Have some manners and let your customers finish their highly priced meals before taking away their plates WHILE THEY ARE STILL CHEWING.All that pricey food and you can't buy excess plates?Learn some etiquette and stop annoying people who are STILL EATING. They deserve to take their time while paying for your pricey food.If you have so much time, why not get their bills instead of having us fall in line after paying for your overpriced food?

Rhea Flores02:51 06/07/23
I’ve dined here several times before but it’s my first time leaving a review. Honestly, my previous dining experiences in Din Tai Fung were a lot better. Xiaolongbao and spareribs are still my favorite. I also ordered their noodles with house specialty house, but it’s so-so. However, I’m not very satisfied with their service. The chopsticks given to me were not clean. The table was unstable so it’s uncomfortable to eat (we asked the waiter to fix but there’s no change).

Victor Yap15:01 04/09/23
We had our early lunch its around 11am when we had our table this branch is under renovation so diners are dine in al fresco infront of uniqlo. We ordered their xiaolongpao choco pao, pork buns, porkchop with fried rice, shrimp friedrice and beef noodles food was good its not our first time ti dine in din tai fung we had tried it at rockwell and in taiwan. The beef noodles is abit bland and the meat is around 3 small pieces only compare to the picture in their menu which more appetizing when seing it. But din tai fung in taiwan is way better than in ph. Service is good.

Food was great! Visited on a Sunday around 2pm and the place was packed, about 30 minutes before we were seated (2 pax). Once our food was inputed the food took about 15 minutes to come. Items ordered: Salted Egg Prawns, Garlic Fried Rice, Chili Crab Bun, Pork and Shrimp Wonton with House Special Spicy Sauce, Fried Pork and Shrimp Wonton, Golden Lava Bun, and The Choco lava. All items tasted great. Value for your money. Service was good given the volume of patrons at the restaurant.

We were blown away with this restaurant on every aspect; food, taste, quality, service, cleanliness, interior design, price (it’s fair). It’s a great food experience. The star is the Xiao Long Bao, it is really, really good. The Chicken Chop Fried Rice has that asian spice we are looking for.The Crispy Beef Strips are surprisingly good! It’s also perfect combination with the fried rice. The Chocolate Lava Xiao Long Bao was my favorite of all. It’s hot and has a nice chocolate inside a soft, smooth, chewy mochi covering. It’s happiness! The service and food quality are high.

Emmanuel Dato14:16 07/21/22
Food is still delicious. Most restaurants food have been affected by the pandemic but Din Tai Fung food and service are still great. They have the best Xiao long bao and the pork chop fried rice is just so good.

Haniel LC14:41 06/20/22
Their custard lava is the only thing that we really enjoyed in our dinner, the rest were so-so. We had seaweed salad as appetizer, sweet and sour pork and black pepper beef as our main entree. You get charged extra for the spicy sauce of their shrimp wontons. Their pork and chicken dumplings are okay, nothing remarkable. The black pepper beef came in like crispy tapa that were coated in thick flour. It's the most expensive dish that we ordered yet it's what turned us off. We got disappointed because our egg fried rice came in last when we almost finished all the dishes and it took 2 follow-ups and another 3min waiting time before it finally got served. The lemongrass juice and milk tea were too sweet.

Daniel Carlo Bueno02:46 04/13/22
Just an average Chinese restaurant nothing spacial. The food taste is par but at a high price point. Service was great and the ambiance is good.

Love joy07:21 03/13/22
I rate it 6/10. Its not that delicious as advertised. Foods are bland. All of them tastes the same. Xialongbao-you can taste the sourness ,same goes to the other dumplings (imagine ypurself doing homemade siomai ,its not like other resto that has umami taste in their food) .the servings of veggies are enough for 3 people because it tastes nothing but oily. Foods that i can recommend are the choco lava xiaolongbao (yummers pramis) cucumber with sesame oil ( the only food that has umami taste haha), chicken chops fried rice (is good as well ). Black pepper beef is ok, sweet/ sour pork of chowking is much better. Fried noodles with veggies tastes like bbq but its fine. Chili garlic dumplings is good as well. But if i were to choose between. timhowan and din tai. Ill choose timhowan. Food there are much better. Waiting time is ok. Maybe because people doesnt eat much there

Hestia's Journey06:00 02/26/22
Good Chinese food. Nice and accommodating staff. My dine-in experience could have been better if I didnt need to line up to pay the bill. Had to wait in line at the cashier near exit. NOT a good idea especially during peak hours or peak season.

Real Customer Reviews at Yabu: House of Katsu:

Francis Dominic Jardin02:40 07/16/23
Usual good food at Yabu. Service here at Megamall is superb. However, food took a while to arrive. Might be because of a lot of people dining here during lunch time. Overall a usual staple for comfort food!

