My favourite dish was the beef bolalo 🙂 Crispy sisig and crispy pasta are rich and oily (but when are they not?).

Chester Cunanan08:00 06/13/23
Overpriced halo-halo lacking any distinctive flavor. The mango turon was odd, as the wrapper had a distinctive savory taste and was only crunchy on the outside. The inside wasn't well fried and was slightly soft. The mango filling was fine. Overall disappointing.

Phil11:59 06/09/23
The hype for the food here is well justified. You can definitely order just small sizes and would be enough for 2 people. They can further improve their service by having a quicker prep time for the sisig as it was a bit of delay when it was served. The sisig and sinigang are top of the line. 👍

Xavier Uranga18:37 04/25/23
Probably the best food we’d ever tried!! Sisig and Ube!!! The service amazing!! Best restaurant in the whole world!! Greetings from Mexico!

Gian Myr Vicente22:09 03/08/23
The Choco-nut Shake is delicious and the fried shrimp also. The Sinigang na Baboy ng Sampaloc has a different taste compared to other sinigang, which is flavorful and delish.

Jay Orilla07:24 03/05/23
A Filipino chain resto inside Robinson's Ermita. The food is typical filipino resto food and does not "pop off" taste wise. Service is also slow and the place was a bit noisy, which was expected since it is inside a mall.

uriah pancho14:34 01/01/23
Food was good. The flavor is definitely worth its price. A typical adult male can be full with a 500-650 price range.Service can be improved though. The waiters can easily be called over but they don't immediately serve dessert after dinner and don't immediately bring you the leftover food you requested to take home.

Nicolas Cochonneau13:36 09/24/22
Had the Pork Adobo, Sisig and Garlic Rice with two Ice Shakes, nothing to complain about, the food was super delicious and great service too! Also good value for money! Will definitely come back

Patrick Trinidad12:59 07/01/22
Take 2! The last I had Manam was before the pandemic. This time I experienced the branch at Robinsons Place Ermita. The Sinigang Beef Ribs and Watermelon remains to be interesting…just don’t let it go cold or it would taste like seawater!Camaron rebosado went well with the fried ensaladang talong and the tinapa fried rice. The service can take ages! The price is just okay with the amount of serving!

We had lunch here today its Fathers Day as we celebrate 🍾 this special day for all dads. I like this restaurant they have lots of food choices taste good and the staff are accommodating and served us well. They give discounts for Senior Citizens, PWD and 500 pesos for young children. For senior who reached the age of 75 years old and above they can only be charged half price of the buffet rates. Try to have lunch or dinner here. Their beer 🍺 is unlimited. He he he men will enjoy 😉

Xaviery Beatrix Bajet04:18 05/31/23
Just find another buffet restaurant. Wanted to celebrate a birthday a few days ago. Arrived at around 7, and to our dismay, a lot of menu items were unavailable and won’t be refilled. Their supposed signature lechon kawali is not available. Food were being taken back in the kitchen early when there were still diners. And during the payment, the server gave us an attitude, saying “tsk”in annoyance and sarcastically replying to the other server that we have not paid because my companion who was supposed to pay was getting us drinks. Lastly, the food was not special. I did not eat well because the quality is much worse than the last time. Even the broth did not taste like how it’s supposed to. Just save your money and eat somewhere else.

Ardymhir Nad08:29 05/22/23
Ohh! This is one dish I can have every day. This decadence is a treat to my eyes,Simply delicious!

Ahmenhotep23:50 05/02/23
Just recently dine in for lunch there, a lot of changes was done. me and my family usually eat there when we celebrate events so i somehow know what changed, first of its a lot more cleaner than before, the service before was better than right now(way better), the staff right now doesn't listen very well, I kinda over heard this couple complaining with each other that they were given the wrong soup base and the guy stated that he clearly asked for a chicken broth and ask the staff to ask his wife if she wanted sour soup base(sinigang) but ended up getting the said soup for his and his wife a different broth, food was so so, some of the food was fresh but some of the frozen balls that after getting cooked tasted old inside so probably old stocks, the noodles that i always get( one of the reasons i eat there) , the green and the black colored noodles was replaced by a glass noodle that is typically not popular, ramen noodles that by the looks of it came from instant ramen packages and the sotanghon noodles, sadly they removed the noodles that is way better than that of what they have now. the japanese food side, it was good that they added a kani salad on the menu. all in all it was still a good experience even though a lot has changed. just hoping that they will bring back those noodles.

John Romar Padua07:59 12/29/22
Worst buffet experience so far. The place is dirty with lots of cockroaches. The food was terrible. They always run out of plates and cups and utensils.

