Visited Papa Doms for dinner. Seated at the outdoor area overlooking Taal Lake. It was quite windy, be sure to bring along a jacket just in case. We ordered Garden Salad, Mushroom Soup, Butter Garlic Prawn, Cheese Muscle, Garlic Rice and beer. Generally the food is tasty but quite salty, remember to drink more beer 🍺🍻😁

Rammm01:13 07/16/23
Place was good. Easy to go there amd same as going back to our unit. Make sure to have a table on the outside as you can really feel the vibe and party on that part.

Lori Navarro03:52 05/22/23
Bulalo was so tender but a bit too salty for my taste.. sisig and lumpiang shanghai were OK. We dined outside, near the entrance, there were bees hence we were kind of uncomfortable and ate quickly. Overall, place was nice. (No band playing when we were there, probably because it was weekday.)

sherwin laurito05:26 03/20/23
Straight up jamming. No frills bar. Sisig is a must.

John Patrick Esquejo02:22 05/25/22
cheap drinks, cool place. not sure if they intentionally played lame music during early evening, but late at night everyone is singing to familiar anthems which made the place better. nice bar for catching up with friends 👍🏼

Gilbert O'Sullivan04:05 02/22/22
Superb view over Taal and good service. Adequate parking and toilets. Nice spot to neck a beer or 2...

The food is amazing 😘👌🏻, staff are friendly and the view is awesome. I'd love to go back here.

Byron Csizmadia06:38 02/10/18
Papa Doms is located in a complex of several restaurant/bar establishments. I was initially attracted to the complex because of the huge lighted sign of one of the other resto/bars located there. It looked dead so I started checking around. I was approached by a couple of young ladies each promoting a different bar. I chose Papa Doms because I felt like a burger and they had one.You can choose to sit outside on the huge patio that is shared by another resto/bar or inside. I chose inside. Be advised that smoking is allowed inside. The bar was about half full inside and lots of the tables outside were also occupied. I ordered a Red Horse beer and checked out the menu, even though I knew I would likely order the burger. My beer arrived and it was nice and cold. I had looked at the menu and there were lots of good choices, but I decided on the burger. The cooks here are fast! I wasn't even finished my first beer when my burger arrived. It was delicious. The caramelized onions were perfect. The fries were crisp and tasty. They provide mayo to dip. I enjoyed every bite.My server could have been a bit more attentive. Every time I wanted another beer I had to flag him down, but to his credit, after about the third beer he got it and he started checking on me.The atmosphere is very casual. The crowd is a mixture of all ages. The music is decent and not so loud that you can't talk. They had a separate room where you could play beer pong. And this room also has a CR so if you can't wait for one of the CR's in the main bar, this is an option. I'm sure the view is spectacular, but it was cloudy the evening I was there so I wasn't able to appreciate it.As the evening progressed, the bar filled up. I was feeling a bit hungry again so I decided to order some Dyno Rolls. These are similar to the Filipino street food called Dynamite, which is a green chilli stuffed with cheese and wrapped in a lumpia wraper then deep fried. The rolls were delicious and made for excellent pulutan. My overall experience was a good one. I had a nice conversation with some Filipinos sitting at the table next to me, and they gave me a shot of their "cocktail" they were drinking. It was a fruit drink spiked with vodka, served in a jug with ice. I saw a lot of tables drinking the same thing. They drank it from shot glasses and it was tasty.Check out Papa Doms if you are staying in Tagaytay. I know I will again the next time I'm there.

Great place to have your meal. Their bulalo is good but the sisig is just so so.

HoodlumHavoc Gaming22:06 06/18/23
Here are the foods that wr ordered:Bulalo is over priced. Nothing special.Chopsuey is great.Tawilis is great.Kalamares is ok.They are 24hrs with lots of parking. Restaurant is ok. We went here at night so it was cold. Not sure about the experience at noontime due to the hot weather in the PH.Will comeback if i am coming late night again and nothing else is open.