Eric TW07:41 06/30/23
Their katsu curry was very good. The pork was high quality, and the miso soup was very tasty. The cabbage that came with the meal was fresh. The portions are also larger than average. The service was quite slow though, when the food came out it was already a bit cold. It was busy but the food should have been served once it was ready. The restaurant itself was ok, typical higher end mall food place. They also accept contactless card payments so you can use Apple Pay or Google, but they strangely do not accept GCash or PayMaya.Good food but I recommend going during weekdays when it is not busy.

Sofia Vitug02:24 05/21/23
Love Yabu! Even though there is always a line the wait time is not that long. Big portions, quality ingredients with unlimited side dishes. I think for the price of 400+php it's worth it.

w k11:25 03/26/23
I came to Yobu for dinner on a busy Sunday. Despite the place is packed, the staffs are really friendly and the food is good. I ordered a hire set (pork tenderloin without fat) but its still tasted juicy and yummm. Definitely will come back to visit this place. Another nice thing about this place they keep refill the shredded cabbage for you.

Chito Mauleon23:42 01/25/23
Founded in Manila on 11-11-11, Yabu is a homegrown Katsu concept restaurant started by John Concepcion with the help of Michelin Bib Gourmand Chef Kasuya Takeda. John is also the CEO of Unilever RFM Ice Cream and he has taken Selecta to the top spot among local ice creams. He is also credited with the successful launching of Magnum. Yabu is part of the Standard Hospitality Group of John Concepcion, Gerry Santos and Irene Joven. They carry such brands as Yabu, Ippudo, Elephant Grounds and Kiwami. As of the moment, Yabu has 30 branches. We ate at the 2nd floor SM Megamall B branch.Recreating the Japanese Katsu experience of breaded kurobuta pork with locally sourced ones was the challenge for Yabu's Takeda and company. John's concept was to offer unlimited Japanese rice and shredded cabbage with his Katsu sets at a reasonable price point. They had to rely on science, procedure and technique. For dinner, we ordered the 180g Rosu Katsu set (P445), Gyudon Set (P515), Original Tonkatsu Set with Prawns and Dory (P425) and the Salmon Katsu Set (P545).I've eaten at Yabu for so long. I initially thought it was a Japanese franchise and used Kurobuta pork in all Katsu pork offerings. I was totally wrong and totally amazed at the work the team led by Takeda San has made to bring the Japanese Katsu experience here. They start off with warm miso soup to open up your appetite, cold cabbage salad paired best with their sesame dressing, the Katsu of your choice with Japanese rice and fresh fruits to remove the "umay." Of course, they also offer more premium sets with actual Kurobuta, the supposed Wagyu of pork. Now, real Japanese franchises offering Katsu like Saboten and Kimukatsu are in the Philippines but Concepcion's background and expertise in brand building and experience-creating have kept Yabu in the thick of the fight and winning.I had the Gyudon Set this time to check their other offerings besides Katsu (since it's a Katsu focused restaurant). I was glad they served it in a clay pot which added another dimension to the dish, the flavorful socarrat or tutong. They also provided a sauce containing beef drippings to add to the creamy egg which you break and mix with the rice. The tender delicious beef, Gyudon sauce in egg infused Japanese rice that forms flavor rich socarrat - an absolute delight!Yabu has never failed to fill me up with a satisfying meal made special by their well curated sets.

The food is pretty good for the price you pay, when you consider the unlimited sides then you've definitely come out winning. The service is also excellent most of the time, but given how busy the place is it can be a hit or miss. The atmosphere is alright, some areas of the restaurant are definitely better than others because of the lighting I believe. Some areas are too dark for eating. The atmosphere is a hit or miss depending on the crowd. Definitely check them out!

Leslie Legaspi08:39 11/01/22
Food never disappoints. Good quality rice and meat. You can also ask for refills of cabbage, miso soup, rice and fruits. The place is always packed which can make the servers forget your request at times. BUT, will surely eat here again. 🙂

Paul Ward10:28 10/26/22
One of the best places to have your Katsu cravings fixed. Overall experience is Excellent. A lot of variety for the type of meat to select from on Katsu form, from traditional Pork Katsu to Salmon Katsu. They also offer unlimited rice, unlimited cabbage, and unlimited fruits, which is very unique. Will definitely come back to try out other dishes. Also a great place to hangout with friends or family.Highly Recommended!

Janeth Uy Cana01:24 04/25/22
Soooo yum! Unlimited drinks, unlimited rice, unlimited cabbage, unlimited miso soup, Pricey but super busog. Will bring my anakshies next time and I'm sure that they will love it here too 💯. Can't wait to dine in again. Great service as well. I also loved the wall art in the middle.

Whenever we go to megamall my daughter would ask if we can eat at Yayoi, seems like she picked her fave japanese restaurant in the area.Katsu are good as alwaysstaff are very friendly.Ipad ordering is good coz once someone has decided for their order they can just order right away, while the other person can still decide for their order. They give takeout boxes if you want to take out your food.

