Chair broke after 5 months. Still within warranty and it took a month to get warranty approved. Manilyn, the agent I was talking to super arrogant. “Paki dala sa Friday po” then when I arroved ng Friday sabi “mag advise po ako Friday” - pa palit palit yung sinasabi.I sure hope the company fixes this issue as it is a huge inconvenience.

I was misinformed with the weight capacity of the chair I bought here and had to return it. Would take around 2 weeks for the refund. Could have bought a different variety if they had acknowledged their shortcomming.

i bought a table with them and got it delivered to my house. my mom accepted the delivery but when i got home, i saw a crack on the corner of the table and there were scratches on the chairs. i called the store and asked them to replace it, instead they wanted to charge me with delivery fee again and wait for the new stock to arrive. i wont deal with this store again.

Great, with different selections from similar stores, plus there are individual stores inside, offering a wider variety. Big gripe it's hot inside, where the heck is the ac?! If you're wearing a face shield and mask it's sweat central considering it's even a rainy day today.In my pics are matte black doorknobs by Henry's, not familiar with the brand but they're made in Taiwan and quite reasonably priced, hope they're hardy as well. These are a particular find as this is the only place I found black doorknobs in, all other stores don't carry them. They have for Front Door lock sets, so it's strange they don't carry matching doorknobs.

They have different materials use in construction and also decors.May need to add aircon since not all areas of the store is cool . It's hard while your trying to buy something but not able to roam around because it's hot. Have cheaper furnitures available
