Also they no longer accept cash which is a huge inconvenience. Not everyone in the Philippines have a credit card, and loading gcash takes time and has a fee. The service was great a year ago, but policy wise and therapist service has greatly declined. They don't know how to organize their numbering system. They have limited number of staff and their place is cramped, so customers have to wait outside or nearby coffee shops and wait for their text. My GF went there at 10:10am and she was listed as number 3. At 11:30 (almost two hours), the first customer is still not finished and they reason that it's because they only have two attendants in the morning! She decided to go home and look for another branch. At 12:30nn, she got a text from LayBare SM North: "Mam, malapit na po kayo".. Imagine if she waited, she would wait for more than two hours in order to be serviced considering that she came early at mall opening and was their 3rd customer for the day?! That's ridiculous! Lay Bare's waxing service is good, but if you don't want to waste your time, find another Lay Bare branch near you, never consider this one! Never!!!! I had the “Diva” which they said the “thickest” that they have. Thinking by the name itself, it sounds promising and will give you a full set of lash. But I was suprised and so disappointed about the result. You should change the name by “classic” or “natural look” so the customers will not expect too much! You don’t even have pictures to let the customers see what it looks like! Not to mention the odd strong smell of the glue, almost like the mighty bond smell. I tried to comb it carefully with spoolie brush but it was so hard and it’s already falling out. Definitely not recommending this place. 1200 is too much for this service!