Clean, amazing food, great staffs and perfect location. This restaurant offers a great selections of Japanese food. Their best seller Katsu Toji Don is a must try. Fried to a perfect crispness while the meat is all juicy, flavourful and tender. Can't wait to go back. Highly recommended.

Patrick “Ricky” Unson12:34 05/19/23
Our memorable experiences were the touchscreen interface for ordering whatever we wanted, plus the heavy food servings! Everything tasted delicious including the cold tea. Sometimes there is a queue outside especially during peak hours, but it is definitely worth the wait!

Jennelyn Rustia - Paa02:39 05/15/23
They explained how to order through a little screen attached on the table and the serving is fast. The food is great specially the ramen and service is great as well. The staff are nice and kind. Will recommend to all Japanese food lover.

I like the ordering system. I think if you're a solo dinner, this would be great for you. Haven't tried their teishoku sets yet. Havr been doing a la carte. Also, other than the noodles, I like their ramen.Price is a little above average, plus service charge. Around 3-4,000 for a group of 4, with service charge. Food and place, clean.

Great dining experience with self ordering thru iPad. Their breaded dishes are fried perfectly! Reasonable price for a meal that’s good for 2. Plus the staff are attentive. Higly recommended!

Evita Daan08:02 12/05/22
Authentic Japanese food are sold here. It is not common to find a restaurant which let you order food through a little screen attached to the tables. All of the menus are there and all you have to do is select your preferred meal. The waiter will then deliver your orders. The waiting lines are long during peak hours and the sizes of the tables are not that big.The food tastes fine. Although it is a little pricy here. The comfort room is clean and the staff are kind.

Mariana Carrera (Mara Race)17:01 12/04/22
All is good here! I like the modern Japan atmosphere between a traditional one, and the service! They explained all about how is work the screen where you order your meals and all is serving fast and with good quality. The meals quantity fit with the price.I will come back soon for new plates.

[19NOV22] ordered a few favorites. The gyoza came mid meal instead of being an appetizer, take note we ordered this 1st. Buy it is delicious. The chicken katsu toji is a bit on the salty side.Kaarage was liked by my wife. The miso soup is great!Maki is ok.The system for ordering is nice.I wish the servers were more attentive to our needs. We requested warm water and got smoking hot instead. Asked for house tea and never got it until billing out, this was asked 4x btw.

I enjoyed dining in this Japanese restaurant. All the dishes I've ordered were good and satisfying. Staff were courteous and service is excellent. You can place your order through their tablet which is interesting. I can easily recommend this to all Japanese food lover.

Perfect place to enjoy with friends, family or Coleagues, I love the idea of DIY cooking of Korean, Japanese, Chinese and Filipino foods in this restaurant.

We availed a birthday promo for my 2 kids on the exact day of their birthday, so they are Free 😁.✔️Cook food choices are limited. But their shabu shabu and grill choices are okay. I love their Bagnet. The tempura was already cold 😅 Dessert choices are limited. My son is asking for a candy corner but there are none. Making your own halo halo experience was a hit.✔️Staff was friendly & approachable.

Love the variety of food. Good for families dining out. From the dessert up to main dishes.

King Lumbao16:34 05/09/23
AWESOME EXPERIENCE. My sister booked for a family dinner last week. After my arrival from UK to NAIA we headed directly to SM Megamall. This restaurant is good for group dinner with family or friends. For me not advisable for solo you can't enjoy the food when you are alone here. I enjoyed so much with the variety of foods that you can choose.

Marc Jimenez18:41 03/31/23
We availed the birthday promo — celebrant is free for their birth month if there are 4 companions. Protein selection is pretty good — you have beef, pork, seafood, and even internal organs like intestines and gizzards. Vegetable options are also decent. Aside from the raw meat, they also have ready-to-eat dishes such as tempura, dumplings, etc. Deserts are available, I enjoyed the Ice Cream bar (serves Big Scoop). For drinks, they have beer, soft drinks, and various juices. Broth is underwhelming, dipping sauce options are limited. It'll be a nice touch if there is a guide on how to make basic sauce combinations for first timers.

May Noguera (Kate)15:38 03/25/23
Good food there's a lot of choice for grill they have chicken, pork , beef and seafood. The sinigang soup is best I recommend it. The staff is accommodating specially on the peak hours like dinner and lunch they still provide what you needed or even request thank you so much 🥰

Tong Yang Greenhills has been our constant happy place. The food is superb and the place itself is great!DANTE, one of the staffs is very accommodating and welcoming. He sees to it that he attends to our needs and requests. Kudos to DANTE for unconditionally serving the clients very well.

