I gave this 4 stars overall.First the good stuff:Food is the star here, we ordered sisig, lechon kawali, nilasing na hipon (drunken shrimp), garlic prawns/shrimp and of course Bulalo (beef bone broth soup). They arent salty, just enough taste but delicious. Photos are attached.Food price is not expensive. About 450 PHP (10 USD) per head.Service is fast and efficient. They also have bells that you could ring so crew can hear you. Food were cooked and served in decent amount of time.Atmosphere is good and the nipa huts add some ambience to it. However, I gave it only 4 stars because of the mosquitos. There's some mosquitos flying around our hut though they have kulambos (mosquito net covering the huts)

6-3-23I highly recommend this place for their good service & food. Balinsasayaw is a Nipa hứt restaurant & serve Filipino cuisine. You can pay in cash or through debit/credit card.Parking available infront but uncemented. Wheelchair unaccessible.

Anika Natividad01:20 05/30/23
This is the most worthy alfresco I have tried. Even though we dine during lunch, it was not that hot. Staffs are very attentive and initiative whenever we need to order something. The food is excellent, best sisig!! Comparing the prices with other restaurants near they are much cheaper but without compromising anything from service and food quality.Definitely will comeback!

Al Kaz Borromeo09:34 05/12/23
This restaurant is a great place to dine, especially in the cozy huts. We have visited four times and have never been disappointed. The food is excellent and the prices are very reasonable. We highly recommend trying the crispy chicken kare kare, Sinigang na bagnet sa pakwan, pinakbet con bagnet, chicken binakol, and Balinsasayaw rice. These unique dishes are not found in many other restaurants. The staff are friendly and attentive, adding to the overall positive experience. This is now our go-to restaurant whenever we are in Tagaytay. We highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for great food and a cozy atmosphere.

We always come to Balinsasayaw whenever we're in Tagaytay. It's quiet most of the time, except when there are guests that talk really loud. The food, really great and worth its price. The service is good. You just have to ring the bell in your kubo or casita to get the crew's attention if you need anything.

Dennis Mejia (Chaell)14:01 09/05/22
Great place to dine. Relatively inexpensive compared to a lot of restaurants in the area. I love the option of eating at nipa huts thoughtfully enclosed in what I think is mosquito net, though we decided to eat at the main hall as we were all tired and just wanted a straight forward eating arrangement. 😊Update 2022 September. This time around we tried to eat in one of the nipa huts. The place was surrounded with healthy plants, and we even saw a pair of playful butterflies. The food is still great, and the staff were all coordinated.Still 5 stars and I look forward to coming back. New photos uploaded. 😊

Mark V12:01 03/12/22
Been here twice in the past 3 weeks. It’s a great place for life celebrations! Great place and relaxing ambience (especially with the different kinds of huts available for “alfresco” dining), lots of greens, and great Filipino food! It’s a must-try and worth the long travel!

I made a reservation today as a treat for my beloved husband before he flies back to the UK. We thoroughly enjoyed the food, except for the side dishes. The risotto was a bit too salty for my taste, and I wasn't particularly fond of the Gnocchi. However, we loved the 40-day dry-aged buffalo steak and the accompanying sauces. Although I initially wished to have a dark chocolate souffle, it wasn't available at the time, so I opted for the lemon souffle instead, and it did not disappoint. Finally, we were extremely pleased with the hospitality we received. Thank you, and cheers 🥂!

Tesa Agcaoili09:40 07/07/23
We had a great lunch at Antonio’s- the ambiance, the food and the service was superlative. Their lamb was soft and juicy; the burrata was delightful and the crepes suzette was really a special treat. Even the restrooms were so clean and even had toothpicks and mouthwash- truly a treat

Nick Swenson14:42 04/06/23
Antonio's is a wonderful restaurant that has become our favorite. Situated out in lush Tagaytay, within an upscale spanish style farmhouse, it produces a luxuriously intimate experience that is uniquely Antonio's.The menu is situated as a course meal: you choose the entre, and it comes with a salad, soup, and dessert from a set menu. There are of course appetizers you can add for a longer menu, as well as an array of excellent cocktails and wine to experience alongside. The food is truly world class with lots of classic and novel options to choose from. It all comes highly recommended, the food executed flawlessly. If you're indecisive, it's really hard to go wrong with one of their 45 day dry aged steaks. For salad our favorite is the Burrata wrapped in Phyllo. With appetizers, we love the Dry Aged Steak Tartare. And for a cocktail we highly enjoy both the Cloud 9 and Ramos Gin Fizz. This restaurant is a place we'll never forget. I decided to officially ask my fiance to marry here, in front of her friends and family. Antonio's provided a meal that such an occasion deserves. Thank you Antonio's!

