Very sulit for the price and quality of the items. Employees though are not so approachable which I think because of the tiredness they feel.

Products products shown on the showroom are not as is so when buying in store you need to be more specific with what you want . The customer service couldn't be any worse non-responsive salespeople cashiers who just wants to process your payment then be done with it and basically no other interactions. No recommendations, no personalization of experience, no assistance until i literally shouted for one. I wasn't dressed the best that day but I had the money to buy the sofa. I felt discriminated . I didn't feel important. Also there was no updates with the pick up or when it was already received by the location. I had to look for their contact number online and call them myself and even then they were scrambling over the phone to see if my order arrived. The Guards were really nice tho. Everyone else sucked.

It was my first time to visit this branch. It is very spacious and lots of sale items to choose from. But some furnitures are pricier compared to other shops inside SM and Ayala Malls.
