Therapists are noisy, when I availed the Apollo massage, other therapists keep barging into the room without notice. Who can be relaxed when you are naked and different people keep opening the door and can see you naked while you're helpless at the massage table. The lady receptionists are nice but maybethey can stop imposing mandatory tip. It is called a tip because it shouldn't be mandatory. They require payment before the massage so you are stuck with what you get.And we had money and credit cards removed from our wallets stored in the lockers that were provided at the spa. The lockers were still locked so someone on the staff is the thief. MOC Adiong13:19 05/29/22i have been to many spas around the metro and i cannot say that it was a bad experience.but i guess the cramp space and the volume of guests contibute to the lower rating.their small locker will barely fit a medium sized duffel/gym bag. my size 9 shoes were scrunched tight. so if you plan on going, do not bring anything bigger than a belt bag or a small body bag. or you leave it with the locker room attendants. the CR needs work. the door gets jammed and the toilet seat is unsteady.the sauna and steam room are also cramped when more than the allotted capacity is reached (3pax and 5pax respectively).but my masseur is a therapist from a known longtime spa so his massage is good.so are the other veteran therapists, likewise from that "said" spa.but they do have a lounge for tv and complimentary drinks and cookies if available.if it was not so crowded i am sure i would have enjoyed it better and i'd give a higher rating.but when you are looking for a relaxing time i suggest find a less crowded time slot. Men and women are completely separate. But that's not a deal breaker.Holiday Spa is highly recommended.
