Would highly recommend ❣️ super accomodating staffs, always asking if im comfortable. The facility is super clean also, and so is the wash area. Will definitely come back. Thanks to Ma'am Neste and Ana Marie for providing me with excellent service ❤️.

Ms. Anna, the therapist who did my brazilian wax is so amazing! She asked me if it was my first time doing brazilian wax (no it is not) and we were chatting about anything under the sun. Ms. Rej who is in the reception is also very accomodating. I would recommend Pink Parlour Robinsons Galleria to girls especially to first timers because they really put in the effort to make you comfortable and at ease. ❤ This will surely be my go to place when it comes to brazilian waxing! 😊

Katrina Lalugan06:43 05/08/23
They were warm and accommodating. My gel manicure and foot spa session were both great.

Mica03:40 04/08/23
Si Ms Rej the best! Super fast for my brazilian waxing and she’s good at adjusting if you’re in pain. She even tells you if she’ll work on the painful part and gives you tips to make the pain tolerable. The wax they use is truly less painful than any other wax ive tried. Though small branch lang siya ok naman wait time and I recommended to do rsvp and wait for confirmation when booking.

An excellent service indeed. The Senior Stylist here was very welcoming and kind. They made sure everything will go well. Super duper happy I went here.

H. M.15:19 03/22/16
No customer service! It was a horrible, horrible experience.I walked in and asked how much a rebond would cost - 3500. How much for the hair color? P5400+ with the reobond. Ok.They gave me a book with the different hair colors to choose from. The whole time I sat there, I couldn't figure out which color to choose for my hair. I didn't want any light colors because I have a typical pinay skin coloring. One of the girls were answering my questions at first. But after a few minutes, she left and came back to ask if I decided already. I said no. After several minutes of them waiting for me to decide, one stylist approached me and asked again. I told her my concerns. She answered my questions and I told her I wanted something reddish brown but not too light or too loud. Finally, I decided on Red Brown. It specifically said Red Brown on the book. They didn't get started right away on my hair."By the way, alam mo naglagas dati ung hair ko.""Kelan yung last na pa-rebond niyo?""Last year. Pero yun nga, may tendency mag lagas yung hair ko."He didn't sound interested. So I stopped talking and just waited. Finally, they started applying something on my hair. I didn't know what it was. They didn't tell me what it was. All I know is that it stung a lot and I was worried that it would irritate my scalp."Ganyan po talaga yan Ma'am."Finally, he started washing my hair. After they blow dried my hair, I started freaking out. The roots of may hair was yellowish brown. (When I was asking the girl who approached me earlier on, she said they weren't going to bleach my hair. She said, "The book only shows what it looks like on gray hair and what it looks like on dark hair.")I asked the guy who was working on my hair, "ganyan na ba talaga yan?" "Opo." "But I wanted Red Brown. Can I see the book with the hair colors again?"He gave me a book. (It was different from the one they originally gave me.)The senior stylist approached me again, "You said you wanted Red Brown." I was looking frantically at the book trying to look for the color I picked. She pointed to a Red Brown that was no where near the color I chose. "Am I looking at the same book?"She then answered, "You said you wanted red brown earlier. But we can tone it down later."Everything went down hill for me at that point. I was not expecting my hair to be bleached at all. They never told me that they were planning to bleach my hair.Maybe for some people, bleaching is okay. But for me - I have ultra thin hair that breaks easily. So why would I want to have my hair bleached? Couldn't they tell just by looking at my hair? Furthermore, there was a time where I had bad hair loss. It was so bad that I went to the hospital for a consultation. But in David's Salon nobody cared. They continued working on my hair. But everytime I looked in the mirrror, all I could see was my bleached hair. I was thinking of all the hair treatments and extra care I would have to do just to make sure my hair doesn't break and that it doesn't fall off. I should have just stuck with my black hair. It would have been less expensive and I wouldn't have to deal with bleached hair. I worked so hard to keep my hair healthy all year. This was all my fault.I chose this salon because I thought they would be able to take care of me better. But no. There was no customer sevice and they didn't even explain anything to me at all. They finished the job. I have reddish brown hair color now.The senior stylist said I can come back next year when they have another promo.

