If you plan to buy furniture or mattresses, try buying somewhere else. We order more than 2 weeks in advance, yet the delivery was delayed for a week. They are claiming that all their 4 trucks are not in good working condition. How could that be our problem? We paid more than P2k for the delivery. They should have hired a private delivery company to fulfill our orders. Now we are sleeping on the floor until they delivery our items.I tried to make a complain on their Main office but they just "seen" my whatsapp. Very poor customer service.

Prices are reasonable. They have large selections for home use. Way better than Vista Mall's (which are over price) All Home and at times than SM's Our home which have ample selection. Don't forget to avail their discount card as this is very helpful if you're buying tons of items. We had huge savings when we availed the discount card and it is for a lifetime and could be transferable.

I ordered four items online with their San Fernando Pampanga branch on mid September 2020 and three days after I received a confirmation email from their fulfilment team stating that all the items in my order are completed and was also provided with pick up date.When pick up date was made which is almost a month from confirmation date I was surprised with horrendous disappointment as I was told that one of the item is not available and was instructed to come back and collect it on the next coming month of November.Apart from receiving several emails that all of the items from my order are completed and ready for collection they've done nothing in there part to notify me that one item is unavailable considering there is a plenty of time for them to let me know that something is missing.Another trouble is I hired a third party courier which cost me almost 10k for the collection of my orders and they've advice me to come back next month for something which costs less than the courier fee.Didn't even bother sending me an apology sms or email to from the branch or personnel responsible for making this costly and time consuming inconvenience.I tried to chase and convince them to just kindly deliver the missing item considering the fault was clearly on thier part.And when they've deliver the missing item it was on a very bad state, Box was opened and not on it's original factory sealed box and some parts are poorly taped outside the box, Definitely not the normal/professional way of selling online and as they claim on their website.And another surprising and disappointing thing is all the items I received was made from "China", Was expecting proudly Philippine made products.Will definitely not going to shop here anymore.Good thing IKEA Philippines is opening soon!