Colleen Afan22:15 06/05/23
Food are great but a little bit pricey. This place has attractions, you can take a lot of pictures and have a great view of the Taal Lake. It has enough parking space. You can have free entrance to their attractions when you show your receipt (minimum purchase of 1K). Instagrammable, great place to eat and just relax and look at the beautiful scenery.

Oh it's Aboy07:32 06/04/23
There was only 1-2 service crew at the time but they were very accommodating and quick. Place ambience was nice. Very cabin feel in the 2nd floor. Food was served faster than expected. Food is not very cheap but affordable if you're in a group and bill is split. Bulalo broth is savory than the others I've had. Meat portion is generous. I think we took the set B with some additional order. My friends said that they expected the Tawilis would've been smaller and crispier. Sisig was great. Lechong kawali is what you'll expect.

Bernard Santos15:47 04/09/23
Disappointed with the take out bag they provided.. it is literally a plastic bag used in the wet market... I was also surprised when the final bill came.. i thought the price was reasonable... Until the 10% service charge was slapped on top.. the bill was bearable... The take out bag wasn't.

Place was good especially the view of taal volcano, but the only worth to get food here is the bulalo it self, the fried chicken has no taste at all, it isn't worth the price, the preparation of a place to eat was too time taking, we waited 5 hours just to get a place to eat and 30 minutes to get our food served

Macky00:05 08/10/22
Accessibility: located right beside tagaytay's main road, it is accessible to both public and private vehicles.Parking: they have parking space in front and at the back of the restaurant. It will be crowded on peak days.Wheelchair accessible for ground floor space. Going up the 2nd floor will be challenging for wheel chairAmbience: festive feel. The design is unique and gives the feeling that what you will eat here is authentic.Food: at 1650 pesos we had 2 big servings of bulalo, it tasted ok. It is served hot, clear soup. Basic bulalo. The meat is really big, but not as soft as other bulalo in the area. It includes tawilis which is really good. Sizzling sisig which is ok. A platter of rice and pitcher of iced tea. We ordered additional food such as crunchy kangkong which tasted good and Fried chicken is also ok. The food os affordable given the location of the restaurant.Videoke room: We opted to eat inside one of their videoke rooms which is 300/hr (non aircon which i don't advise, Even if it was raining during our visit, the room tends to get hot with all the energy and singing inside) there is only 1 mic, so singing duets is not encouraged. 😏 The sound of the mic and speakers is good. The songbook contains modern song.Staff and service: short waiting time, fast reaction from staff

Gerson D. Graphic08:44 08/03/22
Solid 5. I like food the view and the service. We ate in the front of taal lake. We order set a which is a bulalo, tawilis, rice, and a pitcher of ice tea good for 3 person. It cost us 875 pesos. Also a reminder when you want to get on the picture spot deck on the top you must have a minimum purchase of 1k in this resto. Luckily we manage to get up to 1k because of the service fee and the extra tub when we took out our bulalo.

Patricia Comia13:00 12/11/21
We didn't got the chance to enjoy the food because the staff doesn't seem to mind what our needs and orders, it ruined our mood. They have 10% service charge but it is not worth it. The condiments, utensils we were the one who get it from the table. And lastly, the bulalo has worm in it! Vegetable worm, very unhygienic!! I'll never recommend it.

Yuri Dela Rosa05:27 09/28/21
-Great Ambience 👌🏼-Foggy evening when I was there 🤩-Good Food 😍👌🏼even my Parents enjoyed the food.-Understaff but understandable coz of this pandemic, helped them by doing Claygo, also they are very courteous and appreciative even the kitchen staff they thanked us for dining. 😄😍 Definitely we'll be back 😊

Best recommended for an overlooking Taal lake dine in experience. It took quite a while though to serve the foods esp. our one rice platter. Their mushroom soup is very delicious. Entrance/Traffic staffs are very much welcoming and well coordinated.

