The staff was okay, they were accommodating and all, I just didn't like how the person that did my underarms was so rough on me when they were applying the wax and pulling harshly. In other branches, it wasn't like that, they were gentle with me and it didn't hurt at all.I was charged extra 25 php when I was originally supposed to pay 200, they said it was for "sanitary" purposes when the place was dirty, the couch we were sitting on the waiting area was crusty and dirty, the walls weren't clean, and in the room I got waxed in, the stuff they use to wax, it wasn't organized and the curtain that's supposed to be the entrance had a splotch of wax sticking.I give it 3 out of 5 stars for the staff and the accommodation.