Karl B07:21 02/21/23
Went to attend a wedding at Antonio's.All I can say is their fine dining experience is excellent. Probably one of the best steaks in the area. The service is really fast and efficient. The restaurant has a great ambience and vibe perfect for that big date or celebration.

Portia Leah Layno07:57 01/10/23
Antonio's has always been our go-to place for a Christmas/holiday dining. This year, we went on 24 Dec. We intended to have our reservation during the dinner service, as we always had, but according to the staff, dinner service is fully booked. We went ahead with the lunch service and, unexpectedly, we enjoyed it better. The ambiance of Antonio's restaurant is also very different with the sunlight. The architecture and beauty of the place can be viewed more (lol) and appreciated! Now for the food, 10/10. Delicious and very filling. For the most recent visit, we ordered their dry aged angus steak with gnocchi and gratin potato as sides, their rack of lambs, and the seafood cannelloni (so that we have pasta). We never get tired from their steak and lamb dishes. Always cooked to our liking and seasoned well. The sides are the same great taste. We also additionally ordered the hot stone garlic rice (it was our first time ordering this) to try something new, and it's really yum! Can be shared by two to three persons.Cant wait to dine here again.

Cathy Lodestar12:42 01/02/23
This fine dining resto offers Delicious Full course meals that are quite above the usual meal budget. We went there for New Year’s lunch and spent about 4K per person. A lot of the food was great but the steak was too salty for me and the coffee was also very strong. I suggest going with tea if you’re not a big coffee drinker.Take time to use the toilet; the amenities are complete and they smelled wonderful.

Bobbi Herrera15:14 08/07/22
Spent my wife's birthday there and we were all amazed by how perfect a restaurant and garden can look. Great for special occasions to show your loved ones they mean a lot. Staff, food, ambience are all top notch. Loved the duck confit and the steak.

Frank08:50 06/25/22
Establishment was very upscale and welcoming.Amazing architecture and seating arrangement. The out door area was beautiful, but too many mosquitoes to enjoy. The steak was great the other dishes where so so to be honest. The desserts where someone what lacking as well.Over all my opinion and rating is based on the staff, location and decor of this restaurant.I would recommend this place for large events like wedding and family events.

Kay.Tolentino Gaspar13:20 06/16/22
Attended a wedding recently, sadly the weather did not cooperate. Cocktails prior to dinner was supposed to be at the garden with nice set ups. Before the cocktails started, there was a heavy downpour. The staff were quick to transfer the servings of cocktails inside and it saved the day for everyone. Dinner was sit down, the staff were on hand to assist guests and served everyone almost all at the same time. They serve one dish after the other. Suffice it to say that it was a successful event. Thanks for the quick service. And of course, the ambiance is just perfect. Enjoyed the dining experience.

Aside from a breathtaking view of Taal Volcano, you'll love the taste of food here. Good for family, friends and couple! 😍I love their service, stafds are very accomodating. You'll surely love it here.I highly recommed if you'll order their specialty halo-halo, very delicious!!!! I will surely order it again.

KC Buenafe01:03 07/29/23
Everything tastes good and the place is beautiful. Sayang lang walang taal view due to heavy fog but we still had a blast! Unli soup for bulalo and loved their sisig and kare kare. ♥️

Hazel P14:10 07/28/23
The view is great but the food is mediocre.. Their Bulalo is not the best...lack of flavor. Fried Tawilis is not crunchy so will not enjoy it. Their version of sisig is ok but nothing special. Service is so slow. I would only recommend this if you want a nice view.

Great location. Spectacular views of Taal Lake and volcano. A very popular location with the locals and visitors.Parking was easy and plentiful.Seating was also plentiful and there was a nice breeze and shade to make the dining experience just perfect.Food and service was top rated. Staff were very attentive to the customer's needs. Best of all, not very expensive for a great dining experience and views.

