They require a minimum of 2 hours for home service which is slightly more than other spas which only require a minimum of 1.5 hours. I tried getting a massage at the spa itself and it was as good as what one gets at home, even though the spa is rather cramped. It was also dark going down to the basement where the rooms are. Thankfully, the staff lit the way with flashlights. The benefit of going to the spa itself is that one gets a discounted rate from the time the spa opens up to 5pm. We decided to have coffee and light dinner at the coffee shop across the street while waiting, to my disappointment, they didn’t even have the courtesy to SMS me to let me know if the other spot opened or not, ended up heading down to Hands of Gold instead, which was definitely a way better experience.This business seems to take people for granted due to the reviews they get but, I can’t recommend then at all, poor attitude + lack of customer receiving skills is just unheard of for their pricing, other places who surely offers the same massage packages offers cheaper, go spend your money wisely. They dont know the concept of full body massages as it was not relaxing at all. Same routine as manhattan branch but it lacks passion and common sense. They will ask you if you prefer moderate or hard, but it will be hard regardless. Even the scalp and forehead massage was unbelievably in a rough mode. I was frowning the whole time not kidding. It was almost as if theyre gonna bury their fingers into your body (and it doesnt work if you say something about it! Longest 1hr of my life). Go to manhattan branch instead. I almost demanded for credentials certification istg.
