicious—but there was an actual rat running around the dining area. We lost our appetite. We doubted the cleanliness of the entire establishment. Not sure if the rat is visible on the photo, but we took videos of the incident.

(May 14, 2023) The Glorietta branch of the Yabu chain of Japanese restaurants. Of the variations in Japanese cuisine, their specialty is mainly in katsu. Nice clean ambience and good food. The only suggestion that I put in the feedback card that they give customers is that they should have an info card for their condiments. I'm sure that katsu aficionados know which is which, but for someone like me who's more of a ramen guy when it comes to Japanese food, I had to ask the staff about it.

Kwun-Yurn Lock22:22 05/15/23
Exceptional japanese katsu that is served with a crisp! This restaurant has a cozy atmosphere that is inviting. The menu was simple and we'll organized. Pro tip: you can request for unlimited soup and cabbage! So don't forget to bring your pet rabbit along with you when you dine.

Komugi Chiba09:32 04/29/23
I had the best Oyakodon ✨The chicken was so soft and the flavor was perfect.I will definitely try again!!It has unlimited vegetables, fruits and rice. The pineapple was the sweetest as well. I ordered so many times lol maybe 5times..😅Anyway best food and experience 😋

Anne Fernando05:08 04/27/23
For the first time since I started eating in Yabu back in 2011, I ordered a non-katsu dish -- gyudon. Wow, I was blown away that they had really good gyudon. Definitely reco to order this especially if you don't feel like eating katsu or you're not a fan of katsu. As always though, I had to order layu because it's so so sooooo good. Sad to know though that it's now priced at Php80 (before it was around Php40) and they still give little amount & kinda dry arrving. Wakame appetizer was also good.Service though was slower vs Megamall but maybe they were lacking in manpower during my time of visit.

Cara15:52 02/01/23
4 stars because the staff kept their cool (especially our server Nathan) even if there was a full house. Attentive and really nice too. Lots of other groups during my visit so it was quite noisy - table next to us were so loud so that took away from ambiance. All of our orders came in about 25-30 minutes after we ordered but it's okay, the Furikake Fries was served early so we had something to munch on before the big meals. I noticed there were so many service stations on this restaurant though but I appreciate how they tried to cover it and keep it organized and clean. Food taste and quality is the same as always whichever Yabu I go to so yay I loved my Hire and Salmon.

Dewi Ratna Sari18:35 12/05/22
Came here for lunch, it’s better to come before 12, as it usually get crowded.I love their appetizer, “koroke tamago”, it taste nice and the portion is quite full-filling. Try it next time you visit Yabu! The curry is quite nice, however, it’s not my favorite. My husband usually order their Rosu Katsu Set.Overall, nice ambiance, reasonable price and friendly staff!

Prem Kumar07:24 06/28/22
People are very kind and attentive to customers. The dish is really good. We tried their curry set and it was very delicious and the serving is huge. It's worth your money. We can't even finish it.

Era “era the explorer” T.01:42 06/07/22
The food is good and the serving is ok. Reasonable for its price. The fruits, rice and veggies are refillable if you’ll order this set. Oh it has miso soup on the set too! The place is good and they have al fresco area. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Robi G14:18 02/15/22
First of all, the manager is well commended. One of the waiters wasn't able to properly punch my order so I was actually waiting for nothing while all my friends were almost done eating. They prioritized my food and didn't let me pay for it. While I was waiting for my main dish they already served me the side dishes. The menu has some affordable items and I promise you, you can leave this place feeling full and getting your money's worth. The place is crowded and there is a waiting line but they manage the customer properly and even ask if you wanna switch to the couch sitting when there's free space.

Excellent ambiance.speedy food service.. table setting can accommodate 2 per table or 20 is also available. I love their back ribs, salad and very courtesy service crews.

Tellybong10:11 05/14/23
Dined with friends on a busy friday night. Took us a while to get seated but food arrived quickly.Appreciate the bartender cause he still made Red Sangria (10/10) for us even though it’s not on the updated menu anymore. Also had a show for everyone but wasn’t visible from our table. Classic Mojito & Watermelon Mojito (7/10) were okay to try a glass. Hope there were other options for bottomless alcoholic bevs.Bottomless Iced Tea took a while to be served during peak hours. Had to ask again even though our seats were near the refilling area.Ball park nachos 9/10 - a staple. Regular servings was good for 3-4 pax.Three Meat Platter 7/10 - there are better options that gives better value for your money. Serving for sides are also bit smaller now.Had 50% off thanks to my BPI cc

Takatsugu Fukunaga03:56 04/08/23

TGI Fridays on a Saturday. Very accommodating crews that provide the services you asked from them.Parmesan cheese flavor is way too salty for me, better match it with a rice instead of a pasta meal. Watermelon Swing is a winner for your drinks to order.

Neil Melecio12:38 09/21/22
I like this place, we had lunch today and the place is not that busy so it is very relaxing. The food is also good as well really worth the price. I ordered their seafood cioppino and the rib eye steak. It was very delicious. As for the cocktails, the margaritta on the rocks is really good for afternoon.I will recommend this to my friends and family and will came back to try some of their dishes.

Aoi Kun04:30 04/24/22
Loved the experience here in TGIF Glorietta! Our server, Ms Chie, and the manager, Ms Kat was so acommodating along with the staff. Knowing TGI Fridays, the food was superb. But being with them, where modifications with the orders were done neatly, along with their attentiveness to our needs—the experience was honestly THE BEESST!Will definitely come again next time around!

Guila Mangilit06:26 04/04/22
Staff were very hospitable and assisted us to our table. The calamari and steak are good. The steak's cooked according to the doneness I want and compliments well with the mashed potato. As for the baby back ribs, it's tender and the meat falls off of the bone.Highly commend Sir Bong for assisting us with our orders and for making sure we're comfortable. Will definitely go back here.

Mangobellls13:24 03/17/22
Perfect ambience and environment to make great memories with good friends! Food was delicious and servers were so attentive and pleasant. Delightful experience! Kudos to Manager Nell and Raf!

My go-to place whenever I have a hankering for ribs. We also tried the steak, and she said it was good. The truffle pizza also tastes great!