Nat Piquero06:50 05/07/23
Ridge Park is an excellent restaurant to indulge in traditional Filipino dishes, especially their flavorful bulalo. The charming "kubo" design of the restaurant creates a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, and their dishes are both scrumptious and reasonably priced. In addition, the staff is accommodating, and there is a comfortable waiting area for queues. Lastly, their stunning view of Taal Lake adds to the dining experience, making it a highly recommended spot.

Harrison Go04:02 03/20/23
We had an amazing dining experience at this restaurant with a stunning view of Taal and a traditional Filipino vibe. The ambiance was warm and inviting, and the view of Taal was truly breathtaking. The restaurant had a great selection of traditional Filipino dishes that were both delicious and beautifully presented. The service was exceptional, with the staff being attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience in Tagaytay. The combination of the stunning view and traditional Filipino vibe made for a truly unforgettable meal.

Weekdays is the best time to visit this place, not too crowded. Food is good, a little pricey for the serving size but their good service compensates it. 👌Pets are allowed, but should be on a female diaper even if your pet is male. They sell pet diaper in the cashier for 40 pesos.

Good: Perfect place for family with kids, pet-friendly too. Amazing view of Taal Lake, relaxing ambiance, reasonable price for food. Bulalo with unlimited soup is quite expensive, but it's worth the price.Bad: We ordered at 2pm and got our food almost 3pm, they told us there was an issue with their system. That same staff who took our order was not so friendly to begin with. We were so hungry and a bit disappointed on the waiting time.

Food is 10Bulalo is super good and other foods on the menu are also good. A little more than the the average price but definitely a must try!View is the best! Wide view of taal lake and taal volcano!Could be full and line is pretty long during weekends and holidays so better be ready to line up in case there is a lot of people. Definitely one of the top 3 bulalo i was able to taste so far in Tagaytay.

Simon Laimer00:37 10/21/22
Very nice place with good prices. The idea of different cubes is nice. Guests sit inside a cube, so no disturbances from table neighbors. Green and clean place with an amazing view to the volcano and its lake below. Food is delicious, service very quick! I recommend!

Hermio Jr. Cortezano01:10 05/09/22
Nice place for overlooking of the taal volcano. Their food was also cheap and delicious. With unli sabaw bulalo.wide parking area. They also have a kubo that can accomodate upto 12 pax.. tables also can be used for much better overlooking view.

Ma. Donna Remulla08:24 01/16/22
Just love the view here!Bulalo is the best with the cold breeze here. All the food we ordered are great also. It's a safe place to dine. All the kubos and tables offer you a comfortable dining experience.

Came late (9:00am) the queue was already long but we managed to get in around 10:00am. Food was one of the best I had, more Filipino breakfast selections. Definitely will come back next time.

Grace Valencia14:54 08/01/23
Cozy. Great views. Great food. Excellent customer service. Quite priceyPlan your visit and go there ahead of lunch and dinner time to avoid long lines.

Elmer Solon11:04 08/01/23
It was very busy as it was a Sunday, we hardly got parking but managed through after a few minutes of wait. However, due to the long queue, we decided to just get a lot of pastries and other snack items to go.We should plan and allot more time on our next vacation in the Philippines to be able to taste their dishes and specialities.

Sumi13:25 07/21/23
The venue, decor, and view are amazing. The view is magnificent and breathtaking. The service is amazing. Food comes out quickly. I love the mix of modern and traditional interior design. It is quite unique. Definitely recommend visiting and dining.

Dward Sealmoy Jr.14:02 06/25/23
What a great Sunday morning to have your breakfast with the view of Taal right before you! Breakfast buffet is 1,200 per person. It is much better to come early and with reservations to avoid long queues. The food was great with plenty of choices, quick refilling and you can customize your fried rice. Their hot chocolate is superb! Staff are accommodating and attentive. Great for family gatherings at any time of the day.

Dan de la Cruz08:10 06/19/23
Avoid the busy times, either get in early or later, the wait would be longer. Our number was 376 and they were seating number 320, but it went by fast. Your vehicle enters through a gate and parking is limited inside the premises. There’s a deli shop inside, two dining areas, the main and the terrace, which has an unobstructed scenic view of Taal volcano crater and lake. Definitely one of the best places to eat in Tagaytay with a great view and the food tastes great.

Colleen Afan11:38 06/18/23

Alchymist L13:37 04/27/23
The food was delicious and the service was excellent! The ambiance of the restaurant super nice, there was a beautiful panoramic view of Lake Taal and quite affordable pricing.Must try the Halo Halo they make their own ice cream!Must try if you visit Tagaytay. Be prepared to queue to get a table.

