This spot is the right place for a stopover after a long ride, overlooking on the sea and the greenery. Nice spot for sunset as well. There are small turo-turo restaurants around the area if you want to eat. Just be careful on how you park your vehicles to avoid accidents. On weekends it get so crowded here.

It's nice to have a resto of this level of food quality in this remote place. It is also nicely located just before you enter the Pico De Loro property, to have lunch while waiting for check in time. The food is quite good - again, in relation to being in a very rural area. I also liked their turon paired with the smooth coffee. We will surely consider dining again when we come back to this area.

A perfect go-to restau when you go to pico sands hotel and resort.Serves filipino food at an affordable price. Tastes fine. Their turon serving is huge. Tastes almost like kanin club's turon but this just dont have ice cream on top.I like the ambiance of the restau-no aircon but its in the middle of grass/farm "bukirin" area where its windy. The tables and chairs are classic and made of wood. Their cr is clean as well. Staff are accommodating. Parking is ample inside their house-like restau, like 5-7 cars.

Had lunch and dinner at this place. It is very nice. The food is worth their price, very delicious rich and flavorful.Filipino cuisine fusion with some international foods. The place has a nice vibe and view from the inside. The staff are very kind and attentive. The service is fast and very accommodating.The overall experience was good and nice. We enjoyed our food and it was very fulfilling. Kare kare really made its mark with its delicious flavor and I really recommend that.

Price is expected, being in a remote place. Menu choices are quite limited, you will run out of choices after a couple of times there. Taste is good. Service is nice. There's just 1 particularly unreasonably priced item on the menu - crispy pata for 1800! We settled for bulalo, kare2, etc.

As a part of our Pico de Loro experience, this restaurant will elevate your gastronomic experience to the next level. With very good staff service, all the foods we ordered are really mouth watering delicious. Let's start with the ever favorite bulalo, with the soup so heavenly good. Don't forget the bone marrow. Kare kare's creamy sauce is soooo good. Pansit habhab is also good as well as the sweet and sour pork. Awesome place!

Disappointed with the food given that it was quite pricey.❌️ Beef ribs adobo: didn't actually taste like adobo; sweet flavor was more pronounced that it somehow reminded me of pata tim❌️ Hot & sour soup: do not order this at all; very strange taste and not even close to any legitimate Chinese hot & sour soupThe only okay dish we ordered was the grilled mahi-mahi ala pobre.I hope that they will improve on the taste especially because there aren't really a lot of restaurant choices in Pico de Loro.

Lagoa is the main restaurant at the Pico de Loro Clubhouse so it is easily accessible if you're staying at the Pico Sands Hotel or in any of the condos around the lagoon. The restaurant ambiance can use a major overhaul as there really is nothing that stands out about it other than that it needs work. The food is good although the fixed menu is incredibly limited. Good thing they have Chef's Specials which I think need to be mainstays in the menu. I wasn't able to take pictures of all the food we ordered but the Lumpiang Ubod was superb (that peanut sauce was sooo good). The Crispy Bicol Express was good but the original is better (sorry, Bikolana here). They should have labelled their Lechon Baka as roast beef because that's what it was. Top off your order with either the mango cheesecake or turon with ube halaya (the latter gets my vote).

One of the best lomi house in batangas!! The resto might be a bit tricky to find cause it is on the side road since it is situated in the house of the owner. Taste is superb, owners are frirndly, and price is super reasonbale. We initially thought that 1 bowl would not be enough, but we left the place full.

Food is great and cooked really well. Ambiance is very homey and neat. What stands out for us was really the crew, pleasant and polite. It was raining when we arrived and they were quick to meet us with umbrellas on hand. We also asked for boiled squash which was not on their menu and they accommodated our request without extra charge. A hidden gem in Nasugbu. Will recommend 👌

The food is great. We ordered Bulalo, Crispy Pata, and Halo Halo. If you are staying at Pico De Loro this place is 750 meters away from the gate. They also accept credit cards.

