Also, the receptionist was very pleasant and accomodating. I was just a little annoyed with the lady who worked on my face because she made a comment that I didn't like. Before the massage, my other cousin even requested that we only wanted female therapist as we were all women and the request was catered. However, it didn't help and two of my cousins felt violated.At the end of this terrible experience. We have also reiterated about every clients privacy & confidentiality. P&C should be the foundation of your business and your staff are obviously not trained to act and behave appropriately.DO NOT GO HERE. During a massage when I turned over I saw that the curtain separating my cousin and I was halfway open. Initially I thought maybe it was accidentally opened so I asked them to close it. After my massage I asked if it was normal for the curtain to be halfway open during treatments, the therapist working on my cousin apologized and said that the therapist working on me kept opening the curtain cause he/she wanted “a show.” I then spoke with the therapist working on me and asked why he/she opened the curtain, they told me it was because they “were feeling hot.” I asked the therapist if he/she did that to other clients and they said no. At one point the lady working the front desk defended the therapist saying that it does get hot and said that we should’ve just stopped the massage once we noticed the curtain was opened. I was so upset hearing that they were putting the blame on us and was very disturbed. Please find another massage place and do not support this business. Save yourself from being violated. We tried their 4in1 signature massage and it was good also they have that heat thing rolled in the back of your body. Plus points since heat is relaxing to the muscles.Cons:-a noise coming in from a toddler from the receiving area.-the therapists are not wearing mask.-my husband’s therapist was burping couple of times during the session. I like my nails plain and simple but they could do nice nail art as well. They are also up to date on the latest trends -- their most recent work is the holographic nails.It's very rare for me to like a nail spa because most of the spas out there give me nail wounds and don't apply polish seamlessly. That's why I love this spa so much. Their polish application is very seamless and I don't leave the place with open wounds. What I also love is the customer service! This one is a make for break for me. The staff are all very friendly -- the owner too! Ms. Edna is always at the spa entertaining people. She is very funny as well!It's also nice that the building where the spa is located has restaurants and coffee shops so you could buy coffee or some snacks while you get your nails done.I come here at least once a month.