Rey Roa08:09 02/03/23
Loved the atmosphere here with its family-style dining. TBH I can't remember the names of the food but everything we had was delicious. They also serve their own ice cream. I wish I had left some time for dessert but I just couldn't stop eating the food we ordered. Would highly recommend this place if you're ever in the area.

Roan A08:33 11/18/22
We had a dinner on a Saturday which we got surprised because they're able to accommodate us immediately (no waiting time). The food still taste the same. It's still delicious!

Banananaa Anchel04:30 07/24/22
food is great not very much expensive but large plate and delicious. but 1st too much long waiting, we spent 20mins parking the car and 1more hour waiting outside. and when you enter the seat you don't see things outside because of a net covered the whole restaurant. all view are been filtered by that net thus you can't see the volcano or the lake clearly.

Ralph Melo12:36 07/08/22
Food was really great! It came out so fast unlike our drinks we had to follow up with 3 different servers/waiters on where our iced tea at; it took 15 mins after they served our food to get the iced tea and another 15 mins to get a refill. But overall food was good 🙂

Wanda Maximoff08:29 06/04/22
We arrived at 12:20 and even if they have a large parking area it is already full. If you're planning to eat lunch or dinner I advise you to come early and get a number so you won't get really hungry from waiting. Love the ambiance, their ice cream is homemade and they give generous serving on their bulalo (but it would be more awesome if they make their beef more tender). I gave one star less for it's a bit pricey

I loved this place.. the view of the volcano and the lake is wonderful. The service was great.. and the food.. wow! The Kare Kare was incredible.. it was the best Kare Kare I have ever eaten in the Philippines..

• Nice view 🌋•good service with very kind and accommodating staffs• meat in sinigang was too chewy and not fresh in radish among vegetables in it.• Bami so good with fresh vegetables👍• Mango shake was good with not too sweetness🥭

We had our lunch at Cabanas dine and bar in Tagaytay. We ordered their singang na bagnet and sisig na bagnet which is savory. The serving of sinigang na bagnet is good for 3 persons. The place is over looking the taal lake.If you want to see the video, you can check my youtube channel Sky walker Vlogs. Thanks!

Simon Tablazon02:20 01/26/23
We went here around 7 pm on a Monday and there were very few people. The bulalo was... disappointing. I don't know whether this was a fluke or what since the place is hyped up for its bulalo but that was definitely not it. Good thing the calamares was excellent. The drinks in the photos are the mango shake and cappuccino. They were both good. The staff was very attentive, and the ordertaker didn't even have to write down the order. He only memorizes it!Maybe just go here during the daytime to appreciate the view.

Airah Burgos06:48 07/19/23
Competitively priced. We ordered the Delmonico set priced at P4400, it already included a salad, four mashed potato and four soups. We also had Ravioli. We didn't order wine, but they have it in their menu. All in all, it was really competitively pricedThe steak was sooo sumptuous. They served an extra sauce, it wasnt so over powering. It was just perfect. The mashed potato had truffle in it, oh my, this is so good. I fell in love with the combination. I will definitely try this at home. The salad was bitter but mainly because of arugula. It was a combination of non traditional greens like gotu cola, taragon, arugula, even thai basil. Its not the plain lettuce salad, its very far from what you would most usually have. It was something different but still nice. ❤️The place was very convenient, they have ample parking. Call for reservations since the place is a bit snug during weekend dinners. It was quite a long ride from ours but we were not disappointed. It was worth it, the al fresco dining definitely a plus to fully experience the Tagaytay ambiance

Spend our 7th monthsary here in Morgan restaurant and it was great. The place cozy and homey vibes. The food is great, the soup is really good and pasta is homemade I think because of the chewiness. We enjoyed it a lot. We spend a long dinner here. You need to wear jacket or pants as it get cold in the evening. They also have a variety of wines of you could pair to your meals. Very nice place and recommend!