Eli Sison14:32 11/10/22
Staff were attentive and nice. Food were okay. Grill and utensils were filthy.Compared to their MOA branch, there are less options here. Beef and pork were tasty and freshly sliced. Fried squid, and tempura were rubbery and cold, it tasted like they were leftovers from the night before. They had 2 dimsum (hakaw [i think] and Japanese siomai), tasty but not remarkable. Korean fried chicken was disappointing - idk which part they used because it was all just bones, I was not able to taste the meat at all. Fish fillet tasted good. Kimchi was great. They had like 5 types of juices.Sushi rolls were just there to say they have sushi, nothing remarkable and ingredients were basic.Ice cream flavors were disappointing too, they had the plain ones: strawberry, choc, ube, and mango. MOA branch had better ice cream options. The vanilla cake was good, very fluffy and flavor was light. Brownies were good.Worst thing about this branch is definitely their plates, utensils and grill. Looked like they dont clean their grill at all and they deal with the filth by putting thr wax paper on top of it. We were actually the first ones seated during lunchtime because I reserved so the dirty utensils and grill is a big issue to me. 😬. Some plates on the buffet part also had some dirt. Idk how to explain this nicely; but the first time I asked for sliced beef, the staff took those plates from their kitchen and they were stacked, before he sliced the beef, he looked at the plates and 3 of them were dirty so he did not use it, like there were literally some yellow stuff on the edges. Looks like staff here are not a fan of cleanliness. Honestly wanted to go after I saw that but we already ate some of the cooked food so I just let it slide because I have to pay anyway. Obviously would not dine here again, even though the staff were really nice.

Aerolle Ameer Mitra05:21 08/11/22
Food was great! Lots of choices and are fresh considering that we arrived a but late. However, the manager is rude and needs to chill out. We wanted a table for 8 people and he gave us a split table for 4 each and we told them that we were willing to wait for the next slot but he kept on saying (in an irritated tone) that he already assigned the table and he cant transfer us. You can really feel that he cant manage his restaurant well im guessing because of his attitude towards customers.

Mari May Jorda13:41 01/31/22
We ate here today cause it's my mother's birthday. Less crowded because it's Monday, i think. The place is much better with less people lol. The food is good, lot's of choices for raw food but for cooked food and desserts, few choices only, there are just 5 cooked foods (including rice).Their rates also increased. 738 for lunch now, weekdays.

Real Customer Reviews at Kuya J Restaurant:

Scott Tsai04:29 07/23/23
Their service is very slow.At 6 pm Saturday, the front desk staff told us that we would have to wait for 20-40 minutes for the food to be served. But only 40% of the tables in the restaurant were occupied. We actually did wait 40 minutes for our food. It's a good thing they remind customers. But the serving time is really too slowly. The "Man Han" next door is almost full, and it only takes 15 minutes to serve the first dish.

Mark Leona Gonzales01:48 05/06/23
Bad dining experience. Although the waiters are nice their serving time is quite long considering that theres not a lot of customers that time and we only ordered 4 items. I asked one of the staff to serve the dessert already, but it also took them more than 20 minutes to serve it.Food is average not exceptional. Their halo halo is the only thing that I probably enjoyed here. Roast chicken is okay, the fried pinakbet is weird and mostly Okra.Prices are average. Place looks old and dark.

Mojo Divide19:19 04/03/23
Service was unbelieveably slow from order taking to billing out. Each time, I had to spend several minutes hailing the staff as they actively avoided looking in your direction. Don't get me started on the Chopseuy. I know there's really no stringent rules in the dish's ingredients but, man, if you have 90% of the dish made out of cabbage; You had better rename that as Stir Fried Cabbage instead.

Jose Rey Alo15:24 03/22/23
I recently visited the Kuya J branch and I must say that the Filipino dishes they serve are consistently great, just like the other branches I've been to. The spacious restaurant can accommodate a large group with a long table, which is perfect for family gatherings or group celebrations. One thing that stood out to me was how spacious the restaurant was - it easily accommodated our large group with a long table. However, the downside to our dining experience was the slow service. I couldn't help but notice that they seemed understaffed, as even getting the bill took a long time. Despite the slower service, the waiters were courteous and attentive. It's still a good restaurant to return too.🤗✨

Bernie15:37 02/28/23
We tried Ginataang bilo bilo for merienda. Service is terrible considering we are the 3rd table customer and the dining place is almost empty. Food was served after 30 minutes. Food looks like it was pre-cooked and microwaved. Lacks sugar.

Evita Daan09:40 08/14/22
This restaurant serves Filipino food. If you are already hungry, think twice because this place serves the food with a MINIMUM of 40 minutes waiting time. I hope they can make their service faster .The dessert for the group meal we ordered was lecheflan BUT THEY NEVER SERVED IT despite the fact that we already paid for it.The place is too noisy as you can hear the conversations of the people on the other tables. Voices echo the entire place. The taste of their food are typical or usual.Parking is not a problem because it is located inside the mall.Good thing the staff are kind.

