Love the outcome and will surely recommend!Updating my review cause I also booked them for a 5am schedule for my makeup for my Prenup pictorial. They advised that they can do it even if it was early morning. I gave a reminder through FB messenger a day prior cause that was where the owner was responding to ensure that my schedule is set. Only received a heart reaction and took that as an acknowledgement. Trusted them too cause one of my closest friends have recommended them as owner of AB&GG has been their go-to for their Makeup needs ever since.My prenup day arrived and I messaged them 15mins before I went to their salon just to advise them that I was on my way since I am just in the vicinity. I was in front of the salon and found it was still closed. Messaged them however only received a response 15 mins after where owner said that they will call her team. Waited for good 30 minutes and sent few more messages to ask if there was enough time to do everything for me and she said that they can and they are on the way. Asked follow up questions like where they will be coming from and how long will it take to for them to reach the salon just so I can determine whether I have enough time to travel going to UP Diliman since I have my Photography team who I have a schedule with too. However, to no avail didn't receive any helpful answers to my questions. I was left waiting for one hour just for nothing. Didn't even receive any apologies at the onset of their tardiness. Owner just apologised when I said I already left and went ahead for my photo shoot.They might be experts for Balayage but being professional with schedules you committed is also a key factor in being a trusted establishment. No matter how I am satisfied with the results of my hair, I will not ever let it go that they (semi) ruined a once in a lifetime event of my life that I would want to be my most beautiful.