We ate here during lunch time for my sister's birthday. It wasn't busy when we went so we were able to dine in despite not having a reservation.Food: 5 ⭐• Angus Steak with a side of Fries- ordered in medium rare, already pre-cut, savory and tender, while fries were huge, crispy, yummy wedges• Salmon- was good, would prefer with melted cheese tho hehe• Pork Chop- tender with a bit of spice, very savory• Garlic Chicken w Mashed Potatoes- loved & devoured this the most! skin was flavorful with a crisp, and meat was really tender. mashed potato with it was creamy -- good combo!• Seafood Pasta- we were confused with the dish since it seemed like a viand too, but it was good!*the prices were reasonable since the serving was big + reallyyyy good, didn't disappointService: 5 ⭐- serving time was 20mins, but the food arrived really fast!- servers were attentive, quick to respond when we requested for candles for flies- a lady server/lady chef approached us and asked how our food was which was niceAtmosphere: 5 ⭐- it was a bit hot but bearable, probably better to dine in at night when it's cooler. ambience is chill. All in all, a great experience. Something new that's definitely worth a try here in Silang, Tagaytay area. 😊

Addi Dela Cruz05:48 03/05/23
We were surprised at the quality and flavors because the dishes weren't that pricy. The servers were nice and constantly checked in to know how we were finding the food. They make their pasta from scratch and serve it with the most heavenly slice of garlic pesto bread. I ordered the pork chop with spiced rice, and it was good—tender meat and perfectly seasoned. They accommodated us despite not having reservations and we were seated al fresco. If you'd like to dine inside and experience their beautiful rustic interiors, or if you're coming on a weekend or holiday, I suggest booking a table in advance. We'll be back for sure. The server said they change their menu items weekly. I look forward to trying their next dishes.

Visited this place 5x during my vacation in PH. Lovely dining experience with very nice staff and great food. Prices are in middle range but worth the money spent. Menu changes most of the time so expect different dishes on your next visit. Will definitely be back and enjoy it again!

Amazing restaurant tucked away near Angels Hills! A few minutes down Emilia Aguinaldo Highway, away from the busy center of Tagaytay, which helps make the place quiet and the ambience great.Great food with prices closer to restaurants you can find in Manila, but still more affordable and with ample serving. Everything we ordered was great, I don't have a picture of the pumpkin soup but it was excellent too. Of all the things we ordered, the tiramisu was the one that was okay lang, still good naman but I could tell it tasted more cream cheese than mascarpone, and the wafer was just a bit tough instead of spongey.Great customer service, friendly and accomodating staff. Ample parking, you can park in front of the restaurant or at the empty lot beside it with very helpful attendants to assist you.

Morgano is a little hidden gem in Tagaytay if you are looking for quality food that wouldn't break your bank.We had a squash spinach soup and a mushroom soup as appetizer as well as the ribeye steak and ravioli for the main including some fried oyster mushrooms. The taste was good and the steak was medium rare, just the way I ordered it.The rest of the menu looks also good as well and everything has a light Swiss nuance, probably the owner is from there.I also liked the ambience and the fresh air that you can enjoy there. So definitely a worthy visit!

Micah E.02:44 04/25/22
I was quite disappointed with this restaurant since their menu is specialized so I was expecting they'll be really good at it. Plus the price point is more expensive than average. Everything that we ordered were mediocre and the Mediterranean lamb was just the worst, it was this whole piece of bone with scraps of meat that was too tough I couldn't even eat even those. That's 700pesos gone to waste. The restaurant's ambience is good though, it's cozy and classy. Customer Service is also good. Try it still because the other food on their menu might be worth trying anyway.

Visiting Tagaytay soon? Found a hidden gem near Pink Sister's.Steak and pasta were cooked to perfection. They used fresh and organic ingredients for the salad. Friendly and accomodating staff. Of course, love the Tagaytay weather.

We spent a very good lunch here plus the overlooking view of Taal lake and Taal Vulcano even its wet and rainy, the view was so amazing🤩😱.Food - a lot to choose from the menu. Since majority of us doesnt eat red meat. Forgive me bulalo☹️ not today not even tomorrow. We managed to order our food that suit for our diet (for oldies😁) and kids ate the meat.My food verdict, they have one good chef in the kitchen. Food not too oily, not salty and sinigang fish was perfect for me.Surely i will recommend this place!

Kate Petalio05:20 06/10/23
We love the food so much! Worth the price😍. The overlooking view is superb and the place is very clean. Servers are very hospitable and caring. Take out option is also possible.

