However, when I woke up this morning and looked myself in the mirror, I just started crying. Irene was recommended by one of my friends and the reviews for Estancia looked promising so I decided to giver her a try. She did fine with the haircut but when it came to the coloring, she is one of the worst hair stylist's I've ever been to. My hair is naturally brown, and I had asked her to do a lighter ombre with some light/blond highlights. She ended up doing highlights throughout my whole hair with no ombre and the highlights are caramel colored. This looks extremely cheap and unnatural and I can't even look myself in the mirror without crying. I called a different stylist and they were extremely understanding and were kind enough to squeeze me in today so they can try to fix it. Irene did give me a full refund, which I'm grateful for. I was planning on possibly getting extensions for the first time with a different stylist at Estancia that I consulted with, but after this experience, I won't go back there even for that.