Rhett Nava09:57 08/06/22
Queueing Service: There were 10, 7 pax before us (3). Looking inside, they have tables set for 4 persons and yet, they still made us wait. I guess, they literally follow the first come, first serve regardless if a table can accomodate your group.Ordered SOLO sets of Sinigang, Beef Caldereta and Bangus Ala Pobre, it was a long wait of 25 minutes. Either they are short-staffed or they are still following the "reservation" queueu. Oh, they served the Iced Tea first and the ice has already melted.Food: If you're on a budget, go for their SOLO set (1 main dish, 4 side dishes, rice and iced tea). Aside from the budget, the food is quite good and satisfying.

Christopher Dwaine Kyle Posadas04:06 07/11/22
We dine for my parent's Silver Anniversary celebration, and ordered around 1:20PM and the food is served around 2PM. The 25 minute lead time to serve the food is not followed, IMO, don't set expectations with your customers if you cannot follow it. And all the serving has a high amount of salt and served wrong orders too. Yes, you've read that right. Our orders are too salty, and I can't even finish my sinigang soup. Plus all their service crew during that time are not attentive to customers. My father even walked towards the cashier just to get their attention because they don't see me raising my hand. I will not repeat on this branch ever. And I hope that it won't happen to anyone ever again. Because we have lost our appetite.

Soban is a Korean inspired restaurant inside 3rd Floor, SM MEGAMALL Building A. Its in between Goldilocks & Kamiseta or fronting Pizza Hut & Coffee Bean restos. Food is good. Place is clean. Waiting time is around 15-20 minutes depending on the day/time of the day and busier during weekends.

Ramen is soaked. Seafood Pancake is too doughy. Kimchi fried rice is too wet. Rice is too soft...Hardly any vegetarian options. For the follow up call, why don't you let me know what else you need to know? You have DM me on IG.

Food tastes great. They don't have unlimited meat but their packages for 2-4 persons are just right. Unli side dish and rice, make sure your tummy has enough space when you eat there. Price ranges 400-600/pax

Soban K-Town Grill is a Korean barbecue restaurant located in Los Angeles, California. The restaurant is known for its high-quality meats, including beef short ribs, pork belly, and marinated beef. They offer both traditional and modern Korean dishes, as well as a variety of sides and drinks. Many reviewers have praised the restaurant for its delicious food, attentive service, and lively atmosphere. The Korean barbecue experience is particularly popular, with diners enjoying the interactive cooking process and the ability to customize their dishes to their liking. The restaurant also offers a variety of vegetarian and gluten-free options, making it accessible to a wide range of diners. However, some reviewers have noted that the restaurant can get quite busy, especially on weekends, and that the wait times can be long. Additionally, some diners have mentioned that the prices can be on the higher side, but many feel that the quality of the food and the experience are worth it.Overall, Soban K-Town Grill appears to be a popular and well-regarded Korean barbecue restaurant in Los Angeles, with many satisfied customers.

We had a wonderful time except it would have been better if the exhaust tubes were all working efficiently. Aside from that the food was good. I suggest they make the meat strips thinner for faster cooking

Thea Valdez06:19 07/31/22
Overall the experience was great, the food, the ambiance, and the service were all good. The only thing stopping me from giving it a perfect score is it's price and the fact that it's not unlimited like most other KBBQ. Although to be fair, the set we ordered did satisfy us already. If you're someone who wants a more relaxed KBBQ experience, Soban is a good place to go. Regular KBBQ can be chaotic so I understand it's appeal.

jio valdez04:10 07/31/22
The premium BBQ set for 4 is definitely more than enough, I was pretty full by the end, everything was of good quality and there was a good variety of meat. I was skeptical at first because I was used to unli korean bbq but I feel this is worth it as you get enough food and an even better ambience compared to other chains

IG Carlo_Tecson EatsCMT Food Blog11:36 06/28/22
First stop of our 3 malls 3 restaurants food crawl. We ordered 1 large unmarinated beef and 1 large marinated beef. To fully enjoy, don't overcook the beef.Ordered cookies & cream and coffee gel for dessert.

ChRiTz03:01 05/24/22
Got the mother's day special set for 2, definitely surprised us with how many the dishes were, and with the bottomless drinks and unli side dishes, 10/10 worth it...overall, very satisfied, would definitely recommend.

The store is nice, good service and the chicken wings is so good. Dine in or take out. U gonna love it!

Forty Seven11:59 04/13/23
I ordered boneless spicy chicken tenders and I got the large because I asked the woman how big was it and she couldn't really tell me except for 400 g which I don't know what that means in terms of size which turns out to be enough for two possibly even three people. It's hard to judge the flavor of the chicken because it was far too spicy even though I didn't get super spicy just the normal spicy, but I couldn't really taste the chicken all that much because of it.The fries were really good though!

Adryel Flauta09:45 03/14/23
Just like any other Frankie's what you see is what you get, known for their Chicken Wings and various flavors.During rush hour expect mo na mahaba pila dito and matagal ang order nagr range sa 20 - 30 minutes.Unlike sa restaurant Frankie's walang alcoholic drinks here and pipila ka ulit if you want to order again.