If you are going to dine here first time at night, the surrounding areas are really dark with no sgreet lights and you would think you are at the wrong place. BUT the place is well lit and the dining experience is al fresco. Place is ok even if you bring kids. The crew is polite and attentive will guide you when you park.Their servings are okay to generous. Ensalada is a big bowl good for 3-4 people. They have a generous serving of sinigang na hipon (10-12 pcs!) with plenty of veggies. The lechon kawali serving is okay but so happened we got the part with more meat (few fat and skin).Near perfect score except for that scent of maybe sewage occasionally when the wind blows a certain direction. Not a deal breaker though.It's a great alternative if you've been dining at Pico Sands and you get tired of their ala carte menu/buffet for a quarter of the price. They accept credit cards too!

Crispy pork was perfect! Not too hard, and perfectly crispy. Just melts in your mouth after the first bite. Everything else was cooked perfectly and flavourful. Service was friendly and helpful. I don't have one complaint, would highly recommend!

I have wrestled my thoughts to gatekeep this restaurant but it will be unfair if I did hehe. Twice been here, and all have been consistent. The mushroom pizza is a must try. The pork ribs is sumptuous. The oranged duck is a bit expensive but I believe is worth the wait and price (seasonal dish). Lobster spaghetti is a delight. The star would have to be the carbonara. Simple ingredients yet complex flavor, and this is the closest I have come to the classic carbonara (guanciale! Color! Yolk! Nuff said) service is very friendly and top notch. Feel is authentic italian family restaurant, no frills and pretentious dazzle (which should be the case for these types of eateries). If price is of no matter, by all means dine here every time you crave italian in Nasugbu. Awesome find!

Top italian dishes, didnt expect that in this corner 😉We had Carpaccio di polipo, Cozze alla marinara, Insalata greca and Tanigue alla griglia and it was all awesome yummy with only a very little filipino influence.Prices are fair course of the quality and freshness.Ambience is good, i recommend you sit in the garden and enjoy the green inside the city.

Lo and behold, this cozy italian restaurant is a gem located along nasugbu hway. My family and I were coming from a resort around the area and from past experiences, we already knew that having lunch in tagaytay was a no no due to the terrible traffic.From everything we’ve ordered, we just knew instantly that all ingredients used were fresh. From the perfectly baked pizzas to the foolproof bite of the pasta. Food were beyond amazing and I would honesty go back to try their other menus.To rate the overall experience:Ambiance - 4/5Food - 5/5Service - 5/5

We always love bringing guests here. The good is consistently good. Servers are well informed about the menu (and specials not on the menu). A couple of things they could probably improve are the restroom (it's outside) and the parking.

Great food. Place is small with limited parking so good thing we came late lunch so our party of 10 was seated comfortably. Plate setting was very nice, food was very good with a good selection of wines. Great place to have an Italian fix.
had our outing here last summer.. great service by basically all staff. rooms are spacious (we rented a penthouse unit in Jacana via airbnb). the location is obviously not somewhere you can just commute but if you have a car, it's pretty convenient to travel here.

We visited last week from July 11-13, and our overall experience with the facilities was fantastic. The beach was safe, and the pool was clean, with all areas well maintained. However, I must address the food aspect. Unfortunately, the food experience significantly detracted from the otherwise excellent stay. While the prices were high, the quality and value for money did not meet our expectations. The worst incident occurred on our second day when we ordered bulalo and discovered a piece of plastic in it. This was a highly disappointing and unsanitary experience. Food quality and safety should be an area of focus for improvement.

I visited here with my girlfriend and her family. I was expecting a really nice resort based on what they’ve told me. However, the resort itself was very mediocre and very overpriced for the quality, we got an overpriced air bnb for a night which was fine, as the hotel had no rooms left. We got a wristband that you need to keep on which was very frustrating to constantly have a ribbon on your wrist.The beach was okay bar some patches of rubbish floating around in the sea. The biggest disappointment was the food, the restaurant had some of the worst food and pizza I’ve ever tasted. It took 40 minutes to get it and it’s basically just a pizza someone threw together and put in an electric oven. If you’re going to market yourself as a classy resort at least have some decent food available. Let one of your restaurants to a decent franchise if you’re not going to put in any effort yourself into creating above very sub standard food. I was delighted to finally be leaving after spending a day there.Also very classless to have review botting for your ratings. Improve your resort and maybe you will not need to artificially increase your rating score. Those profiles are clearly fake if you look at them and all come within the same hour of each other posting.