This restaurant in Tagaytay is a well-established and beloved spot that's perfect for a family meal. The portions are generous - my boyfriend and I ordered the bulalo and crispy pata and couldn't finish it all! The service was excellent, and the food was delicious. The cherry on top is the stunning view, which is easily the best in Tagaytay. Even though the restaurant has been around for a while, it still maintains its high standards, making it a must-visit dining destination.

Harvey Co03:29 11/02/22
The view of Taal Volcano was beautiful and the aesthetics of the resto made us took as mamy photos as we could while we waited to be seated and while waiting for our food.Really enjoyed their bulalo and kare kare. The only downside is that the food was a bit warm to the touch. It wasn't hot per say, but like the food was left to cool a bit before being served to our group. Granted we were a big group of 11 adults and 2 kids.

Aireen14:20 10/21/22
🌸 Food - ordered their Paborito Set and added a few dishes. Loved their Bulalo, meat is tender. Baked mussels and Laing con Lechon is good. Baked mussels is okay. Grilled Tuna belly is surprisingly good. I highly recommend getting their Turon de Leslie.🌸 Service/Staff - there was no wait when we went here. Staffs were friendly and accommodating. They were able to attend to our requests on a timely manner. They offered soup when we arrived and while waiting for pur order.🌸 Place - Great view of 🗻 Taal, but it was rainy at that time. Great ambiance and interior feels like home. Health protocol is observed. Place is well maintained. They have comfort rooms available. They also have space allotted for pasalubongs.🌸 Parking area - plenty of space for parking 🅿️🐾 PET FRIENDLY restaurant 🐶 😺Highly recommend 👍👍👍

Derek Liu12:25 10/12/22
Restaurant with incredible view just in front of the taal volcano I have been there more than 5 times the food is really good just the rate is becoming higher and higher the bulalo is 900 plus already almost 2 times of the rate when I went there 2018 and plus u need to wait for 1 hour that’s the thing that really gonna deduct

Daphney Rose Ticbaen-Justo05:23 05/24/22
Their bulalo is great, as well as the sizzling tuna. View is amazing. We were able to enjoy the view while waiting for our food to be prepared, which honestly is not too long. 5% service charge is included in the bill. Glad we were able to chance upon this restaurant as it houses a lot of people and still have ample amount of space between each table.

Mj Roses11:22 03/14/22
Great view, great food and plenty of parking space. Open dining areas, it gets quite cold windy. Served us bulalo soup while waiting for our meals. Food is a bit pricey but reasonable! Large serving and taste really good. ☺️

Border X-er08:45 03/06/22
One of my family's favorite restaurant in Tagaytay. Their dishes taste good. Their service is nice. You will also get the view of Taal from either of their branches. This is one of our go-to places for bulalo, as well.

Lei M15:54 01/10/22
Staff are very hospitable and accommodating. The food choices are plenty, including seafood, veggies and soups. Their servings are large and good for sharing. However, food is bland in general. Also, the dessert is too sweet and has a dry chiffon base.

The atmosphere is really refreshing. We absolutely felt the Tagaytay vibes with the cool breeze and the dim lights are perfect for our date night. The service was excellent. Their server was really specific, he even states every detail of the dish that we asked about. He was also super friendly. The pumpkin soup, steak, mashed potatoes, and steak sauce are superb! 5/5 would definitely come back

Excellent food, service and view at Fire Lake Grill Tagaytay. We ordered the Blackened Beef Salad with Grilled Pork Loin served with mashed potatoes and mixed vegetables. The house made barbeque sauce complimented the grilled pork very well. The beef served with the salad was tender and flavorful. Beautiful setting overlooking Ta'al Lake. Will definitely return to try their steak.

Beautiful view, excellent food. Highly recommended for your next date night. There should put better sides on their steak though. The ribeye was excellent with the foie gras.Must try their ahi tuna salad and the dessert.

