The place are quite small, the food are good(I order mostly skewers), their signature pork belly, and cocktail I get buy 1 free 1 dunno how long the promo. The sofa on the 2nd near the window not so comfortable to sit at because of the window pop up.I think the price quite expensive for small portion of skewers or it is just me ordered too many 😅But overall still a good place to hangout with friend

Josh13:34 06/06/23
Good place. The food is very good. A bit on the pricey side but still good because the quality of food is very nice. Servings are small. The music at late night is awesome. Good place go hang out with friends. Had a good experience here. Fun place and would recommend this place.

Should give this place a 4.5 stars. Chicken skins were great to snack on and beer came out extremely cold!

Pauline Cueto16:26 11/29/22
Great place with affordable price for drinks and snacks.Tend to be crowded during weekends.

It's a really an amazing time visiting this place. Their food looks appetizing and really yummy. I enjoyed every dish we had. They have really great service. The crews are very polite and kind. I also love the ambiance of the restaurant. It's very relaxing. I highly recommend this place.

Love everything here! The place looks great, stylish and comfy! The food are sumptuous and very well presented.Service was really good. We will get back here definitely.Their whole package was really impressive!

Alberto Sbabo14:14 03/26/23
That was an easy 5/5 (KG)Wonderful staff and lovely, delicious food. Cocktails are good as well, but the best is definitely the chocolate dessert. Will definitely come back soon

Pia Javellana02:52 03/17/23
Menu is quite limited but the pulpo and beef belly we ordered were really good. Cocktails (gayuma & asiong) had a hit to them as well. Their chairs are my favorite. They squeak and lean back.

Liy Chang07:49 03/16/23
The last time I visited was for drinks only (cocktails were great) and we couldn’t get any seats and that’s how popular it was so I decided to come for a proper dinner with a booking next time which is this.As a foreigner, I’d be honest that lots of words on the menu made no sense to me so I did quite a bit of Google plus some help from my local friends to get what’s what prior coming here. The concept is common Filipino food with a modern twist so expect a lot of names of the local dishes. The food was delicious! All the dishes we’ve got were very well prepared. All the entree/appetisers were yum! Rice cups was one of my fav. I thought all the cups were the same but they weren’t! There’re two different cups. Even the chicken breast which I wouldn’t usually order was amazingly tender and well cooked. Btw. the size of Main dish was pretty generous. The night ended with a perfect mango tres leches. My company wasnt the most adventurous foodies (Aussie). However, even they said they’d come back again and safely recommend more western friends.

Quite a hole in the wall, literally. You'd have to enter a very narrow hallway, then up the stairs to get to the restaurant. Food was good, but in small servings. The service was really good, they know all their dishes and drinks.

Anthony Huszar14:21 11/19/22
Hands down 5* experience. Visiting Manila for a couple of days and was keen to try this restaurant. Top-class service, modern twists on Filipino food and flavour, great cocktails and a vibey setting in an edgy part of Makati. We booked through Mr Lawrence on WhatsApp, who took the time to go through the menu with us, making recommendations. Highly recommended.

Michelle Goh06:39 10/18/22
Great food modern Filipino food, really yummy excellent local cocktails (and I’m not even a cocktail fan!) and warm service. We had a super enjoyable dinner here. It feels as though you’re in a good friend’s very stylish home.

Holy cow. A MUST If you’re in the PhilippinesPresentation 10/10But the taste? 11/10.Service is superb. I’m blown away for being in the Philippines for 3 years and not knowing about this place.Get the tofu, the ensalada, the fish tingue?Definitely a must try

Tucked in the Poblacion district in Makati that is known for its night life is a free-spirited restaurant which does not contain itself to be best at one cuisine but strives to serve comfort food from a variety of gastronomies all over the globe. With a burgeoning chef at its helm, prepare to dazzle your tastebuds to out of this world dishes carefully crafted right at your sight. You could call it poetry in motion but the head culinarian speaks passion on how he pays close attention to each plate to be served. I took a liking on their fried chicken which I believe is the crunchiest I have ever bitten into not to mention the magical sauce that came with it. The cereal salted egg-yolk prawns were also a delight. To conclude the experience were the very tasty Basque cheese cake plus the mouth-watering Buko Pie à la Mode. I hope this review does the restaurant justice but it's best to try it for yourselves instead of reading!!