I don't recommend this shop if you are a foreigner. The staff recommended me an expensive package, but the service time was very short compared to other Filipino customers, and it was not sincere. I'm not going back here.

Juan Antonio Castillo07:34 05/16/23
Never ever book an appointment here. The front desk is very rude. Service is pretty bad as well. It’s really not worth what you paid for.

ELLE SIQUI10:36 02/12/23
The front desk is so rude. As I chose the service, she forced me to use other service since I have on tight budget.Mind over matter yet her sensitivity hit me nonsense 😊🫠 Self control girl.

Yoshie Kuwamoto09:19 10/10/22
I definitely had better gel extensions and pedicure experience. My nails were bumpy and uneven. And for my toes, the technician seemed to struggle cleaning my toes and removing my callus. I somewhat overheard them saying something about my ingrown toe nail, I pretended I didn't hear, I find it very unprofessional. They tried to act accommodating but I didn't feel that they were sincere with being hospitable to foreigners. At the end, after paying they were very confusing on if my payment went through or not. I had to check my credit card statement just to make sure I didn't walk out without paying. If you're a local, or from the country, or speak the language fluently, they'll probably treat you better.

Meagan Cummins07:08 08/21/16
Gelish manicure was very poorly done. I felt like the girl was in a rush to finish. Other than that, the staff were accommodating.

Opted for this salon instead of David’s but I was disappointed with the service. Hairstylist isn’t knowledgeable of the haircut I wanted (despite saying that it’s easy). What a waste of money.

Real Customer Reviews at Vivere Salon:

Maria L11:30 10/07/22
Not really sure why there are so many negative comments, but I honestly had a positive experience with this salon 🙂 I just discovered them by accident a few months ago as I was new to the area and I thought Vivere Salon was the only salon in Galleria haha. I had a repeat haircut just this afternoon. It’s nice that they keep track of your records so they know who my previous stylist was and everything. It does have a pretty steep price point for a haircut compared to other salons (I paid P700) but from the outside palang naman it looks like one of those higher end salons na. Hehe. I like how Sir Kenneth (I believe he’s a senior stylist already) cuts and styles my hair.I’ll surely be a regular here 🙂

Stefanee Calling13:24 09/27/22
Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. Viviere salon doesn’t list down any of their prices. Their price list only has “starting from” prices but they don’t tell you how much you are expected to pay nor do they tell you that the prices are only “starting from” so it’s such an extremely misleading experience. They also try to sell you “add-ons” in the middle of your treatment/haircut but they don’t tell you that the add-on price is just “starting from”. Don’t go to this place if you don’t want to get robbed on the spot. Go for other salons that are honest and transparent to customers.

Brian Kamaki07:22 03/23/22
YOUR MALE HAIR STYLIST SUCKS! If you want to have a good haircut experience DO NOT COME HERE! My hair was botched, and chopped wayyyyyyyy more than I asked napakaiksi na when I clearly told the stylist the length I wanted to keep, he did it so quickly I did not have any time to protest! The male stylist made my experience so uncomfortable. Napakasakit magsuklay when my hair was not all tangled! Worst 1,000 spent ever, ako na lang sana nag gupit sa sarili ko. Clearly the owner DOES NOT CARE 😒

Rachelle Aviles10:38 08/04/21
Worst haircut experience ever. Stylist was quick to start cutting without really understanding what I wanted done. Wasnt gentle at all and was pulling on the hair a lot. The haircut I got was so different from the one I wanted.

Kidge V08:55 02/17/18
Worst salon Ive ever been. Went here cause i thought the service was good considering the price u pay. But it's totally otherwise. The stylist will leave you to a new hair stylist and went shopping outside. They offered a free coffee but there is a hair in it. Had a relax and my hair got burnt so bad. Will never ever come back here again or to any Vivere salon.