Real Customer Reviews at Memory Lane:

Maryjune15:33 06/21/23
Disappointed!I was searching for a pleasant dining venue to celebrate Father's Day, and Memory Lane was my top choice. Whilethe reviews were generally positive, the most recent one was 5 months ago.At approximately 9 am, I contacted the restaurant to inquire about reserving a table for four. However, I was informed that they operate on a first come, first served basis, which I found even more appealing since we were already en route.Upon arriving around 11:30 am and parking our car at the rear area of the restaurant, we noticed only two cars present. Upon entering the main restaurant to find seating, a staff member asked us to wait as they attended to a group of four customers who arrived before us. When it was finally our turn, we were directed to a small table outside. This table was initially designated for a security guard but had been converted into a dining area. Unfortunately, it was attached to a wall, allowing us to sit only on one side and preventing us from facing each other. Furthermore, one end of the table protruded toward their backroom, where a pile of junk was stored, and the surroundings were visually unappealing.I became curious as to why we were assigned this particular table, especially since there was only one occupied table inside, leaving numerous vacant ones. When I inquired about sitting inside, the staff member informed me that all the indoor tables were reserved. I then reminded them that they had previously stated it was a first come, first served basis. To my dismay, they insisted that all the tables were already reserved. When I questioned why we were given misleading information during our phone call, they were unable to provide a satisfactory answer and seemed to ignore our concerns.I wish they had been honest and informed us that the restaurant was fully booked, saving us from wasting time and effort traveling and arriving early, only to discover that their "first come, first served" policy was misleading and there was no available seating. Instead, we were reluctantly assigned an inadequate outdoor table, which I believe was not even intended for dining purposes. This experience left us extremely disappointed, especially due to the dishonesty exhibited by the restaurant. We had wasted a significant amount of time due to false information, and the fact that they made no effort to provide us with a suitable table for our family's Father's Day lunch was particularly disheartening. While I cannot comment on the food itself, the service we received was highly unprofessional. I would not recommend this establishment, especially if you are celebrating a special occasion, as the unprofessional service has the potential to mar your day.

I have been in this place years before pandemic. Visited it recently.. The place is still the same though but with a little run down. The food was a little different than before.

Jt Maldupana11:08 01/23/22
We loved the Baby Back Ribs, Village Salad, and Marisqueta Rice. Good coffee. Lovely ambiance with the interior design and music, really takes you back. Good service. There's also ample parking at the back. We'll be back to try other dishes.

Finally, after so many tries, was able to dine at this place. The ambiance and the friendliness of the staff saved the day. Ordered their bibingka but was disappointed with the taste and presentation, texture tasted like a day old, coffee is bland and the potato wedges is also not good. 😔

Ken GIniseran17:07 04/04/19
The place is so quite you'll enjoy dining with the entire family here. Just a little distant from the city center but manageable. The food was great, a little pricey but overall the experience was lovely. I don't quite get the name of the restaurant though, i guess unless i spent me childhood in the area.

Pam Saur10:11 02/09/18
Food is great. Place is cozy and has a vintage feel. Parking is OK. Would come back for another visit 🙂

The pork ribs seem too brittle while its sauce was a tad rich. The dinakdakan was good, however, as it was served sizzling hot. Another disappointment is the Crispy Tawilis which was not crispy at all.

Justin Lomat11:03 06/11/23
Actually 4.5 if possible! Really different, its like a bbq ribs but not american style! Great servings!

Tina Revilla21:41 05/15/23
Went during lunch on a Sunday (mother's day) and yet, we didn't have to wait long for our food. This speaks a lot about their service. They have more than enough staff that everytime we ask for something, someone is always there to assist. No wait time whatsoever.Food is great as well. We had their beef ribs, got free soup (group meal has 4 soup and salad, and we were 5). They are quite generous in serving as well.Enjoyed their potato wedges and calamares., and sizzling Laing. Legit chicharon bulaklak. Can pay through cash, gcash, debit and credit card

Kaizen Hikari05:38 11/19/22
Spent one of my most satisfying birthday lunch here! The food is the best and we loved everything we ordered! Will definitely come back. The ribs is such a delight!

Chippy Cudiamat09:52 08/08/22
The food is great. It tasted good. You know the preparation was thought of. The baby back is worth coming back to, falls of the bone and very tasty. However, it is very pricey, cool for occasions 👍

Bobbi Herrera11:08 08/06/22
Great alternative to the usual Tagaytay Bulalo experience. The food did not disappoint - do not let the ribchon name deter you from getting other great things like their crispy tawilis and gambas. My favorite though is the crispy kare kare tadyang and the bulalo steak. Will definitely keep coming back to this place.

