The first receptionist (woman) did not even entertained my question at first but maybe she was just an alternate so I waited for the Guy receptionist to answer my question. He did not even acknowledge that there might be something wrong with their services and just said "Thank You" after I talked to him.I would like to believe that this is an isolated case but I'd also appreciate if you can fix these issues so other customers will not be shortchanged.
