Instead, they insisted that they have no booking on this day and to reassure thaylt they have more people to accomodate me. They open at 2pm and my reservation is at 3pm. This spa is only near our place but we arrived 10mins late because of elevator traffic. I was not informed that they already cancelled my reservation and given my timeslot to another without notice.Overall, I would not recommend this spa to others, as the cancellation without notice was extremely unprofessional and caused me a lot of inconvenience.
