Mula po pagdating namin sa receptionist hindi sila makangiti to welcome new customers. Nagask ako ng recommendations if better yung may hot stone sa masakit na tuhod, parang naconfuse yata siya sa tanong ko. Sa iba kasi pag nagpapamassage tinatanong nila saan ang focus point, and saan part masakit, kung may complications sa health etc. ang sabi ko nalang sige po daily bali nalang para di na mahaba usapan. My masseuse is kind enough to listen to my request to turn on the AC as I was feeling warm at that time and to turn off the fan when I asked her. Another thing, I overheard them outside na nagtatalo sa temperature ng AC and one of them said "yung dito naiitian daw" (non verbatim). Supposed to be a quiet zone.During the massage, naappreciate ko naman ang pagtanong nila ng pressure. All was well, until they said kukuhanin yung heat pad and it took them God knows how long just to get the heat pad when it should have been prepared before the massage started since they already know they have customers going to use it.I noticed my masseuse dropped her oil bottle few times, and kind of forgetten where it is and even asked me kung nasaan yung oil bottle and if nadaganan ko. My mind was in a relaxation mode for me to think about that oil bottle, however I felt it under my knee and told her it was there. Then there was a loud thud outside like something dropped, I kind of rubbed my nose to show that hey I'm awake and that was annoying, and my masseuse made a "ssshhh" and the other person said "sorry" (for the loud sound, i think she dropped something). Again, it should be a quiet zone.While she was massaging my head, sometimes she'll pause, then go, then pause again. Quite few times and only use one hand. Not sure if she's using her phone on the other hand. Also, it feels like she's only rubbing my hair against my scalp and not massaging.It honestly didn't seem like 1.5 hours. I thought it was just me, but my parents had the same experience.I'm not coming back here again. Paid for 1,797PHP kulang pa sila ng tres na sukli just to experience this kind of service. Bathroom you can't flush the toilet paper, use the bidet then dry off with toilet paper and throw it out. Shower head was nice but hot water didn't work, luke warm. They give you a little bottle of shampoo and a small bar soap. Instant coffee in the room was good. 1.5 hour massage for my gf and I was nice. Price was cheap 500 pesos each, roughly $10 each in the U.S. dollar. Food court across the street we eat at. They also had a Asian noodle small restaurant at the hotel. Cute birds in front. Mary Claire Mayo01:43 07/11/19I stayed here 05-06 June 2019. The location is great! Restaurants, shopping malls, spas are just outside the hotel. It is such a disappointment that they dont have any security, so basically anybody can enter the building. Reception area is available only at certain hours. No telephone inside the room ( room1). No remote control for the television, which we were not able to use because there was no receptionist and phone available. Bedsheet has stains. No warm water for bathing. Lots of water marks in the bathroom, obviously it was not scrubbed. The worst thing was there was a used dried out soap in the shower area. It was never cleaned at all. Toilettries, no toothbrsh and tootgpaste. Only 2 soaps and 1 small bottle of shampoo. There were 2 sets of tea cup, but only has one teaspoon. Only 1 water glass which we didnt use because of the dried out dishpashing paste in the inner bottom of it. Value for money, not worth it. Worst hotel ever.A day after, I happen to pass by the hotel again, my umbrella which I placed at the veranda was still there. They dont really clean the rooms at all.
