Multiple times, the manager keeps attempting to hike the price for her requested service as if my friend was stupid/didn't know about real prices. During the process, the hair stylist that also worked on her hair didn't even do a good dye job, which is fine because it can be fixed but the unprofessional thing that happened was that the hair stylist requested to use the hair dye that my friend brought and instead of focusing on finishing his work on my friend's hair, he even managed to ask her for hair dye and dyed himself instead of focusing on my friend's hair. The process took a few hours because her hair had to be fixed. The color in the hair dye was lacking, but when the stylist finished, he dyed it himself, and the outcome of his hair was even better? I don't know if my friend used the hair dye so she could use it, but that's funny.What stylist asks for a customer's hair dye? It's like you go to a restaurant and the waiter says 'wow ma'am your food is delicious, can I have something?'The overall experience made my friend genuinely frustrated and somehow insecure to request services from establishments here in the city. She is too nice, so Im personally the one leaving the review since I was responsible for taking her there. I don't know what problem the stylists had that day, but I really don't recommend getting service from people at the salon if you're willing to laugh/make fun of you while you're paying them. It's as if they only have 2/3 techniques learned. The therapist spent like more than half an hour on my back doing the same thing that my neck and shoulder muscles actually started to hurt. Second, there's this habit of excessive muttering of "excuse" in their every move. It's actually weird. Third, the therapist we had went out of the session several times; very unprofessional. As a customer, we have the right to get the time and service we paid for. Lastly and this can be just me nitpicking as an architect, I can see the effort of the owner but the interior design really is just a mess.To the owner: please please, re-evaluate your employees please.