Kami Navarro09:28 03/07/23
Such a wonderful find!Service: Perhaps the best I’ve experienced in Manila in a while. Very attentive waiter (thanks Kuya Mar!), water was consistently refilled, extra sauce was given of their own volition, and recommendations were helpfully given with a smile. They also changed plates and cutlery after each course, which kept things clean.Food: We had the aligue gambas with house foccacia, crab cake, boneless fried chicken, curried falafel and uve vuquito.Aligue gambas: a little small (6 pieces) but the sauce was soooo good and rich, would’ve loved more bread to mop everything upCrab cake: also good but nothing specialBoneless fried chicken: huuuge serving and worth the price tag; the lime sambal sauce was so tasty. The garlic rice serving could have been a bit more generousCurried falafel: flavor bomb! The pickled cauliflower was a nice accompaniment, it cut through the intense flavor of the falafel nicelyUve viquito: hard to mess up an ube + coconut combo! Only issue was the pastry, it could have been more crunchy like a croissant. This one was a bit doughyTheir coffee was also decent and served with a side of chocnut! :)Ambiance: gorgeous interiors, clean CRs! Only issue if ever is the location, which makes it hard to park and also since it’s right by the street, the al fresco area can sometimes have a few unwanted visitors from outside 😬 but the resto, the interiors and everything else seemed very clean.Would definitely go back! Looking forward to trying Chef Sau’s Sawsaw next.

Food was alright - a bit too salty for my taste. Service was good and I like the setting which provide both inside and semi outside.Would be helpful if they have pictures displayed on the menu so we know what we’re ordering. Credit card is accepted and the staff speak decent English.

Gil Ezekiel Senanin13:02 02/08/23
I had a great experience eating at Cafe Fleur. The service is satisfying because the waiters/staff are attentive, and you don't have to wait for too long before they serve the food. Must try the red pizza good for 2-3 persons 🙌 The pork barbecue ribs are soft, tender, and savory (one person can finish this haha but it's also good for sharing) 😋 The place is comfortable, and quiet, also good place for "me time"

Chana Paulene Camero04:14 07/03/22
Really really enjoyed everything we ordered last night in Cafe Fleur. Everything was so delicious. If you're in Makati, you should give it a try. Since they're usually full, call to reserve so you can be given a seating schedule. 😊

Jea Olfato01:54 06/24/22
Been here twice already and will keep coming back. There’s not a lot of nice restaurants in the metro with a plant-based menu so this one is a find for a vegetarian like me. I love that the dishes were very polished. The staff was so friendly and plus points to having a designated parking lot (gold in Poblacion) and a private shuttle to take you back and forth.

Elton Donnel Cabardo (Tonnex)13:01 06/01/22
Reservation is a must here especially if in groups and on peak hours. We arrived right at the opening so no reservation was needed. Ordered Two simple dishes, The Kurobuta Pork and Gnocchi, which I highly recommend. You can clearly tell they use quality ingredients. Everything looks so simple yet refined. The ambiance is also very neat and aesthetic. There’s aircon dining inside, but if you prefer better lighting for pictures or just fresh air, then you can sit outside. Their Coffee is also good, no latte art but well calibrated. Their pricing is above avarage but definitely worth it. We had a really satisfying dining experience here.

Wendy Luu07:40 05/28/22
French and Italian cuisines restaurant with Mediterian decoration. Haha!Located on a quiet little street in Makati, Cafe Fleur is actually a fine restaurant rather than a cafe. I don't think the coffee here is good enough though on the other side, the food and service is exceptional.Staffs take care of every detail from refilling water to napkins...Menu ranges from 400 - 600 peso per item since the restaurant thrives for fine dinning standard. We ordered 2 coffee, 1 salad and 1 main. Total cost is around 1.600 peso.It looks like a great spot for brunch and lunch. The outdoor garden area looks very pleasing but it could be quite hot to seat in summer time. There are only a few tables inside. Not sure if they have upstairs areas.