Mathew Ray04:42 11/14/22
Overlooking to the famous taal lake and taal volcano, the food is more enjoyable while looking to the green and clean scene of nature. Bulalo is so delicious and also tawilis is crunchy.

Davis Apas (Personal)14:26 08/14/22
The PlaceThey are located in the main road so quite accessible but also means they are pretty busy with lots of vehicle traffic. Parking is somewhat limited and located across the street. There’s a couple of guys assisting customer to cross this busy road and that could be frightening. My kids and wife were terrified as there were some crazy drivers at the time and one of the assistants were not paying attention. The ExperienceThe place has a nice ambiance. They had several spots where you can sit. They had a kubo (with price tags of how much you need to consume so you can sit in there). It also felt like you are in the countryside with how they decorated the place.Having a lot of reviews and being popular would make you think that this restaurant caters to different types of payment but No. I didnt see any signs at the front that they only do cash payment. I only learned about it when we were sitting down. Of course, my initial reaction was to say why “Dont you have card or gcash payments?” They said they were working on getting it done but dont have that service yet. And then I started to count my cash.Unfortunately, we didnt have enough cash and I had to get me some cash. The nearest ATM Machine was 1km away and whether you take your car or walk, it would be almost the same amount of time. It took me 20-25 minutes to walk back and forth. I wasnt happy at all and told myself, the food better be good.We ordered a pitcher of Iced tea. After it arrived we noticed that it had and insect floating and so we asked for it to be changed. So they took it away and gave us another pitcher that didnt have any insects.I also noticed that one of the glasses they gave us was cloudy and has a lot of grime. So I asked one of the waitresses to get it and give me a new one and explained to her why. After about 5-10 minutes, I asked another waiter to get me a new glass because the other was taking so long. After another 10 minutes, I asked another waitress why it’s taking a long time to get a new glass? Finally, I got my glass after waiting another 2 minutes. The FoodWe saw this place with lots of review and topping at above 4 stars but dont be fooled not all of what they serve are up to par with the rating. The sisig was very delicious, smokey and a hint of spice. The Bulalo was just ordinary. They said that it was one of their best sellers but it didnt taste that much. The Tawilis was interesting as it was soft but crunchy at the same time. It tasted as what you would expect. It was served with a tiny amount of Achara which made me sad.SummaryI am not sure if I would recommend this place to others. The service wasn’t great. Although the price was similar to other areas, there are restaurants that have better food and ambiance. I do hope that they can somehow improve their service to customers and have other modes of payments.

I've been here before a few times but never actually took the time to review it. A good place to be at with a great view of the lake while you get some good Filipino food when you're in Tagaytay. Bulalo and crispy tawilis are staples while you're in Tagaytay but I recommend their Kare-kare, Inihaw na Liempo, and Lechon Kawali as well. They have a wide array of dessert selections too. Really cozy space and relaxing views with the breeze will make you feel at ease. The parking is on the other side of the road though so that's something you're gonna have to think about if you plan on dining here.

Fred (astec)05:50 06/13/22
The view is excellent! 5 stars for that! Foods? We weren't much impressed. I would rate their Bulalo- 3 stars, Chopsuey- 3 stars, Fried Tawilis- 4 stars and Sizzling Sisig- 5 stars. I would definitely recommend the Sisig to everyone. Customer service? better than usual.

The ambiance is perfect with a view of Taal lake and volcano. It was foggy when we went there so it couldn't be seen as much as clear days. The food is good. Pizza is great.

Charlene Mae Valderama06:59 07/30/23
I celebrated my birthday here and it couldn’t be any better. Food servings are incredibly for sharing. We ordered bulalo, pancakes, ribs and others. Flavor and taste are really worth the price. On top of it, the ambiance is really good. Taal lake is visible and the interiors are also really captivating.