Ken Macatigos07:41 05/12/22
The food is great. But they are currently understaffed. Pretty sure due to pandemic. Don't recommend to dine dinner due to lack of some food items. Best is lunch I think. 💜

Patrick Trinidad10:35 12/26/20
It’s kinda sad already entering buffet restaurants lately. You are no longer given the privilege to get how much you want to eat...well you can always ask the servers for more but the excitement of digging in the food has been taken away from you.Tong Yang has been around for quite some tine already. It’s not my first time here but things have indeed changed. Considering the Christmas atmosphere, this place looked so garish and sad. Well thanks to the staff, it somehow normalized the ambience.Today, there were no shrimps available. Quite sad but the shellfish, salmon and bony maya maya made up for the absence. You are still given choices of soup base so we settled for the all time favorites-sate and sinigang (deliciously sour!). There were a lot of mushroom and lobster balls! There was so much given to us for 2 people. Another miss if you would not be allowed to get the portions you know you can finish.

Brionced05:32 12/15/20
Offers a good chinese barbeque experience. But dont expect too much from the service crew they got their hands full. Its different now, your orders will be taken via table, via list on the table. Service takes long as they have their hands full taking and completing the orders.More or less 600php on regular lunch days700php for holidays lunch. Not worth the fee. All4u unlimited and vikings still would be a better option.

Racks has always been A place of Nostalgia to me. I hope that they'll continue for many more years. It is alarming to see a decline of customers. Yet the food portions and the signature taste is 100% on point... Since 2012 that i was introduced to Racks..

If you are looking for a best Barbecue restaurant to dine with family and friends? Racks is the best place to be. The food is just awesome and view is amazing... I'll recommend this to everyone 😍

Allan Flores02:20 04/27/23
This cozy restaurant has left the best impressions! Their steak is super delicious and tender. The side dishes also adds ro the flavor. I recommend to everyone! I would like to come back here again and again.

The best food ever and the restaurant good ambiance 🤤🤤

Naida Cuterz09:12 04/19/23
Visited this place once but I know that I will come back here. This is highly recommended if you are into steak and barbecue. They are well-cooked with tasty sauce. The price is reasonable. The staff are also friendly and seems happy to assist.

Patrick Trinidad00:52 04/02/23
To be fair, RACKS introduced me to fish &chips. I remember that branch along Pasay Road (now long gone 😢) where I had my first big serving of F&C wrapped in newspaper imitations and the liberal dousing of that sour vinegar! Closest to being British indeed 🇬🇧Sadly, all of those memories have faded together with the serving size when I tried RACKS again after quite some time. Even a McDonald’s Happy Meal will make you more satisfied than the expensive Blue Plate set meal I got.

Darwin Bautista11:35 02/04/23
- Bad service. Servers are inattentive. Place is mostly empty but everyone seems to have tunnel vision.- food quality is not up to par with what you'd expect from RACKS. We ordered surf 'n turf and rib & chicken plate.- The fish's breading is overcooked/on the verge of being burnt, but the fish itself seems to be cooked just enough. The portion is 1/4 of the size shown in the menu.- The chicken leg seems like it came from a malnourished chicken. It's pale, and the portion is really small.- For the pork ribs, the portion is similar to what is shown on the menu. However, it is TOUGH, far from the "falls of the bone" ribs that RACKS is known for. First time to have leftovers; it's that disappointing.

Cole Putong07:07 12/19/22
Food was very filling. The side dishes complimented the main dishes very well. Staff was always on standby to cater to diner's requests. There was a queue going into the restaurant which goes to show how well they are doing.

Still good food. The mushroom dish and the Beijing pork are must triesSalt and pepper squid ia one of the best around. Salted fish fried rice was a but disappointing. Xiaolongbao was just ok. Pork chop was good. Service qas excellent.

Myra Veloso05:57 04/02/23
Most of the food are delicious. Except the vegetable and pork dumpling. Order the spicy Taiwan beef noodle soup, the chicken feet and tausi clams

Raymond Pili15:08 03/19/23
Excellent branch if you are a fan of Lugang. The place is clean, nice and cold, and the layout is not crowded. Service staff are prompt and courteous. Food is not pre-cooked so they announce your estimated waiting time, which is a plus. They also have an in-house CR, so that's another good thing.

Ryan Yu11:28 10/20/22
Please don't avail their unlimited dimsum promo, it's honestly retarded. It takes almost two hours for them to serve you incomplete orders. Three hours before the main dish arrived because even though I kept on reminding them to check if the main dish was ordered and their servers said yes, it was apparently not ordered. Definitely not coming back even for their ala carte orders, honestly just change your name to lutang cafe. Attached below is a photo of our table during the meal, most of the time empty.