Frances Chong15:46 04/06/22
the open cooking area make me full of smells of food😅But the vibe and all the orders, I’m Satisfied. Will visit again. ♥️

Anton Diaz11:30 02/20/22
Overall, it is a touching living tribute like a flower bouquet offering to Chef Sau’s mom legacy. The food is homey and cooked just right without overpowering flavors, with all the sauces on point and presentations in clean plating. There’s a lot of elegance in its simplicity that fits well with the neighborhood cafe concept.Make sure to order the signature dishes: Sisig Cups, Boneless Fried Chicken, and Burnt Cheesecake. Love the seafood dishes: shrimp, mussels, octopus, and salmon. Enjoy them with the sauces that fancy your mood. This is the kind of meal you can lazily enjoy with your wine. Budget about ₱1,000/head + drinks. It’s a cafe full of legacy stories and delicious tribute recipes, with pandemic-resilient cafe design. Congratulations to Chef Sau for an amazing concept!

Thai Kitchen in Philippine. I ordered green Papaya salad 🥗and Long Island iced tea. Green Papaya salad is kind of a signature dish. Here it consists of carrots 🥕 beside the green papaya, peanuts 🥜 and maybe beans. The salted egg was quite nice with the fish sauce. A tomato 🍅 some green beans and no 🦐 shrimps or crabs 🦀 . At least I couldn’t find one. All in all a refreshing and perfect salad at these temperatures. The slogan from this restaurant comes from Rudyard Kipling: Asia is not going to be civilized according to the methods of the west. …

Fernan Mascarinas12:43 05/27/23
Came here with my besties on a Saturday night, thinking it will jumpstart our Pobla Crawl. Too bad, it was just average. Both the serving size and taste of Char Siu Pork and Pork Basil Rice are just right, but the one I ordered—Pad See Ew—that they said is good for two servings is just good for one. The only saving grace is the taste. Thai Iced Tea is also good, you may opt for the one with pearls too at the same price.Ambience is nice, service is good, nothing much to say. Check the menu for prices.

Kimberly09:30 04/18/23
I recently visited Crying Tiger and while the outdoor setting was a bit lacking in cleanliness (not crying tigers fault but the poblacion area in general… when we were eating outdoors there was a massive rotting rat by the street) and only had fans for ventilation, the affordable and tasty food more than made up for it. I loved the thai omelette!!! Chicken Satay was bland and dry. Unfortunately, during my visit, they didn't have 40% of the items I wanted to order, but overall it was still a satisfying dining experience.

David Yang13:08 03/29/23
I love the ambiance so much, the food was ok too. Like the stirred fried kangkong, the omelette also nice (bit oily but tasty), i ordered the fried chicken too, also nice and juicy. Padthai never been my favorite but always try it.

Rick Lu14:00 03/18/23
Hankering for a Thai street food action, found one around the corner close to P Burgos. Service was informal and quick. Ordered pad thai woon sen with glass vermicelli noodle which came back piping hot with egg omellete blanketing the noodle, tofu and shrimp dish. This version wad tasty though more on the sour side versus a sweet one im used to. Still it was as good as it can be in Manila for a Thai fave. A full generous plate for 299 pesos- a steal.

Shawn Cosare11:22 12/09/22
You should check this place If you are craving for an authentic Thai Cuisine around Poblacion, Makati City. Their mango sticky rice and ice coffee is a must try here. If you want to eat peacefully I suggest you visit here during lunch time.. This place is jam packed with locals and tourists during night time partying or drinking beers perfect partner with their chicken satay.

Frederick05:10 10/26/22
The bbq was very good, and the sauces were very nice. I especially liked the cilantro sauce for the pork, but it was even better on the chicken!

D Skyred00:31 09/13/22
Authentic flavours and also unique, quality Cocktails. Prices so fair and atmosphere is like a real Thai street food type of place. The pad Thai was executed differently than what I’m used to but that’s normal as there are many variations of the same dish depending which region it’s from.

Vibe is great. There is a “quiet” dining section if you don’t want that loud music from the DJ. Lots of unique food selection and craft beers. Expect to get slow service though specially at weekend nights when there are lots of party goers. Great bar. Will try again for sure.