Irish Patricio06:46 07/19/23
It was gloomy and rainy so we couldn't see Taal. However, the ambiance was still great. We ordered House Blend coffee, tea, Blueberry pancakes and slices of Carrot cake and Red Velvet.Food was great! They provide pot for the tea so you can share it. The coffee we ordered were not piping hot though. I was looking forward to sipping hot coffee in cold weather. Instead, we hurriedly sipped our coffee as it had cooled down quickly.

Ice Blue6911:51 07/15/23
Very good food. We ordered mixed seafood pasta, Hawaiian pizza, and strawberry milkshake.. they were awesome. We spent 1650 pesos for 2 persons

Angelyn Espinosa22:39 06/15/23
Service could be improved. Other than that, loved their breakfast items, their blueberry cheesecake is something you definitely have to try! Great view of Taal, IG-worthy scenery.

Ace Aspiras17:39 05/22/23
We ordered a few and the total came out to over 6,000 php. I think it's great for its price, but the extra rice costs 50 pesos. So if 10 people got one rice each, it'd be 500 php already. But the food quality is justified. It's delicious, and somewhat good for its price. The ambiance is cool, it's a good place to dine in.

Wennie Santiago10:57 05/17/23
Branch of Bag Of Beans that has the best view of the majestic beauty of Taal volcano. This branch serves food that tasted so-so. NO wow factor. We should have visited the one we always go to - BOB @ Twin Lakes or the one in Robinson's Summit Ridge.

M. A. K.12:50 04/21/23
This is my go-to-comfort food whenever I visit Tagaytay with friends and family because the view of Taal Volcano/Lake is awesome. We were lucky to get the veranda seats. Food is always consistently good and big servings, however, service was slow due to lack of service crew attending to numerous customers. Overall experience is great! Will definitely come back and I highly recommend the place if you are looking for great comfort food.

nacho froyo13:39 12/13/22
Dragged my SO to eat out for our mini year ender together. Food tasted okay, selection is great though. They have shepherd's pie and i loved it. Carrot cake was perfectly balanced. Breakfast sampler is good for two. Ambiance is perfect for dates or family occasions. Service wise the waiters were snappy initially but when we transferred tables we weren't attended to that much, they also forgot to set our table with a candle come night time.

Happy Campers & Adventurers14:59 08/26/22
Roast beef was great. The pizza was surprisingly tasted good. However, the service was a bit slow from taking orders, serving the order and and payment. Glad that the view of Taal lake got my attention. The ambiance is great. The price is affordable for a nice place and great taste of food for its serving size. A good place to catch up with friends while enjoying the nature’ view. I will go back again to try other menu.

carlo bantola03:41 08/21/22
✅✅✅ Very nice ambiance: Few people especially on weekday mornings.✅✅ Food serving & coffee: Big servings, good for two. Caesar Salad and House blend coffee is very good.❌ Price: On the expensive side. Be ready to spend 1k+ per person for full meal.❌ Frozen blueberry cheesecake: Not so good for me, cream cheese is more cream than cheese. It's more of cream pie. Maybe the baked one is better?

Adrian Mantilla16:08 07/28/22
Our place to be whenever we go to Tagaytay to have breakfast. They’ve got nice ambiance and great view of Taal Lake. The food selection is great as well, specially their hand tossed pizza is the most recommended one. Reasonable prices I must say.

I discovered vegetarian Kare Kare there and ever since it’s my favourite dish here in the Philippines. Neat decent restaurant. The view is just blissful with a volcano nearby. It’s a recommendable place. Had our end of year party there and everyone was content with the food especially the fried chicken.

Edith Fabian15:01 02/02/23
nothing beats Max's fried chicken. it's still the best! their chami was a bit salty but still okay. fresh lumpia is filling.the crew attended to us promptly.