Always freshly cook! Yummy chicken wings in the sauce of your choice! Line is always long here, so it pays to be early. Best shared with friends so that you can also share and taste different variants!

The ambiance, sevice and wide selection of dishes were pretty awesome!!!!Great for dining to celebrate special occasion. We really enjoyed the carvery from beef, leg of lamb, turkey and sausages. Baked Oysters are a must try!!! Tempura, and sashimi have lines, but the chefs are accommodating to assist our request!🥰 Kudos to the Managers, Chef's and staff who assist us

Dennis Dizon13:02 06/16/23
Quality had gone down. Roast beef is tough. Carver/server doesn't even ask how you like your meat. Hakaw dimsum isn't brought out unless you ask. Ice cream seems like a different brand, not as creamy as before. Dad's is better. Their NIU is better than both, much better.

There's a lot of variety of foods to choose from. They also offer quality service. For the place, it's air-conditioned but we think the temperature isn't set right as there are some areas (like ours near the rest room) which isn't cool unlike other areas. I'm not sure if it's centralised but I believe they can work on this. Overall, highly reco! 💯 More powerrrr 🔥

Katherine Cortes20:13 03/06/23
We went here for Saturday lunch. Decent selection of food, though I remember them having more items.Seafood is quite limited - only steamed suahe and various fishes for grilling. No oysters. Salmon sashimi is great, but you need to request for it.Long lines for the carving station and tempura station (the latter because each person in line would hoard everything in the basket). We liked the sashimi, grazing platter, and desserts (donuts, some cakes, fresh fruits). I don't remember much else... Roast beef and lamb were okay. The pasta section was disappointing (only plain red sauce and carbonara, not good).Different drinks offered including soft drinks, juices, and coffee/tea. There are also canned yogurt/beer.Overall it was okay for the price. But for the food selection and quality, I still prefer Buffet 101.

Trinang Gala (Trinz)11:32 12/10/22
the place is spacious. commendable food on my opinion are siomai, pizza, roast beef with truffle sauce, tempura. am quite upset with their palabok, too sticky and kinda blunt. their juices are too sweet. some of the staffs are not accommodating at all. they ignore you even if they see that you are waiting for them to notice you. another thing i noticed is that try to make you eat less because they try to control what you get by putting foods little by little specially their tempura and steak. i also noticed since it's not my first time in this buffet is that the more i go there, the lesser the choices of food they serve. so, for the amount us consumers pay, i think it's not worth it anymore.

Marco Q01:20 11/02/22
Ate here twice in a span of 14 days together with my mom (It was our birthdays). We arrived during the opening time at 11 AM.Pros:Unlimited drinks and normally always in stock (including san miguel beer)Ice cream is pretty good (unlimited too)Good seating space and it doesn't seem crampedCons:Expensive (not worth the price)There are a couple of things that are hidden to the customer (such as the salmon nigiri in the picture which we were only served after I complained to one of their employees)Never ending lines to the Tempura stand and Roasting station (We never got any due to the long lines)Reservation via phone doesn't work, We were told that reservations were full but walk in is possible (which doesn't make sense)Slow refills (as seen in the pictures), Usually takes 30-60 minutes before something is refilledOverall - not worth the price. It seems that most buffets never really recovered after the pandemic. Such a shame.

Adrielle Ortiz06:24 10/20/22
Vikings Luxury Buffet is an all you can eat buffet restaurant that offers unlimited food and without the usual 2-hour time limit. You can enjoy unlimited servings of Japanese, Chinese, and Filipino foods, as well as Western dishes like pasta, pizza, and bread. Their selection of desserts are very wide and will be a delight for those with a sweet tooth. Some of the food I really recommend are dumplings (pork and other flavors), pizza, lechon or roasted pork, tempura, and oyster. They also have unlimited access to various drinks both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. The price is obviously expensive which was around 900 per head on a weekday night. Expect it to be much higher on a weekend.

Ryan Jeff Villana (RJ)01:19 08/26/22
I have been to this branch a lot times before Pandemic hits. This branch was one of the best branches they have. Choices of food remained at top tier and high quality. However, some had changed like their sea food and grilling station. It became really small and the choices were few like gizzards, isaw, atay balunan, and salmon head. It was not like before where you may still see squid, chicken wings/thigh, and barbeque. Their sushi presentation had greatly changed too. From being extravagant, now to a regular few choices. The good thing is, even though the choices had decreased, the price remains the same as before which is plus. The pasta is superb! They have authentic carbonara (no creme), just made with eggs, cheese, and pecorino. The staffs are really accommdating and customer service is fantastic. The head chef always roam around the entire restaurant to oversee everything and ensure everything is being met according to their standards.Overall, this branch though some had changed, you will still experience one of the best dining experience in a buffet.