We really enjoyed Alamat. The food was excellent and each dish provided a unique twist to Filipino cuisine. The craft beers are great. 'Take Me to Your Leader' at 9.8% ABV may be the best beer name ever (we had the Session Ale).

Jenno Contreras16:46 06/04/22
Just went to this place, and loved it! Love the vibe, love the food, love the drinks, love the service. At first I thought it was gonna be one of those pricey places with small food servings, but was surprised when our order came. Their bestseller Beef Belly Bistek was wonderfully tender and the flavor well-balanced, and the solo size can actually feed 2-3 people. But I was hungry so I devoured it all! HahaWill definitely go back there, and I highly recommend this place. 👍

Great little spot! Only complaint is how long it takes. We tried out two combos. Prices are good. Nice to try local dishes but vegan. Restaurants like this are hard to come by.Skip the chick-un it wasn’t good for the cost. But the tofu sisig was great.

Jerome Bautista (coconut_adrift)16:12 07/18/23
After I became vegetarian, it's been hard to come to the Philippines and not have some of my favorites like Kare Kare, Sisig, adobo, tocilog, etc. I'm so glad there's a vegetarian restaurant that serves those dishes and really took the time to replicate the exact taste and texture! The food was sooo yum! I especially enjoyed the Sisig. It's one of their signature dishes. It's made with seitan and what's most impressive is how they got the crispness and flavor sooo money! The Kare kare was good, especially the bagnet. It's a bit on the sweet side and comes with vegan bagoong (whaaat!!!)Another super pleasant surprise was the fried chicken. The taste was good, the crispness was excellent! While it didn't look like chicken or get the texture well, on its own it's really good! Finally the vegan Leche flan. 🤤🤤🤤 While not as dense as regular Leche flan, the texture was still creamy. The caramel sauce was light. It also feels good to know you didn't just ingest a dozen egg yolks 😂The ambiance was nice, the wooden and rattan furniture were big plusses. Having fake plants was an interesting take. Perhaps using succulents and pothos as they are easy maintenance.Overall, the food was great for a person that misses eating some classic Filipino food! I really enjoyed the flavors and loved having vegan soul food!

Irene Chou00:02 07/03/23
I can't recommend this amazing vegan Filipino comfort food restaurant enough! We ordered: spicy cosmic fried chick’un w/ sriracha mayo, sisig, tosilog, bangsilog, vegan BBQ isaw. For dessert, we had vegan leche flan and vegan choco-fudge brownie (these were good but nothing special). Both my non-vegan Filipino companions were really impressed by how similar meat dishes were to real non-vegan Filipino food; they even said if they didn’t know it was vegan, they would have thought it was the real thing! They were especially impressed by the sisig; apparently the texture and taste was spot-on. I was blown away by the fishiness of the fish in the bangsilog. The dishes were all delicious and flavorful, not too salty or heavy as you would expect from fried food. Price was very reasonable, and service was pleasant as well. It was not crowded at all when we went on a Sunday night. So happy I was able to find authentic plant-based versions of Filipino food and participate in the Filipino food culture during my visit to the Philippines, all while living true to my vegan values!

A A17:52 06/19/23
First time to eat at this vegan restaurant that my brother talks about a lot. I just couldn't believe that the food they served are all plant based. To taste for me is to believe. The family ate here and each one of us ordered something different. We had bagnet (crispy pork belly), kare-kare with bagnet (crispy pork belly in peanut sauce), sisig (minced pork) and bbq isaw (barbecued chicken intestine), longganisa (sausage), Nori Tempura, lumpiang shanghai (spring roll), cosmic fried chicken, coco adobo, tapa (cured beef) with scrambled egg. I tried to taste a little bit of everything to satisfy my curiosity and I couldn't believe they are meatless because they really taste and look like meat. I looked at the bagnet and it looked like crispy pork belly, the longganisa had a garlicky, sweet flavour, the sisig was crunchy and crispy. Except for the bagoong that is the only one that doesn't taste like the actual shrimp paste, the food were all so deliciously good and I couldn't tell the difference. Customer service is excellent and price is reasonable. The place is small so reservation is needed because the place gets to be packed. Cosmic made me love and enjoy vegan food as well.

mansa shaka12:34 04/16/23
I was recommended this place by a very conscious individual who assured me this was the best Poblacion had to offer in terms of Vegan food.I really see why it’s called cosmic as the food was out of this world! You eat it and after the meal you don’t feel that heaviness you would normally feel had you had the non vegan variants or these dishes.I loved the Kare Kare but really everything that was ordered was amazing! The vegan siomai was very good as it had the right flavor profile and texture. I highly recommend the vegan Leche Flan! All the food is guilt free, healthy, and obviously delicious!!!Can’t wait to come back!