Always Great! Amazing location... direct in front of Taal Volcano. January 2020 when the Volcano woke up and erupted it was people in the cafe... all safe and sound. Highly recommended to visit.

credodeo200003:59 02/06/22
The food was delicious as always. I mean, that Kare-kare is really good. Also other dishes are outstanding. You can't really complain about the food. Service is also very polite and friendly. But what makes this "Max's" special is the view. Eating good food with friends or family and having this view just made me appreciate everything even more. It's just breathtaking.

The venue for my best friend's 70th bday celebration. The site is very accessible and along Mahogany Road with a huge eye-catching sign at the entrance. The site consists of 3 or 4 different restaurants to choose from. We occupied the upper space coz it's well decorated to suit the event. Food is good, service is average but the ambiance is perfect!

Kay Cabangon05:55 05/21/23
Overall I’ll give this restaurant a 3.8/5. Went to this restaurant during a Sunday and the service was very fast, approximately 12 mins the dishes arrived all at once. The amount of people during this time is moderate. So 👍🏼We ordered the famous crispy tawilis, beef steak tagalog, sinampalukang manok, shanghai and plain white rice. When it comes to their food it was cooked perfectly, however TASTE WISE is quite lacking. Crispy tawilis is 8/10 its not that crispy crispy, when you eat it be careful with the “tinik” it has a lot of tinik bc of the fish bones. The Beef steak was okay malambot yung beef super, but the taste its not 10 for me so its more of a 8. Sinampalukang manok is filled with a good amount of veggies and chicken, but my brother rates it as 7/10. Lastly, the shanghai 😭😭😭 i really love shanghai, even though that its crispy and perfectly golden brown the taste is very quite lacking talaga.Happy with the place and food, but the food needs a little more improvement. Thanks

The food is great!!! We got the crispy karekare, sinampalukang manok pancid bihon and shanghai. The place is cozy and clean and not too much people.Ample parking space. If you’re in tagaytay on a weekend or holiday and want a good place to eat with not much people around this is the place for you.

the food is so good. Had tried Balay Dako, Cafe Amadeo, Leslie's and Tootsie's and I can vouch that this is the best ever I had so far. Had Chicken Adobo sa Gata, Bulalong Tagalog and Tanigue Steak, all of them are worth the price :> the waitstaffs are all very chad. thank you for the awesome birthday song choir 👍

Gab Q20:02 01/18/23
Their food is great, and the servings are generous! The inside is neat and quiet, and the outside is very photoshoot worthy, especially at night! Their employees were very warm and accommodating and were up for light jokes and some chit-chat while perusing the gift shop while waiting for our orders.

most of the restaurants in Tagaytay was full this was the only one still available at the time so we opted to try it. They offer decent food for the price.

Went here for that good greasy Bulalo, with breezy cold weather overlooking Taal. Friendly servers, fast serving time, reasonably priced. Be sure to arrive early as parking can get crowded on peak times.

Jethsel A. Salado05:59 12/26/22
I used to like Mer-Ben. But today changed my perspective. Took a while before a staff member looked at me. I've been calling their attention so we can order, and when she did, she said she would return but never did. So I decided to go to the cashier myself and order. After eating, I rang the bell so we could get the bill and wrap my take out food. But no one is looking at me as if they weren't hearing anything. So I decided to approach someone personally, carrying the plate of the food I want to take home with me. The girl said, 'mam mag bell na lang po kayo.' 'Kanina pa ko nag be-bell wala naman lumilingon sa inyo. 'Ah baka busy pa po mam.' ' kayo na busy, kanina pako tumatawag walang pumapansin. My frustration escalated because I still didn't have the bill even if I personally went to the cashier. I know you're busy, and there's a lot of customers, i hope you can still do something about the situation. I'd probably not come back until I forget this awful experience.

