I asked their senior stylist for a layered haircut, but he gave me a wolf cut instead lol. He did not even bother to ask specifics about the hair and stayed quiet the whole time. Next thing I knew, my hair was chopped in half, and I had no time to react or complain. It would have been better if I had been informed of what was happening and what the stylist was planning to do with my hair. Very unprofessional. The only nice thing about this salon is their assistant, who washed my hair and made small talk. I do not recommend this salon to anyone. Overpriced, and the service is whack. Never again.