Dan Joseph Palisoc14:02 05/01/22
We ordered beef kaldereta and half rack ribs which is served with bulalo soup and caesar salad. Soup and salad is superb and the meat was very tender and cooked well. Plus points to their juice glass, didn't expect the size 😂

Ma.Teresa Valdez05:26 03/08/22
Overall experience is 10/10📌 Food & Drinks. It's our first time trying these and the experience is quite memorable. They have a coffee something sauce for the ribchon and I like the spicy one. Their sizzling bulalo is a lot. You can actually have it for take out📌 Facilities and Service. Staff are good and the restaurant is clean. We went there for dinner and dining outside is an experience📌 Parking. There's a car parking area

It's my first time to visit this place and this is a must!!Try the Batirol and have some waffles, that would be enough to make you go back.Haven't tried the full meals yet, but I would definitely go back to try it.The Batirol's was served hot and the waffles are crispy and delicious. We even had a good spot on the terrace. Giving a good view of Taal.

Superbomby man07:02 06/05/23
This is a great place to be in if you're looking for great tasting food. It is a bit expensive, but you pay for the flavor and the service. Their famous Tsokolate-ah tastes like champorado. The place has limited parking slots and is just beside the national road so it's kind of hard to park without causing some traffic. It is conveniently located in front of Ayala malls - Serin so you could go malling right after.

Emmanuel Litonjua14:54 04/21/23
The Black Risotto could have used a lot less ginger & a lot less chilies. The Aligue Risotto probably could have used some protein. But Tsokolate Eh was really really good! Food is very very good. Parking is horrible!

Meryl Alyssa Lista11:14 03/27/23
Loved the view, the service, ambiance and of course the food. Ordered bulalo, frozen hot chocolate, adobo overload and lechon kawali. It was really good especially the presentation for frozen hot chocolate I loved it. Already want to go back here it's really worth it ❤️❤️

Helgaerica Domingo10:00 02/23/23
Enjoyed having a late lunch here today, it’s a Thursday afternoon. Onti Lang tao. We ordered the black risotto, oh my gulay, tsokolate eh and the bibingka. I recommend the 3 except the bibingka, or maybe I just really want to taste bibingka. Akala bibingka siya but it’s more like soufflé with salted egg. so not really recommended 😒 the tsokolate is super bongga, I love it!!! My sister loved the risotto , it’s not malansa but for me it needs a little salt. the staff is good, place is clean and service and food came out very quick. Babalik ako for sure!

M Yardan01:49 01/29/23
We came for dessert after having breakfast at the Diners. We waited for an hour to be seated, we were the 7th in the list. It was raining so outside seating were unavailable which contributed to the long wait. Ordered Tsokolate ah and churro bites and they were awesome. The tsokolate ah tasted like my grandma's tsokolate except grandma's were made a little thicker. We will definitely be back to try the rest of their food. Parking is limited but you can park at the Ayala Mall in front then just cross the street to Tsokolateria.

Gabriel Constantino10:24 01/24/23
The food was delicious and good for sharing. The view of Taal from the balcony is beautiful!I would recommend reserving ahead of time, if not the wait can be a while but there are comfortable chairs and a store to browse in to pass the time.

G.R. Capati21:25 12/27/22
This is one of the best restaurants that I have been to....worth every penny. The food was tasty/yummy and the service was fantastic! It wasn't pricey IMO as some reviewers mentioned...you won't get that cost compared to the US restaurants of similar type of foodie served, it will be pricier. So glad the wife took me there before I head back to Vegas.

rene c. centeno21:59 11/06/22
The first time I tried this restaurant didn't disappoint me. Food as well as the service is good although a bit pricey. And what I like the most is the presentation of their dishes which is artistically done. Parking may be challenging on weekends though.

Drei07:35 09/25/22
Not the absolute best batirol but the service is good here. Personally, I don't think every dish should've had some chocolate included in the food. It's a good concept but the actual taste of the dishes - - not so much (especially for the price point).Have dessert here instead. Good thing you can cross order to Pamana for your lunch.

Mark Jordan Co07:07 09/15/22
We were lucky enough to enjoy this place all to ourselves for breakfast. I loved how they showcased local delicacies while maintaining creativity in their presentation. A bit lacking in breakfast options but everything else is great!

Ana Gutierrez15:07 01/02/22
Food is definitely great! It is worth a try even though it's kind of priceyyy 😊👍The ambience is is really nice especially the outdoor area where you can dine with family or friends. Not sure for the following days due to the level 3 this pandemic they might change to take-out rather than dine in. First image is from today Jan.2, 2022 and the next 2 images is from Jan.5 2020.