The beach itself is fair enough, with the nice sand and clear water. The waves were strong during our visit, but it was nevertheless enjoyable to swim in. Here are a few things to mind though:• Limited seating/beach chairs especially for how busy it gets during peak times• Sometimes there may be an increased presence of marine life such as jellyfish or sea urchins. While there are efforts in removing them, still do be advised.As for the bar, the price of the food is higher than usual, but that's expected considering it's catered towards hotel guests staying and tourists.There are a few things I hope they can improve on, however, such as:• The water pressure of the shower areas• Replacement/overhaul of broken facilities especially the faucets of said shower areas• Better clean up of both the beach area and the surrounding water. From time to time, garbage can be seen• Presence of more life guards

A place for vacation, gatherings, and relaxation! Pico De Loro beach has been one of the highlights of my summer. With live bands playing, beach activities, and the beach itself, there are lots of fun things to do. The beach itself has fine sand and near the beach are areas you can stroll. The whole country club is also spacious and picturesque. Staff are great and very accommodating!I hope in the future they can provide more spaces for parking. Also, I hope there are other activities available such as UFO or other water activities.Here are some tips to boost your experience:• Try staying for longer. Make your stay at least 3 days to maximize your experience.• Bring appropriate beach wears and sunblock.• Mingle at morning and stroll at night. The place has some really nice spots at night.• Enjoy the food at the buffet.• Staff are very polite and helpful! Ask them if you need any help.

Me coming back to this mountain several times is enough reason why this mountain is highly recommended for experienced and beginners alike. After closing for several years, Mt. Palay-Palay (Pico de Loro) is once again open to visitors and this time around, the hiking activities are managed more responsively. Would have been a great experience to climb the monolith or the “Toreng Bato” but it’s already cordoned off and that’s understandable. I hope that the hiking trails will be preserved for a very long time and what the park rangers are doing is a step towards the right direction.

Mt. Pico De Loro is good for beginners. Depending on your speed, you can finish the climb in 2-3 hours. It is easier to climb during summer but more challenging during rainy season. The hardest part is walking on the muds, it is too slippery. It is advisable to wear shoes with spikes.It has an iconic huge stone standing on its own. They call it monolit and only one person at a time can climb it. It is better to climb this mountain early in the morning to avoid long lines in monolit. DIY is possible.There are stores along the way so you will not get hungry. You may bring your own meal but be sure to keep your trash with you.The view is breathtaking.

Nothing special at all. We are already choosing our food to order then the waiter upsold their new menu called sinala. Basically, it's just a 'grilled?' seafood amounting 1400 peso for 8 pieces of shrimp, 8 pieces mussels, 2 pcs crab, 1 ensaladang talong, 2 pieces okra. The waiter stated that it is for 6 to 7 persons. And it also took more than half an hour for them to serve it. Plus, They don't serve service water unless you ask for it. And you have to pay for paper cups for 3 pesos each. Have to post this review because sharing is caring. Sorry not sorry.

A gem around nasugbu, it is near canyon cove. The place is very well maintained. The staffs are really friendly. Food is really great too especially the paella and el cucinero pizza. A must try and must visit around the area. Not crowded and good for family with children.

I think Nasugbu has the best number of great restaurants per square kilometer. Food is fresh, fish soup was vibrant, flavorful and hearty. Karekare was good and you can taste the peanut in the peanut sauce. Lechon Kawali was soft inside, crispy outside. Gambas is my recommendation though. If you believe that taste is king, try this. Great effort considering they were about to close. Service is also attentive. Atmosphere is cozy and family themed. Definitely worth a detour.Edit: been here twice and I am changing the rating of food to 5. Salpicao is a blast! And hands down the best paella negra i have ever tasted. The socarrat is not burned and crispy, which should be a staple for paellas. Kudos!

Looks like that Chef worked in Ibiza, Spain. The paella is pretty good. You can also get good philipino dishes. In short, recommend if you are in the area. Btw, unpretentious restaurant. I like it
