The deep tissue massage was also fantastic and definitely one of the highlights of my visit. The only reason I'm not giving it a 5-star rating is because I felt that the pricing was a bit steep. However, the quality of the service and the location certainly make it worth it. If you're looking for a great spa experience with amazing views, I would highly recommend Qiwellness Living Spa. At first, I was disappointed with the outdoor massage set up but actually it is an experience. I lay down there looking at the clouds moving slowly, as I hear the sound of the flowing water from a man-made pond and the fresh air coming through. We arrived exact 7:30 and when we were there one of the staff ask my name etc and told us that our appointment is at 8pm, i told them no, our appointment is at 7:30 it is supposed to be at 4:30 but they said they cannot make it so they ask me if im fine with 7:30pm and i said yes. To my surprise they double book 7:30pm with another client and told us to wait til 8:40. This is so ridiculous, this is my birthday gift to my partner so we've been looking forward to it and we even arranged yaya to come by so we can both enjoy it. Then suddenly the receptionist came from shopping somewhere and told us to wait 8:40 so after 1hr and 10 minutes without even apologizing that it is their fault that they double book clients . So unprofessional!So I dont recommend this place because staff are unprofessional and they don't know proper customer service, save your time and go somewhere else . Their massage services are unlike anything I've experienced. Actually, it was the entire experience that's most memorable for me. The place was so peaceful, clean, and filled with greenery. The lobby was so beautiful and the staff were so friendly. Apart from massages, visitors can book rooms, get customized team building activities, and dine in their restaurant. They offer a traditional Filipino style spa in a "Kawa" (Cauldron) and massage services. You can also dine-in with their local dishes. Over night stay is allowed (prices varies depending on which room you would like to book). I personally like their warm milk bath in cauldron topped with petals of fresh roses. There are a lot of staff assisting the customers.The full body massage though is not that good. Plus the therapists talk a lot and ask so many questions (even personal ones) which is unethical and made the spa experience uncomfortable, taking away the peace that you wish to have while relaxing.