Zar Francisco01:55 03/26/23
I'm not a vegetarian nor vegan but I still enjoy their food! We ordered Kare-kare with bagnet, vegan un-pork siomai, lumpiang shanghai and sweet potato tempura. It blows my mind how they make some dishes like it has real meat. The bagnet in the kare-kare is tasty but not that crispy. I know they use soy protein as an alternative but Im sure theres a way of cooking it to make it a little bit crunchy or crispy. The bagoong is really good. It tastes and feels real bagoong! The vegan siomai is also a winner for me. I also like the tempura It's crispy and the sweetness of the kamote goes well with the salty dipping sauce. I didn't like the lumpia because the filling is mushy but the taste is okay.Service is pretty fast and the staff is pleasant. I just think that closing at 8pm is really early for a restaurant. I wish they'll adjust their operating hours.I will still go back here to try other food items 🙂

Vinchi Sy-Quia05:57 01/15/23
The trick to enjoying a place like this is to NOT come looking for meat dish replacements. Instead, come wanting to enjoy vegetables prepared in yummy ways! For example, if you order the mushroom burger patty and sisig expecting to have something similar to a beef burger or pork sisig, you will ALWAYS be disappointed (in any restaurant). But if you appreciate the ingredients (i.e. mushrooms) and how it was cooked, then you can start to appreciate and judge the dishes fairly.

Ophelie Chuffart00:56 12/09/22
The food absolutely fantastic! We ordered the « chicken wings » with the mushroom dip, and a delicious pesto cucumber salad. The dip was amazing and was perfect to accompany the the wings.

Olivia Vinolo01:39 10/31/22
Very good! I was so happy to find this cute café right next to my hostel. It is so hard to find vegetarian or vegan food in Manila and the food is really good! A lot of choice, the staff is really nice and welcoming, cute decoration and it’s affordable.I came yesterday for lunch and I liked so much that I came back for dinnerThanks guys 😉

Brwny Yvy08:16 02/17/22
This is a good place to go to for vegan food. I usually order the Combo, which is very filling. However parking is super limited so you really have to plan your trip. There’s space for motorbikes and maybe a small car outside the convenience store but that’s it. Somewhat difficult to go to on a whim and if you have a car.I still rated it 5 stars despite the parking issue and ease of going there because the area has really limited parking, not just this place, and maybe it’s part of the charm.

Jumong Korean Restaurant is my go-to place whenever I'm craving some seriously good Korean food. It's like stepping into a little corner of Seoul right in Poblaciob. The moment I walk in, the cozy atmosphere and delicious aromas instantly put me in a great mood. What I love most about Jumong is their generous servings. Seriously, you get so much food for your money that it feels like a steal! And let me tell you, it's not just quantity; the quality is top-notch too. Every dish is bursting with authentic flavors that take my taste buds on a delightful journey. The staffs and specially the owner, who's always around, adds a personal touch that makes me feel like a valued customer. They go out of their way to ensure everyone is having a great time, and it's these little things that keep me coming back. And let's not forget about the free-flowing side dishes – they're seriously addictive! I can't get enough of those tasty little treats that come with every meal. It's like getting a bonus feast alongside your main order.Speaking of the menu, it's a treasure trove of Korean delights. Whether I'm in the mood for classics like Bibimbap or feeling adventurous enough to try something new, Jumong has never disappointed me.In a nutshell, Jumong Korean Restaurant is the kind of place that feels like home for any Korean food lover. It's where I satisfy my cravings, catch up with friends, and enjoy the warmth of Korean hospitality. If you haven't been there yet, you're seriously missing out! Trust me, you won't regret making Jumong your new foodie haven.

