They refuse to work with you if you have credits built up from being out of town for a bit or being unable to book an appointment because of the limited staff. You can’t pause your membership to use up these credits either. They just want your money in any way they can get it, no care for making the experience positive for customers. I tried repeatedly to work with them constructively, continued to spend money with them. When I finally held them accountable to their guarantees they went radio silent and never responded. They had their chance to work with me on numerous occasions now it’s time for the negative review. I would encourage anyone who is considering to go here to go elsewhere. They are only concerned about making money and have no concern for their clients or their client’s experience. Getting a facial there isn’t relaxing, it’s a small store with little privacy and no opportunity to relax. Their Botox is ineffective and the touch up is falsely advertised. They may say they will take care of your needs but they won’t. I’ve also been to providers that offer a cleaner and safer set up than Glo 30 does at this location. The quality used to be super high and it was the cleanest and friendliest nail salon I could find in the city. However, my past 2 visits were awful.The gel began to chip within 2 days and was extremely thin and brittle. I went back a few weeks later for a dip manicure with extensions hoping I wouldn’t have the same issues. The owner was extremely harsh to me and raised her voice when I asked for dip powder, saying I booked for a gel mani (because they do not have the dip booking option online) and that I should have called. I understand not being able to provide a service that wasn’t booked for, but the harsh tone is unnecessary. She ended up agreeing to do the dip manicure, and it chipped within hours. She also didn’t put enough top coat on, so my nails were sticky and uneven.Both times I called back to try to schedule a time to fix it, and they would not accommodate me for the next day for something that would take less than 10 minutes to fix. madagasus19:29 05/24/23Staff are very accommodating and service is good. The workers lied about a simple job. I understand I came around this time but this is the time I get off work and the shop does not close until 8 PM. I was there before 730 before 7 o’clock technically. Each sauna is contained in a separate room, so you have space to undress outside the sauna. Unfortunately, there was no place to put my clothes, not even a single hook on the wall, so I ended up leaving them on the floor. The sauna was set to around 155º Fahrenheit when I got in, which is pretty hot. I wasn't familiar with what an appropriate temperature for an infrared sauna should be and ended up Googling it before turning the temperature down quite a bit. They provided a towel, but there were no showers or any way to rinse off after my sauna session, so I just had to put my clothes back on over my sweaty body. These really are luxury services the way that everything is set up. The benefits of cryo and sauna, for me, were outstanding: more energy, sustained happiness (I’m already a positive person, but this really helped with moodiness), all the benefits of less inflammation like clarity and strength, and of course it’s one of those things that has lasting effects on lifestyle (eg let me have a salad rather than pizza for lunch if I’m going to sauna later!). Everyone who works there makes you feel welcome and taken care of. You're in and out in 15 minutes and leave with a smile on your face and a bounce in your walk! My main reason for trying cryotherapy was chronic back pain. I do level 2 (numbing cold) for three minutes, after which the pain disappears completely and is alleviated for around 6 hours. An added benefit is the endorphin rush, giving me a natural high for a couple of hours after the treatment. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a natural boost and some pain relief. Aura spa

Michael, Ian, and Jazlyn are all amazing! I have had hit-and-miss experiences with some of the other practitioners, including one being somewhat rude when I asked for a specific massage technique (to use fingers to work out knots instead of elbows - ouch). I think part of the problem is that you can’t book a specific type of massage the way you do at other massage place (eg, Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point, etc), so you’re not really sure what you’re going to get until you try that provider (which might be a waste of money if you don’t like their therapeutic approach).The real downfall of Aura though is the scheduling. The app/website is buggy, often requiring multiple password resets just to get into it… it’s also just a long list of massage time offerings making it annoying to weed through. You also can NEVER reach anyone by phone, so if you need to make an appointment change or get any other kind of information, it is impossible. Since the manager changed a few weeks ago, I haven’t been able to get email responses either. I will also echo another reviewer that it is impossible to tell how many massages you have used/have left if you buy a package unless you go back and count, keep track yourself, or ask every time you go. The knots were so bad I came back two weeks later to Jenna. She did not disappoint but my back was so bad I needed to come back for a third session two days later. Three sessions in three weeks is a testament to her amazing skill. She was able to successfully make the biggest difference after trying several other remedies. Can't say enough about Jenna. They extended my package in 2020 until May 2021 - but I could not use it due to family health emergency.I currently have 5 massages unused that I paid for in advance (approx value over 600 USD) -but the business refuses to refund or reinstate (I offered even paying delta in cost).