Honest review: 3.7/5Food 3.8Steamed Pampano: 4/5Taste is normal, a bit sweet for my palate, my wife likes it but it's just I had better Pampano in roxas blvdTapsilog: 3.6/5Once the best tapsilog in Tagaytay (or maybe in the PH), now just average. It's dry and a bit hard to chew now. The only saving grace is it's Tagaytay beef, which is known more flavorful than normal beef locally. Price also increased a lot, we've been here since the price is P75 around 2017/2018, now it's P160 but the flavor isn't worth it.Service: 4/5The servers are attentive (since there are only few customers at that time) but what I didn't like is the server handing anything, from menu, condiments, extra rice, to the bill, at the back head of my wife. I mean, they are lazy to walk a little more to the side of the table for etiquette. We're only 2 at the table for 4.Ambience: 4/5The view of Laurel, Batangas and Taal lake still provides a good ambience. Aside from that, the washroom is not well maintained. Table and chairs are clean and arranged. The best part is the singing acoustic band that roam for better dining experience.Overall:Reviews might still be subjective due to our memories for this place, but it is now becoming a shadow of their previous self. Been here since PopTalk featured it, but now, we might consider the restaurant in front (Balinsasayaw)

we had our roadtrip last night from Tanay to Tagaytay and we ordered Tapsilog, Bulalo and sisig, it was around 1 A.M but the place is still jumpacked with guests, we stay at their Kubo and we had super good convo, foods were served in a nice platting, however, the server is not accommodating, we ask for a photo which he did but he simply said... "pakiready na ung camera" in a sarcastic voice... then 1,2,3. i said thank you but no response. i guess he is tired already, he has no name tag so I can't really identify but the other server Gideon- he is nice. with the food, Tapsi is obviously reheated not as what we expected to taste it's like pork adobo and the cut is quite thick and the bulalo is not also good considering Tagaytay has the best Bulalo to offer, we quickly said to the waitress that the food is not really good just for the honest review considering it's highprice for a medium order.

Unli Bulalo soup served steaming hot! I love the native vibe of kubos. Their bulalo's meat is tender. Ampalaya also tasted good even a bit pricey. Overall great experience!

we did take our breakfast here before going to Kaybiang Tunnel for our Bicycle Loop bike with my EA Ninja Shop Partner Toni Amor. Food is delicious...

John Perez12:23 02/13/22
Quality. We're only about an hour and 15 mins away from tagaytay so we don't crave that much on Bulalo but whenever we do, we go here at Mer-Ben. Serving time is fast maybe because the kitchen is always active. The crew is very accommodating and quick whenever a request is needed. Other resto may have the view but the taste every dish is finesse here. Will always come back here. 💯

Loiza Dailisan15:12 12/29/21
Cons:We we're assigned to park beside the highway even though there were few parking spaces available.Pros:In comes to food, waiting time is okay. Bulalo was okay, nothing special. The stuffed squid is very soft and chewy. Kangkong chips are the best. We we're also served with cold service water. You can feel the breeze of Tagaytay. And their toilet is also clean.

the staffs are welcoming. All the food that we ordered are delicious and it has a rustic atmosphere.

Everything is great! Food, ambiance, staff. Though the food is great, the soup isnt hot enough para sa coldness ng place.

Katharina Saurin13:27 01/24/23
Drinks and pastries were so-so. Not bad but also nothing that makes it stand out from other restaurants. Prices were cheap. What makes this place stand out instead is the location and ambiance. You can opt for individual huts if you are in a group, makes for a great casual hangout spot late at night.

Well this resto is like a gem hidden in plain sight... 😁 Its located near the main road, doesnt look that much from the outside but the inside theme is superb! ... I really like the vibe and ambience of this place... Food is great as well, prices are reasonable also... Highly recommended!

Norman Arcangel03:38 01/31/22
The family went to tagaytay and decided to try this resto. I liked their Buco pie very much paired with their brewed coffee. We also ordered Sinigang na baboy, Inihaw na tilapia, ang Tawilis for dinner. Typical taste for the food. But what I liked was that the staff members were very accommodating to our needs. The place is well made with several instagramable spots within the premises. They also have a separate store for your pasalubong needs. It's a good place to hang out to eat with family and friends.