Whenever we crave for Korean food we always go to Jumong. We've known the place since 2015, there are changes; in their menu, the taste of their food, the ambience and the free rice drink they always served are now gone... but we still love their foods. Always busog with their side dish.

Good portion sizes, delicious food and worth the price! The restaurant was also quite cool despite the heat and the grill just outside the door. Definitely get the bibim naengmyeon and osam bulgogi. Loved the dubu jorim and cucumber side dishes!! Staff were also quite attentive and they were friendly.

10/10 experience, we ordered three dishes plus the sides were so good and they kept helping us refill. will come back. YUM. authentic and the price not bad

Ken Aranas12:53 02/20/23
Went there for dinner and the food was spot on! We got a number of different dishes and each had a unique flavor. You could tell the food was authentic because a lot of Koreans were hanging out there and the owner is also Korean! The only concern was that the parking space was so small! But the food was definitely worth it for the price! There's also free wifi! And their service was good as well, though the servers took some time to get our extra orders.

Been here a couple of times and will go again. Amazing food, very clean, great place and atmosphere. The people who run this place are lovely. I'm from the UK and was made to feel very included and welcome.

Good meeting with my best friends for a dinner. Korean food 😋 😍 💖 I'm like it so much, wanna taste 😋 all dishes in menu, but not enough space in my stomach 🤣 Thanks for Good dinner! Good prices. Anyone who wanna see prices, look at photos with actual prices!

The best bibimbap I’ve ever had! The location, the ambience, the outdoor dining, are so chill. Grilled pork and chicken have minimum orders of 2 so probably best to go with a group. Cash or GCash only.

Wanda Labanda06:52 09/01/22
One of the best Korean restaurant for me in Makati. Food is authentic. I love the japchae, galbijjim, pajeon and the Cold noodles. Definitely will be back. Worth the money

The portion was pretty decent. Of the two times I went last month, I noticed the taco shell can change in quality sometimes. But the filling was good the birria all the more. Sit at the chairs outside when it rains, grab a beer. The cooks dance too!

Onlypans is the best place for tacos, burritos, and quesadillas!!! They need a bigger place to accommodate bigger customers. I highly recommend only pans it's a 100/10 for me!

Best birria tacos & quesadillas in town!! Their Poblacion tacos (in photos) are a must try as well if you like shrimps with your beef + cheese! Combo satisfaction!! 1000/10 recommended! Safe space for lgbt+++ people too 🏳️‍🌈 love it here!

The birria is delicious especially the consommé that comes with the order. The shrimp taco was good but I find the shell too crunchy so it was messy to eat. The nachos was quite good as well. The fresh watermelon juice was a perfect drink to balance the strong flavors.

If you're looking for a quick fix before capping the night off, this is the place to be for greasy and sinfully delicious birria tacos.Limited seating so expect to eat your taco off of its box.One thing I remember for sure is how the acidity of the consommé cuts the fattiness of the taco's melted crusty cheese -- or am I that drunk that it intensified it lolAll in all must try 💯

Joana Tan09:42 04/21/23
I was a fan when they opened and I think given that they did not increase their price much so I will understand if quality is a bit not the same. Best to eat while it is hot and in the store. I pickedup my grab order but it was not the hot anymore. This time, I reminded them about the salsa condiment but forgot the utensil and tissue.Best to eat dine in and get a good warm taste or of their birria 🙂

Saimon Jovellano08:07 12/14/22
It's worth the hype. Their tacos was so good, you can order whatever you want and you won't be disappointed. My friend is not fond of spicy food but was able to finish his birria because it's really that delicious. The staff was also courteous and the service was quick.Make sure to order their horchata to chase down the spice.

camilo montoya08:33 09/24/22
Have been here twice. Both times the food was great. Some of the menu items are unavailable. I was told their reworking the recipe.I Highly recommend eating here but beware the store is small. You may have to get take out if it's busy. There's only about 10 seats for dining in.

