I did respond to her text when they introduced themselves, I replied ”I am on the way” . I came 5 mins late only and she is obviously frustrated at me. I asked if there are reservations after me, there wasn’t any! so I am shocked of her behavior, why she rushed me. I kept chill at all times, but she was condescending “tinatawagan ko po kayo di kniyo po ba nakita” (three times) she said she’ll put my companion on the waiting list. (Rudely).As the receptionist she could have explained professionally and ask if I’d like to move my appointment time. I will politely obliged because I understand policies. Sadly, she’s not a professional receptionist.I canceled my slot, explaining that the atmosphere is not nice. She lost 2 regulars forever. They even mentioned they could move seats around if the current seating arrangement did not suit us, as long as the salon wasn't full. They recommended services but did not upsell too hard.The nail technicians were very professional and highly-trained. No mistakes or pain and our nails turned out perfectly. I chatted with them and they informed us that they only chat with clients if the client wanted it, otherwise not if the client wanted peace and relaxation. We really enjoyed our mani pedi spa sister bonding time in this salon. However, they must not have good quality base materials for their gel nail polish because my nails chipped within 2 days. They accommodated me for a back job and added a second layer for added protection but then within the week my nails started chipping again. My nail technician even said that they have been receiving quite a number of back jobs lately. Service was great. Quality of polish - not so great. The reception was kind and helpful, but there’s one thing that made me unsatisfied about the service is the way the barber treat me. At the mid of the session, he asked me if I wanted the hair treatment. As it wasn’t a part of my plan, I said no. From that moment I felt like he wasn’t happy to do a haircut for me anymore. He cut my hair very strong and harsh, I felt like the scissors almost injured my forehead but luckily it wasn’t happened. Then when he’s done with my haircut he just said “done sir” without asking me to go to the back to wash my hair or at least created any hairstyle for me. Then he checked the paper and realized that I already required for the “haircut/shampoo” service, that’s when he guided me to the back and wash my hair. The hairwashing took only 3-5 minutes, it was the first time I had my hair wash that fast when I’d already paid for it. After that, he dried my hair but it wasn’t completely dry (about 60% dry only) and then he let me go out with my hair getting wet without creating any hairstyle (at least the other barbershops will ask me if I’m satisfied about the haircut) I was kinda disappointed about the service and I hope you guys will listen to the customers’ feedback and improve it. Thank you.
