After all the many questions that she asked me on how i wanted my haircut, she fail to give me what i want. It is perhaps the worst haircut i had in so many years. She gave me a layered cut which she suggested and now my hair is all over the place and is so hard to manage. Sorry for the bad review but i am just so frustrated and unhappy, if only she didn’t insist on cutting my hair! I hope next time your senior stylist should just honor their client’s request if they wish to see a junior stylist and to just stand their ground otherwise you will see so many unhappy customers and many bad reviews in here. I think this is also another reason why i always choose junior stylists over the experienced ones because they tend to be very pushy when it comes to their client’s wishes/preferences. However, I washed my hair for the first time since the cut today and was extremely disappointed to find that the stylist (mind you, this was a SENIOR stylist) butchered my hair. The layers are not at all blended and it just looks like there a big chops taken out of my hair. It sort of looks like a mullet. I am so disappointed in this haircut as I explicitly told the stylist that I wanted to keep my length and now I’m going to have to cut off a lot of my hair in order to fix her mistake. They're responsive on my queries, and they're so accommodating kahit na I'm late with my appointment.They're located on 3rd floor beside SMX Convention. The place is nice and their music is relaxing. Not crowded din since I opt for a weekday schedule.I've researched and watched videos first, so I already know what type of eyelash I want, which is Ange Curl Natural Extension. Their staff helped me choose the right length based on my preference. Their chair is so comfy!! They will give you a blanket so malapit na talaga ako makatulog during my session. I don't feel any discomfort. Super gaan ng hands ni Ms Shine. True ang reviews na their eyelash is so light, hindi ko feel na may something sa eyelash ko unlike wearing false eyelashes.The session only took an hour, and I love the result!After 10 days, I went back for a retouch. I thought I ruined my eyelash when I cried over kdrama, but their staff confirms naman na retouch lang need.Same great experience during retouch session kahit hindi na si Ms Shine ang assigned sa kin.