Caren Aguado16:18 09/03/22
Great food! Love it! Two of us ate there and we thought that two solo tacos would be enough! Apparently we had to order another one because it was a late night dinner.> Super polite staff, they're so friendly

Jason Caraan13:33 07/15/22
Delicious Tacos. The food: The tacos we got were other worldly! There was me and the delicious birria and barbecoa tacos, one in each hand… dipping sauce… some loaded nachos… a free beer… oh and maybe 4-5 members of my family - literally forgot they were there when I took my first bite! The spot: small venue with few seats say 5-6 inside and few more outside with a great view of the tacos being cooked up. Would love more seating, but that’s probably me just wanting to sit there and order more tacos. The service: could’ve been better after finding out a few items were out of stock or just not available (like guacamole for instance). A little heads up or guidance on what you do have and what’s good, instead of us blindly pointing at items on the menu that aren’t available would’ve made a big difference. However forget all that - Because if you like tacos and you are in the area (say anywhere within a 100 mile) then pass through! They tasted that good!!!Let these beautiful Tacos tell you everything you need to know.

Judith Octavo17:10 04/05/22
Great food! Their birria tacos are huge. The place can accommodate at best 4-5 pax comfortably inside but has provisions for outdoor dining. Come hungry, the place won't disappoint.

Bland food and a bit pricey. Certainly not worth the price point. For a resto claiming to be the source of the original pares, theirs is simply forgettable. The meat is a bit chewy, the fried rice, a bit dry. The only thing I enjoyed is the bottled drink that I ordered. Maybe will try their other offerings soon to change my mind. As for the pares, it is a hard pass for me.Update:I just aired my personal and honest opinion about the food that I ordered. Sorry to burst your bubble and shatter your illusion of having an impeccable and faultless dish. You may be offering something much better than the pares that I had. Unfortunately, the pares failed to hit the mark. Again, will stand by my personal opinion that the pares is quite bland and chewy. And the fried rice, a bit dry. Why not have an open mind and recheck the quality of your offerings from time to time. Not everything is perfect and its perfectly ok to have flaws. I do not own a pares house to compete with yours, so, I do not have any intentions of ruining your business. Resorting to ad hominem is unnecessary, and my salary grade is irrelevant. Kudos by the way for the views and some positive reviews. But just because you had them, that doesn't mean an occasional negative experience just like mine is invalid.

Don’t laugh or be bothered by my admission-it is my first time to have pares! And probably this is the best place to have it (though not air conditioned, the heat might drive you away). The place pops out of nowhere, coaxing you to enter in spite of the humidity. At ₱160 with a small serving that you can finish in 3 scoops. Maybe it was not also my lucky night because the batch I had had this burnt taste…I know the place means well and I can see why this stew-like dish has been around us for quite some time already.

Nothing special. Not good, not bad.The Lechon Kawali is hard to chew.Edit: Changing my comment to a one star after this very rude comment from the store.I did order lechon kawali too. I just forgot to add it at first. There are other ways to handle constructive criticism than commenting sarcastically. Like for example, DO BETTER.

7 PM on a Friday, place gets really packed quickly drawing people from all walks of life.Portions are small enough for one person, justified by the price. We ordered Beef Pares, Sisig - both came with rice. The beef was sweet for my taste, but so is everything in Manila. Half of the beef was a bit too tough, the other we ate was good. Sisig was okay, nothing impressive - tbh it is missing that crunchy texture we usually get everywhere else. The star was the chicken lugaw with egg. Good portion and felt like homecooked meal. It screams comfort food. I would go back for this. What I love is this place closes late at 5AM, perfect for afterparty meal.

A must place to visit when you are craving for Legit Filipino Food with a very affordable price. Perfect comfort food after a partying around poblacion area... Very nice place and accommodating staffs.

Zack Han06:33 09/30/22
Cheap and tasty. Had the beef pares, and it came with soup. Honestly, the establishment doesn't look very welcoming, but it seems good for a cheap and quick meal. The staff were also decently nice.

Alejandro Perez04:56 09/02/22
Pretty decent place for local cuisine. U was really amazed at the amount we got for the price we paid. I highly recommend to those who'd like to experience something local for a great price.

Ross Lorenzo11:21 02/10/22
Great! Cheap super comfort food! Lots of flavour and not as oily as the other pares spot. Loved the food and the service. Great spot for drunken munchies
