I have been to 50+ salon for the same treatment, and this place stood out the most terrible way, ironically, the price is the highest. Not to mention when they finished drying my hair, when I pointed out that I can still see a lot of grey hair, the hair stylist and assistant said “ma’am, it’s the light !” Now I have to provide pictures to show the truth to you all. Oh btw, the nail service never came to me so I didn’t even want to continue my “salon experience “ here. First, they asked me some questions like what do i want to achieve with my hair and Ms. Fate gave me recommendations. Sam Dyosa was the one who did my hair color and treatment. She is very professional and passionate on what she does. She was able to communicate well on the process of my treatment and aftercare and she treated me really well during my stay. I love how she massaged my head/hair and she even turned off the lights so I can relax for a bit. These are just simple gestures but you know that they know what they are doing. They know the needs of their customers and you will feel like a VIP. I tried other salons before and I can say that this will be on one of my top choice. Will definitely go back! I wanted to trim my bangs and ends to be straighter, as well as fix the parts of my hair framing my face. I admittedly stumbled over my own words a lot when telling her what I wanted, but she was nonetheless patient and attentive in answering my questions and making sure I knew what she was going to do to my hair. She reccomended a few different styles and options given my general preferences, and followed through flawlessly. Before, I was so nervous about being outside because of my hair, but by the time our appointment ended I felt so much more confident and happy.The establishment itself is very well kept. It's nice and spacious and clean. The additional staff are also very kind, welcoming, and frequently ask questions to make sure you're having a good experience. Everyone who works here is ready and willing to help with whatever you may need.I visit Philippines once a year, and am returning to the U.S. soon, but this place is making me wish I could stay for longer. I didn’t get hurt while he was washing, drying, brushing, and applying treatment to my hair.The lady who received me at the front desk (I unfortunately didn’t get her name) was also very helpful and accommodating with my questions.So far, I had great experience and would go back again. Though there were some negative reviews, the positive ones were more than convincing enough for me to go ahead and book a schedule with them.I had to book 3 separate sessions all in all due to my work schedule. And since I have really fine hair, that worked to my advantage as the bleaching sessions were separate and didn't do much damage to my scalp. Posted the image of the final result that my stylist took.Overall the experience was great. The booking via text was pretty straightforward, the staff there were very much accommodating and pleasant to be around, not to mention what ever products they were using didn't really make my head feel uncomfortable during each session. I'll admit I wasn't as elaborate with my desired color and style at first, but luckily I had a great team working on me. That being said, I want to give a big shout out to both my color technician, sir Richard, and stylist, sir Louie, for the being so patient with me and for this awesome outcome. I had come in asking for a blondish balayage. They consulted me saying my hair would require at least 5 hours to accomplish my desired look. I let them know I did not have that much time. They recommended I go for a more chocolate brown, which I agreed to.Two stylists applied the bleach to my hair. I am not a stylist or colorist by any means, but even a layperson could tell the bleach was being applied haphazardly. There was no pattern or intent behind the application.I should have voiced my concern, but I did not want to come across as patronizing or undermining their expertise.I did not get a “chocolate balayage” like they said I would. Instead, I got this coppery, crazy mess of a hair. It has been 2 weeks since I had my hair cut and dyed, and I have already scheduled an appointment with a different colorist to fix this situation. It is such a shame I wasted 3.5 hours of my time and over P6000. I am not very picky at all when it comes to my hair. I’ve chopped it off myself before, I’ve let people practice cutting hair on me, and I even mentioned to the stylists that I definitely did not want my hair to come across coppery at all.Let this be a warning to anyone considering to get their hair colored to do their research on specific stylists and look for a portfolio before booking an appointment. I was able to secure same day appointment through messaging their Facebook page and quickly got a response within minutes. Very convenient since i was having trouble reaching the number through my international phone.Initially I had asked for highlights (which I knew might not happen given my purple hair) with brown hair. I wasn’t too sure what shade of brown I wanted but the staff was more than willing to assist with showing me what shades suit the best for me. We went ahead with a nice chestnut brown that I’m very happy with! Unfortunately highlights wasn’t going to happen due to a test strand turning pink. They made sure to educate me and explained the reasoning as to why, surely enough I understood.We went ahead with a treatment as well, a regiment I’ll be following for the next month and the person who helped me did a great job throughly explaining the steps as well as treating my hair. I also want to add how fast the service was and they made sure to show me the color of my hair before proceeding. I was at the salon for about 4 hours and given the amount of things they did to my hair that is a great time. I’m extremely satisfied with the service and the outcome of my hair!Staff: 5/5 Throughly explained each step, walked me through the process and very friendly + fast!Service: 5/5 Extremely satisfied with the outcome and did everything in a timely manner.
