Idk, maybe because I'm kinda naive at some point and they take advantage of that and I thought that it would make my hair look good but it did not. I should just go to a Korean salon instead of doing my hair here. I'm really disappointed and I totally regretted wasting my time and specifically my money here. The hair color is not achieved, a lot of people is disagreeing with me when I told them the price of my hair. Appreciate the patience on my thick and long hair.The salon itself is not crowded, feels super luxurious. They have complimentary water, wifi, dedicated bathroom, they even covered my glasses when i was getting the colour and the small details i love— hand towels in the bathroom, super comfy seats, great interiors, provision to charge your devices. The rest of the staff were courteous, and even said i could get my lunch delivered if i got hungry. I appreciate that they recommended products that could maintain the color of my hair — which are not easily available elsewhere. The pricing was not jacked up like what other salons do (i googled prices before buying!).I booked via classpass on a whim— and dont regret it. I think they didnt get notified right away but they still accommodated the appointment. Would definitely come back again— highly recommend also if you want your hair professionally colored. You'd more or less spend 300-600 on a haircut depending on what you want.I got my haircut here a few times and I just got peekaboo highlights. And honestly, I really like how they cut short hair here. Don't be afraid to always communicate what you want, they'll give you the results that you're look for~I'm always satisfied and happy with the results. They give complimentary iced tea or coffee.
