At first, it was more U-shaped so I asked to trim the sides some more and with the use of razor and some texturizing scissors, she achieved the cut.It was my first time trying this haircut so I am definitely returning for more. Virgin black.Services I availed: haircut thin korean curtain style 💇 and hair bleach peekaboo style (showed them multiple pictures for reference)Problem: I went twice.On first visit Dec 23. They did not bleach my roots even though I showed them pictures of what exactly I want, they did not even ask me if I want it. Only few strands of hair left bleached since they did the bleaching first on my long hair before doing a haircut. Or this could have been easily coordinated and planned with the hairstylist before starting the bleaching. I was disappointed and a bit mad since payment depends on how much bleach will be used, they wasted the resources I paid for and my time when everything could have been achieved on the first visit. Plus they only bleached the top strand of my bangs when all of the hair surrounding my face should have bleached. And as I have mentioned maybe there's only an inch of blonde hair left at the back of head after the haircut. It was supposedly at least 2 inches long and the sides (ear part) should be bleached as well connecting to my bangs. Also after showering a day later, I noticed my side bangs were uneven. I still gave a big tip to the person that bleached my hair since it's the holidays.I called after showering at home to tell them my hair needs to be fixed. I went back on Dec 26. This time I have to point out every detail. I really thought they can catch what I want easily the first time since it is literally what they do all the time. Good thing they did not asked me for additional payment. Only problem this time was bangs are still longer than what I wanted. My roots were not as the same shade as the mid and tip part of my hair since it was only bleached once. The goal was level 9 or 10 blonde.How much I paid: 2700 package. I immediately purchased the PROMOTIONAL GIFT CODE at METRODEAL for only PHP999 for a (php4000 worth of hair rebond and treatment service at any hair lenght). I set an appointment and we scheduled it to be done last FRIDAY January 4th, 2019. As we enter the salon their front desk asked us about our appointment and politely we tell them that this is for our METRODEAL appointment. Then after we tell them about our reservation and the word METRODEAL, everything went SOUTH. They ask us to wait for at least an hour tho theres only 2 customers at that time and we are the first in line. The other customers who just came 30-40 mins after us was treated first before my wife. We felt that they are belittling us as every staff (GAY STAFF) who asked the front desk about the needs of my wife they suddenly just whispered in Gay lingua with MD LANG YAN (METRO DEAL LANG YAN) at the end of their sentence. Suddenly one of the staff (GIRL) starts the hair rebond to my wife. The staff compelled to do a 4 hour “rebond” service to my wifes hair and they even do it on half of her hair. After total of 5 hours of waiting they told me that my wife is done and we eventually went home. MY WIFE CRIED AT ME ABOUT THE HORRIBLE SERVICE THAT YOU DID TO HER as SHE TOLD ME THAT YOU GUYS BURNED HER HAIR AND ONLY REBONG HALF OF HER HAIR.