Matthew Lee18:05 10/13/21
A little piece of Taiwan in Manila. On menu are dishes commonly one would associate to that neighboring island not too far away. Steamed little crab & meat dumplings you will find in a well known Dxx chain, extra large chicken chop and braised beef noodle just to name a few. All surprisingly well made in their own right.

Norman Arcangel17:19 01/14/20
A taste of Taiwanese cuisine with a touch of modern influence. There's a lot of choices on their menu and everything seems delicious. I tried their xiao long bao dipped in vinegar and it was really good! Another viand I tried was the 3 cup chicken and its sauce was flavorsome. Prices of the food were a bit expensive but worth the cost. I would peg it at P500-700 per head. The place looks clean and the waiters were attentive to my needs.

The food was good but the service was terrible. I found a hair sa rice but all they did was replace the rice and they did not even care to apologize at all. The staff were all "nakasimangot". None of them are happily serving. Service was also slow and I had to repeat the refill request a couple of times. They even forgot to serve our dessert. That 6% service charge was not worth it for that kind of service.

Maricar Capanas05:35 05/20/23

Meralyn Villa05:12 04/16/23
nice tasty food, friendly workers and service! You must try this💕

Julius Salvador08:02 03/05/23
This used to be a Go to place for me and my Fam, back in the day the service was great! The staff are very attentive and all, however like the saying nothing stays permanent in this world, had the opportunity to dine in again after almost a year moving to a new house outside manila, I miss this place so much, the food was great, however the service changed, before you raise your hand, a crew ask, in less than 2 min, what you ask arrived, now it changed. I had to approach the staff desk just for the lettuce I asked to reach our desk more than 5 from the initial request, you ask for a side dish refill, and it arrives after 7 min from the requested time. I miss the old days where the old crew can deliver excellent service despite being outnumbered by customers, those crews where you can feel their excitement and smiles on their faces even though their facemasks are covering them.I also wanted to add, the side dishes for 6 people, should not be side dishes for 3.

Miguel Guimarães09:53 02/15/23
Great cozy place, cant go wrong with the traditional korean food. The Ramyen could be improved for the price, it looked like a instantaneus ramyen home made in 3min and not fresh. Also, staff should be more careful when taking the garbage out so close to the clients food..maybe theres no other way to do it but timming wasnt good. For that reason, if you go to this place, try to eat far away from the main door path.

Annie05:33 12/17/22
Soban is one of the nicest samgyupsals in PH. Kudos to the team for maintaining the same level of high quality meat and ingredient, professionalism, hospitality and great service. My personal favorite is their sumptuous Woo Samgyup (thin sliced beef) as it is very juicy, fresh, and flavorful; no marinate needed! Plus their Kimchi tastes authentic and so far one of the best Kimchi I have ever tasted. Thank you so much for the exceptional service and food, Soban Robinsons Manila team and shout-out to Calvin for accommodating to our needs. 💜

Tori Kile10:39 10/18/22

Great service! Excellent food. Fast customer service and good price. Had a blast! Wasn’t too crowded. Staff was awesome! Hope to eat here again. Also impressed how they pack food to go.

Tracy Mae Calub20:53 12/13/21
Whenever I think of the usual crowd in Samgyupsal places, I abandon the thought of dining in because of the pandemic. In this place, it's not crowded even during peak lunch hours so I was really comfortable. We availed their meal set for 2 people for the price of P1,500. They may not offer unlimited meats but the quality made up for it. Also, there were many side dishes. It was a great first Samgyupsal experience in this pandemic.

Not like other Gerry's Grill, their serving time was a little bit delayed. Their "Pinakbit" was not like the Pinakbit's taste from Dumaguete's branch. However, the "Sinigang na Boneless Bangus", has more slices and really tastes good. The Ube Macapono Delight also tastes good.

People are very kind and attentive to customers. The dish is really good. We tried their karaage and it was very delicious and the serving is huge. It's worth your money. We can't even finish it. Of course the classic dish as well. You get unlimited side dishes so enjoy!

Alexander Ezekile Cardona00:16 04/11/23
Had to eat vegetables and it taste good. The hire set is presented perfectly, and tastes blend and complement to each other. My comment is that they need a bigger place since most of mall goers usually dine in here and I can see long waiting line to try the katsu set. I will really recommend this to others.

