She balayaged it and brightened my ends then shadow rooted it so it grows out easy! The last time we did it the grow out was so seamless I genuinely just wanted to come in today and get it exactly the same as last time. But we decided to put a touch more blonde in for summer. Looks amazing! Im about to go to bed, so the lighting isn’t very good in the picture, but I promise the color is chefs kiss! And the products Ottalaus carries is high quality too. Laurie Wrigley17:57 03/11/23Keep your neighborhood's stylist. I am not usually one to leave a bad review, but unfortunately, I think they have earned it. First attempt, the bright platinum blonde came out gold and still pretty brown with 1/4 to a 1/2 inch roots still showing down my part and in a zigzag pattern. The zig zag lines made it impossible to do even a middle part because roots looked so bad, and my side swept bangs were cut so bizarre that they bellow out at the ends making them impossible to style--they will not lay flat.Second attempt, the color came out much better, but the roots were still left untreated, and the cut was not fixed. I still have zig zaggy brown roots still showing everywhere and my bangs, ehh. When I brought this up to the owner, she said the second appointment was to fix the color, not to treat your roots. I am kinda leaving empty handed here. My hair has been processed twice now, and I have paid almost triple what I normally pay to essentially walk out of this salon looking very similar/maybe worse than the way I walked in. I am still needing to get my roots done and have my bangs trimmed for pretty expensive appointment. Nice stylists, but yeahh; I'm not happy about the end result.From the pics you can see that this does not look like "extensively trained." I don't think asking for a straight line is really too much for what I paid...I also tipped both stylists thinking that my hair was being fixed and because I valued their time. The foils were placed on strange angles everywhere. Honestly, I think this is worthy of a refund. Lavish by Minor Details
