Overall it looks really modern and pleasing. As for their menu, I'm glad they had set meals as it was already late and we didn't want to spend more time checking several pages of their menu. Our order came with tempura, tuna sashimi, salmon and karaage. But the highlight of course was the beef steak. It came with its own grilling pot so you can decide the doneness of your meat. To be honest the portion was a little small but the meat was oh so tender. I also removed the miso paste which did not go well with the steak in my opinion. The karaage was crispy and meaty my kid loved it. A little pricey so I would recommend eating here during special occasions only. I have one in mind already and I can't wait to try their yakitori bar/sets. We did not explore the menu as much as we explored their decorations so we just told them we wanted Lechon Macau, Sweet & sour chicken and yang chow rice. Luckily they all have it in their menu. Taste wise, it's the same as any other high end chinese restaurant. I actually expected the lechon Macau plating to be more enticing, instead it looked a bit boring. When the food did arrive, it was on batches, so we urged those whose orders had been served go go on an eat ahead.Based on the prices, frankly I expected more. The food quality was ok - but if you take into consideration the cost, well, it was sub par. The wait staff was as friendly as you'd expect, but I sensed some chaos going on as we received a 2nd dish of something that had arrived already. They took it back, but that to me was a sign of confusion on their end.Overall, this isn't probably a place I'd be back to. However, we got 0 updates. Waited 2 hours and 30 minutes for our food. Even our ice cream took over 30 minutes to arrive at our table.My suggestion: Skip las flores. It is now wonder this ramen stall is frequented by Japanese, Korean and Chinese guests!A friendly tip esp for those who are not really into salty broth, opt for adjust the Shoyo Ramen broth to a lighter taste so as not to overwhelm the other potent flavors. As for the Miso Ramen, it is best enjoyed with its Original Taste.A bit of improvement is needed for the overall cleanliness of the glassware and condiments station though. The staff was so friendly, light-hearted, knowledgeable and helpful (kudos to Captains Riza and Michelle!). We went for ala carte dishes and ordered a wee bit too much 😅 They surprised us after with an artfully plated dessert dish of Japanese ice cream, some mochi, cheesecake and Japanese strawberry (thanks Chef!). Everything was soooo good, especially the fresh air-flown sashimi with freshly-grated wasabi root (loooove!), the 3-kinds appetizers, their chawan mushi and the grilled Black Cod Teriyaki. We also had their Wagyu A5, though I felt it could have been seasoned better. You can find Pink’s in two areas inside the property. There is one in the Player’s Kitchen inside the casino and the bigger space with seats is near the fountain area. Price is honestly steep in this economy. Each bun is priced around Php250. End the meal with Farmacy ice cream cups.