Sherwin Clarence Go09:15 04/25/22
They have raised prices post pandemic its now P1040 a person on weekend lunch. The food spread is just so-so not a whole lot of choices and you will rotating yourself among a few dishes as a lot of the other dishes are more common. As always with mall based buffets people stuff themselves with tempura and salmon sashimi. Long lines too in the carving station. Don't expect quality beef too its more like brisket rather than prime rib cut of beef. Service was decent as they clean up the tables regularly. The quality of experience would probably be better on weekdays where there are fewer people dining with you.

Abdul Raffi Abas07:59 04/13/22
I come here for the drinks, beef and sweets. When you eat here eat slow, taste the food well and enjoy the moment. Dont rush. For Muslims, you can ask the chef for you to be sure whether its pork or not.

DON’T be fooled by these pictures. This was the WORST and most BLAND food I have received. I had so much expectations for this, but the services were so SLOW and they can’t even pay attention to the only table that has their customers. They gave us the meal first before our appetizers. What is this? Mix n Match? Remix? Paying 3K for THIS DISAPPOINTMENT. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!👎🏼

Botejyu is a gem for Japanese food lovers. During my recent visit, I had the pleasure of trying their Ramen, Takoyaki, Tuna Sashimi, and Eel Sushi, and I must say, each dish left a lasting impression. The Ramen was a bowl of pure comfort. The broth was rich and flavorful, perfectly complemented by the chewy noodles and the tender slices of pork. The toppings added a delightful mix of textures, making each spoonful a delightful experience. The All Star Takoyaki, with its golden brown exterior and soft, gooey center, was a delight to the taste buds. The octopus inside was cooked to perfection, and the takoyaki sauce and bonito flakes added a burst of umami flavors. The Tuna Sashimi was a testament to the freshness and quality of the ingredients. The slices of tuna were delicate, beautifully presented, and melted in the mouth. Paired with soy sauce and wasabi, it was a refreshing and delightful dish. The Eel Sushi was a standout. The grilled eel had a delicious glaze and was incredibly tender. Combined with perfectly seasoned sushi rice and a drizzle of eel sauce, it created a symphony of flavors that delighted the palate.Overall, Botejyu offers a remarkable Japanese dining experience. From the comforting Ramen to the delightful Takoyaki, the fresh Tuna Sashimi, and the flavorsome Eel Sushi, each dish showcases the restaurant's commitment to quality and authenticity.

my boyfriend and I celebrated our 5th anniversary here. there were a lot of people inside since we visited during lunchtime which is understandable plus it was also a Sunday. before we were finally seated, the servers made us wait for a couple of minutes.what we ordered:🍤 prawn tempura rice bowl🍱 beef hayashi rice🍙 unagi & avocado rolls🥢takoyaki🥭ripe mango shake🍹green mango shakeall of our orders screamed quality. everything was nicely plated and freshly prepared and cooked. you totally get your money's worth.the only thing that I didn't like was the dim tables on the corner which we were seated. it was kind of difficult to appreciate the visually appealing food on our tables due to low lighting. (which is not the case for other tables) nonetheless, we enjoyed our lunch date here.

Gladys Apilado11:14 01/10/23
The dishes here are good for sharing. We ordered 6 dishes off their menu because we thought that servings are like that of other restaurants for small plates but we were definitely surprised when they served them.I loved the sushi plate and okonomiyaki out of all the dishes ..warning though, try your best not to order them at the same time like we did as thier both heavy on the tummy. The customer service could be better.Cards and cash payments are available.

It was my first time eating here. I must say that I was really satisfied with the food. They serve authentic japanese cuisine. If you love japanese food as much as I do, you’ll love it here.

Diane01:55 06/09/22
Great food! We love Japanese food. First time eating here. Service is very very slow. Takes time to take your order and to pay for it. They don't have take outs here so you have to finish what you have ordered. We ordered the set meal with ramen, chicken karaage, shrimp tempura and grilled pork. Super good! Will definitely go back for the food, but not the service!

Belinda Nantes08:03 03/26/22
Grilled BBQ pork rice bowl Hokkaido style is a simple yet the complete tasty meal that you need! The side salad is fresh while the meat is really tasty! A balance of your go, grow and glow food all the way.

So, I finally got to try Ippudo Ramen, the popular Japanese spot known for its delicious noodles. Here's the scoop: it was pretty good, but with a few things to keep in mind.Let's start with the good stuff - the ramen soup. Oh boy, it was packed with flavor! The broth was tasty and authentic, just like you'd expect from a top-notch ramen joint. But here comes the but... they didn't give a whole lot of it. I left feeling a bit disappointed with the small serving size.Next up, the price. I have to be honest, it's a bit on the pricey side. If you're trying to save some cash, this might not be your everyday spot. But hey, sometimes treating yourself is worth it, right? On the upside, the staff was super nice and attentive. They made me feel welcome and helped me choose the best ramen for my taste. A friendly crew always adds a nice touch to the meal. The place itself was cozy and had a cool Japanese vibe. It's perfect for a chill lunch or a warm dinner with friends. In a nutshell, Ippudo Ramen delivers on flavor, but it comes with a higher price tag and smaller portions. If you're up for a little splurge and want to enjoy some seriously tasty ramen, give it a shot. Just remember to come hungry or be ready to shell out some extra yen!