Dianna Sibal06:15 11/16/22
First time to eat here. Ordered Chicken katsu set. A bit pricey, almost same price for unlimited samgyeop but it was worth it actually. The meat is delicious and soft to chew. Their seaweed soup is also delicious. I dont like the sauce for the meat. It was sauce + ground sesame. The sauce is very salty to my taste. I did not even dip into it. Unlimited side dishes - fruits, rice, soup, cabbage.

Affordable Japanese restaurant located inside Robinsons Manila. The place can get a little crowdy due to its limited space and many customers.

Very nice pizza and chicken wings. The crust of the pizza is a bit thin but the taste is good. There are some good french wines and local beers but not displayed on the menu. They have also lots of sauces / spices to adjust the seasoning of your food that makes it WOW (spicy honey, chili oil…).

John Vincent Pascua (Jayvee)04:56 06/05/23
Very good food. I loved their Lasagna and the only thing that I would change is more pasta and slightly less cheese. The staff were very attentive.

Carmela Fernando11:01 04/18/23
I'm glad we selected Nonna's for our family lunch. The place is open to mall foot traffic but cozy at the same time, with touches of rustic decor to make it feel more homey. They have a decent selection of Italian-inspired apps and entrees, with dessert and coffee. We had the bacon and truffle pizza, puttanesca, cheesecake, coffee, and mango iced tea. Too bad they were out of tiramisu, which I was hoping to try.All of the dishes were fresh and very flavorful. The pizza stood out because of how the truffle fragrance is intoxicating from the first bite, but it doesn't overpower the dish. The pasta is properly tomatoey and not sweet, with plenty of tomato chunks, olives, and caper berries. Even the standard blueberry cheese cake isn't too sweet nor too rich, and pairs well with the strong brewed coffee. We also appreciate how the waitstaff informed us about the waiting time after our order was placed, and sent us a basket of ciabatta chunks and tomato dip to nibble on while waiting. The service is professional.Perhaps the only slight drawback is that the music volume can be distracting at times, but their choice of background music (lounge renditions of pop favorites) is classy enough for diners to relax to. And, their toilet, although a bit old, is clean and working well, with the proper furnishings one needs to freshen up with.Overall, we had a very good dining experience here and will be happy to visit again.

Just.Don't.Botherterrible.really terriblethere are many more places within walking distance.Keep Walking.I can think of a few nice things about Nonna's:1. they didn't give me food poisoning2. the building didn't catch fire3. they didn't mis-place my credit cardthis isn't Italian food. I'm not sure what it is. Best avoided.

Got a little confused bec I thought Nonna's and Mama Lou's are completely different entities. Nevertheless, food tastes good and staff were very attentive and polite ✨ also like how they provide sanitized plates/utensils for every customer. I just wish there were options for thin / thick crust pizza. 😊

What the heck?! My companion was a pregnant woman and had an upset stomach we barely touched some of our order and had it to go… upon checking they MIXED IN 1 CONTAINER TWO DIFF TYPES OF PASTA. 1 was seafood and the other was sausage. Sobrang baboy Nonna’s never again.

Update:Gave it a second chance since Italian is my comfort food. They really improved! Burrata pizza was as good as it looks. Pork chops were perfectly cooked. Servings were generous and the dressings were underrated. The service is great too. Good job Nonnas. The chicken pesto pasta is NOT grilled at all. Its false marketing. They even explained that its pan seared. Please just look at the picture

Restaurant to satisfy your pasta and pizza cravings while Robinsons Galleria! Spaghetti Arrabiata had overcooked pasta (not al dente at all). Spinach & Goat Chinese Pizza was tasty although it would have been much better if the base was baked a bit longer

Always one of the best dimsum house to visit whenever we are in Metro Manila. This time, we dined for a working lunch with the team.

I rarely find Mann Hann packed with people. Not sure why but maybe they think the food is expensive. For me, if I’m craving for lechon macau.. I would definitely go here. I think the food is priced appropriately. We spent less than 1,000 for two. And we didnt finish the lechon. You can definitely order less and still feel satisfied. This place has great ambiance. First time to visit after lockdown and I am pleased with how they implement the social distancing protocol, though they didn’t get our contact info for contact tracing. Overall, my experience to this place is great. I go out happy after eating here.

Food was acceptable but the oyster cake tasted burnt. Had a problem paying. The cashier couldn't wrap her head around the senior discount benefit.

We usually order lechong kawali, garlic rice, and hototay soup, with iced tea. It is a perfect combination and cost-effective if shared by 3 to 4 people.I have tried dining in 3 of their branches (Venice Piazza, Robinson's Galleria, and Megamall) and it is impressive that the food quality, cleanliness of the place, and service are very consistent.
