They walk around lazy, almost never smile, the reception is generally terrible, with a dull look and you can see how customers are indifferent to them. They constantly answer that they don’t know how to do a massage, and they won’t stretch it either. I found one strong masseuse with them, who does a cool massage, but she is often not there. The company is a mess, you can immediately see that there is no discipline. The facility is decent but really needs a makeover since it looks a bit old and decrypted. Other than that they also provide cool water and shampoo to use before entering the sauna. I got separated from my boyfriend and when I entered the room, I found myself in a general massage room where there are multiple beds with no curtains for privacy.Second of all, they are not hospitable in terms of service. When I entered the room, I wasn't given any forms of privacy as I was asked to take off my brassiere and robe so my upper body was exposed to the female masseuse. Aside from that, the entire room was silent with no background music playing. Getting a massage is supposed to be a relaxing experience but it was kinda awkward being alone in a giant room with just silence between you and the masseuse. After the massage, they didn't even offer any form of liquids like water or tea.Third of all, the massage in itself was good. Although, it was my first time getting massaged between my breast which was weird.And lastly, they are not discrete in terms of asking for a tip after the massage. Once you're outside of the room, they will as you to sign the tip form and indicate the amount that you're gonna give them.Like I said before, getting a massage is an experience and I did not enjoy the overall experience although the massage was good.