View and food are pretty good! Place has a nice ambiance. They got a live band too where you can jam and sing. Love it!

stunning view! It can get so windy depending on the weather, friendly and very helpful staff. Food is just okay, there’s always room for improvement though. But overall it’s a great experience!

I loved this place.. the view of the volcano and the lake is wonderful. The service was great.. and the food.. wow! The Kare Kare was incredible.. it was the best Kare Kare I have ever eaten in the Philippines..

Jess Kim01:39 02/01/23
• Nice view 🌋•good service with very kind and accommodating staffs• meat in sinigang was too chewy and not fresh in radish among vegetables in it.• Bami so good with fresh vegetables👍• Mango shake was good with not too sweetness🥭

We had our lunch at Cabanas dine and bar in Tagaytay. We ordered their singang na bagnet and sisig na bagnet which is savory. The serving of sinigang na bagnet is good for 3 persons. The place is over looking the taal lake.If you want to see the video, you can check my youtube channel Sky walker Vlogs. Thanks!

Simon Tablazon02:20 01/26/23
We went here around 7 pm on a Monday and there were very few people. The bulalo was... disappointing. I don't know whether this was a fluke or what since the place is hyped up for its bulalo but that was definitely not it. Good thing the calamares was excellent. The drinks in the photos are the mango shake and cappuccino. They were both good. The staff was very attentive, and the ordertaker didn't even have to write down the order. He only memorizes it!Maybe just go here during the daytime to appreciate the view.

Aside from a breathtaking view of Taal Volcano, you'll love the taste of food here. Good for family, friends and couple! 😍I love their service, stafds are very accomodating. You'll surely love it here.I highly recommed if you'll order their specialty halo-halo, very delicious!!!! I will surely order it again.

Everything tastes good and the place is beautiful. Sayang lang walang taal view due to heavy fog but we still had a blast! Unli soup for bulalo and loved their sisig and kare kare. ♥️

Hazel P14:10 07/28/23
The view is great but the food is mediocre.. Their Bulalo is not the best...lack of flavor. Fried Tawilis is not crunchy so will not enjoy it. Their version of sisig is ok but nothing special. Service is so slow. I would only recommend this if you want a nice view.

Great location. Spectacular views of Taal Lake and volcano. A very popular location with the locals and visitors.Parking was easy and plentiful.Seating was also plentiful and there was a nice breeze and shade to make the dining experience just perfect.Food and service was top rated. Staff were very attentive to the customer's needs. Best of all, not very expensive for a great dining experience and views.

Ridge Park is an excellent restaurant to indulge in traditional Filipino dishes, especially their flavorful bulalo. The charming "kubo" design of the restaurant creates a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, and their dishes are both scrumptious and reasonably priced. In addition, the staff is accommodating, and there is a comfortable waiting area for queues. Lastly, their stunning view of Taal Lake adds to the dining experience, making it a highly recommended spot.

Harrison Go04:02 03/20/23
We had an amazing dining experience at this restaurant with a stunning view of Taal and a traditional Filipino vibe. The ambiance was warm and inviting, and the view of Taal was truly breathtaking. The restaurant had a great selection of traditional Filipino dishes that were both delicious and beautifully presented. The service was exceptional, with the staff being attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience in Tagaytay. The combination of the stunning view and traditional Filipino vibe made for a truly unforgettable meal.

Weekdays is the best time to visit this place, not too crowded. Food is good, a little pricey for the serving size but their good service compensates it. 👌Pets are allowed, but should be on a female diaper even if your pet is male. They sell pet diaper in the cashier for 40 pesos.

Good: Perfect place for family with kids, pet-friendly too. Amazing view of Taal Lake, relaxing ambiance, reasonable price for food. Bulalo with unlimited soup is quite expensive, but it's worth the price.Bad: We ordered at 2pm and got our food almost 3pm, they told us there was an issue with their system. That same staff who took our order was not so friendly to begin with. We were so hungry and a bit disappointed on the waiting time.