Ronald Olaño02:26 06/22/23
MY COMFORT FOODS as always!IPPUDO always amazes me, just like this MEGAMALL branch.Ambience is great as well as their service during our weekend visit / peak hour.Their staff is very attentive.Wide variety of food choices especially their Ramen where they have different ways to serve.Price is reasonable considering the ambience, food taste and service. With all these praises, I still want them to step up more for greater good.

Jay B10:59 04/22/23
Flavorful and delicious ramen at Ippudo SM Megamall. Their staff are courteous and friendly. They also explained clearly the options when ordering ramen such as the type of noodles, etc. The ambiance is relaxing and the food is really great! We'll definitely come back. 😊

Mark Leona Gonzales23:26 03/18/23
Nice Ambiance. Everything we ordered taste great, especially the Pork Bun. What is unique with their Ramen is that its broth is not too oily, you wont get tired of eating it.Service is also great. All staffs are courteous.Price is a bit on the above average side, but hey for the experience it is worth it.

Eypee Kaamiño08:16 03/02/23
This was my first time at Ippudo and straight out of the box, the restaurant and location felt high end. I ordered their signature ramen lunch menu that consists of tonkotsu ramen, a few appetizers and 3 pieces of gyoza. it also came with hot tea. 425₱ for the whole tray was incredible!Unfortunately I noticed the ramen was a bit small and they skipped on the egg, seaweed and other key ingredients of a proper tonkotsu ramen. I would have preferred they priced the whole tray a bit higher and offered their best ramen version.Next time I will order their a la carte „special“ ramens for a real ramen experience. The ramen broth was on point, the noodles (hard) had the perfect consistency. The gyoza could have been more crispy though. the appetizers were very yummy as well.

Rhea Flores11:55 11/05/22
Quite on the pricey side but everything tasted good. The ramen broth is so flavorful and rich. I recommend their grilled salmon. It’s superb. Service is also fast and the ambience is really nice.

Daneyyy13:52 06/19/22
Ordered the mushroom ramen and it tastes so good. If you're vegan this is the ramen for you. In my case, I'm not actually vegan, I'm just not a fan of pork. We also had karaage and aburi spicy salmon roll. Loved everything; so flavorful. The staff were very accomodating. They had really great service in this branch.

Dianne Salonga10:06 02/26/22
The place is always crowded because a lot of people want to dine in.Menu is good but I home there will be rice dishes too not just ramen. (Of course, you visit a ramen restaurant).Price is a bit expensive but worth it. The ramen bowl is so big that the serving is actually good for 2 people (unless you're a ramen addict, you can finish it).The ambiance is good but the lighting so dim in some part.

All that we ordered tastes great!

This place is trying to be authentic. I appreciate that they have a non meat menu, but it's small and hidden. You have to ask for it. 3 Ramen, and that's it. It is big inside and loud. People to keep the tone down. It is high priced for a cantine like setup. Service is slow, and once seated, it's hard to get hold of staff. They have no forks.

ZeeJay R (Chris)05:35 04/30/23
A bowl has single thin pork slice which is just like less than 10grams.Not worth the price.

Giselle10:34 03/20/23
Dunno why the google says it's Ukokkei Japan Ramen. It's Marugams Udon. Big serving and fast serving of food and order. However since a lot of people are coming in this restaurant it's always full of people inside and it's noisy

Greg03:39 01/05/23
While I hate to give such a review but the food wasn't great at all the portions were horrible and the atmosphere was like a cheap cafeteria I don't know what the big lineups were about but I certainly didn't get a good impression of that place

Pat JR Canega23:35 11/20/22
Food was great but they to improve their serving amount... it's about smaller compared to other Ramen houses nearby... Service was good but at times they do not immediately get to you when you ask for something.

xam viente10:43 10/04/22
This is another affordable Japanese foodie, that will satisfy your cravings.I'm not into ramen, that's why I didn't order. But I must say, their prices are reasonable too.Staffs are friendly, tho the place is not that big to accommodate a lot of customers. I don't see a queue of people, but I can say that customers here are come and go.

Rizlyn Bae11:42 08/20/22
The ambiance is great! But better to enhance when organizing things and preparing the meal etiquette. So cx don't need to ask things that are not in the table. Nevertheless, the rest are great!

if you are looking for an affordable ramen, this is a must try restaurant! the ramen is good for its price! masarap din yung california maki!!!but the best for me so far is their takoyaki!!!!!!be careful they serve it hot!!