Food is 10Bulalo is super good and other foods on the menu are also good. A little more than the the average price but definitely a must try!View is the best! Wide view of taal lake and taal volcano!Could be full and line is pretty long during weekends and holidays so better be ready to line up in case there is a lot of people. Definitely one of the top 3 bulalo i was able to taste so far in Tagaytay.

Simon Laimer00:37 10/21/22
Very nice place with good prices. The idea of different cubes is nice. Guests sit inside a cube, so no disturbances from table neighbors. Green and clean place with an amazing view to the volcano and its lake below. Food is delicious, service very quick! I recommend!

Hermio Jr. Cortezano01:10 05/09/22
Nice place for overlooking of the taal volcano. Their food was also cheap and delicious. With unli sabaw bulalo.wide parking area. They also have a kubo that can accomodate upto 12 pax.. tables also can be used for much better overlooking view.

Ma. Donna Remulla08:24 01/16/22
Just love the view here!Bulalo is the best with the cold breeze here. All the food we ordered are great also. It's a safe place to dine. All the kubos and tables offer you a comfortable dining experience.

Still the same atmosphere and sometimes some staff is rude. Food quality is still the same but the taste somewhat changed. Very difficult to access when commuting via jeepney. Priced just right.

Catherine E06:39 06/13/23
Great Burgers with nostalgic atmosphere which truly captivates the early 90s classic fast food restaurants!Mostly self service in regards of refilling water and other condiments.A little dusty in the dining area but you can reassure that theh comfort rooms are clean.

Zar Francisco00:19 06/10/23
We ordered beef royal burger, king burger, mushroom sisig and mushroom fries. Food is still good. I remember going here as a kid with my family and when I visited recently it brought childhood memories. Although the food is still good the service and the place can be improved. The whole dining experience will be a lot better if the crew will be a little bit friendly and nice. The dining area can also be improved by updating the tables and chairs. Anyway I guess people go here for their mushroom burgers which I really enjoyed!

Rocky Acot10:41 04/11/23
The original location still hasn't changed- which means they don't upgrade the premises here in Tagaytay. Still monobloc chairs. Mushroom fries and Mushroom burgers- even lomi with mushroom bits.Note: cash payment only. Not even gcash. This business sorely needs to be modernised.

au sant19:55 03/19/23
A must try when you go to Tagaytay! Great alternative to chicken skin. The frozen mushroom fries weren't available 😭 maybe always sold out. Old school atmosphere.

Francis Adrian Polhen09:55 12/18/22
The famous mushroom burger or Tagaytay. Place is kinda old but spacious and and well ventilated. Expect a queue when you arrive and be patient waiting for your order.

Eliza Ramos04:52 12/03/22
Came here for breakfast before going home. One of my favorite here is B4 Mushroom burger. A little bit of disappointment because they didn't check if your order is complete before giving to the customer. I suggest to check order before going out.

Stephanie Stephanie04:22 10/17/22
Went here on a Sunday afternoon and the place was a bit crowded. The place is readily accessible along the Tagaytay-Nasugbo Highway and with ample parking space. In terms of the mushroom burger, hmmm, I still favour beef patty. For me, it was quite bland and there is an over explosion of mushroom taste in my mouth since the toppings and patty are all mushroom. Quite expensive too, so 3 burgers cost us around Php 400++. Nonetheless, if you prefer vegan burger, this is the place to be.

Eizen Barleta06:25 11/30/21
Ideal for merienda sessions with family and friends, Mushroom Burger serves burgers that don’t disappoint!I just hope the restaurant itself has a cooler ambiance and a cozier space. Or maybe they wanted to keep that nostalgic feel, hence the lack of modern features.Try their Sago Gulaman! Yum!
