Spiral delivers an excellent dinning experience. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I felt pampered as they offered to refill my empty coffee cup and clean up after emptying my plate. The buffet is a must-experience with the wide variety of cuisines.

Scott Pennington08:22 06/10/23
A high price to pay for a luxury buffet but we felt is was worth the money. The service is outstanding and dining area is fantastic. It is overwhelmingly at first trying to figure out what to eat as every station looks delicious! Our favourites were the pasta, Chinese wok section and desserts!

Eizen Barleta10:43 04/21/23
Top-quality food, wide selection, and warm ambiance—Spiral has it all. It’s probably the best buffet I tried in the metro, but it comes with a (high) price 😅I had high expectations, but safe to say, they delivered. The staff was attentive and made sure the guests enjoy a pleasant stay. The challenge was there was too much good stuff here, that you can’t savor all without feeling bloated first. They also have a cheese room allowing four guests at a time.Their juice options are available for an additional charge.Reservations are required.

Neil Melecio03:55 03/27/23
Best Experience. The place is well designed and fancy. I celebrated my birthday here and it was really worth it.The foods were really good. all kinds of dishes from different countries. I like those foods that you cannot see on other buffets like lobster, different kinds of cheese and other expensive foods. The service was also superB. Very accommodating staff.Recommended for those who want to celebrate a special day.

My early 30’s is full of spiral memories but alas all good things must come to an end.. goodbye spiral I Never thought the quality of spiral would ever go down ever since they opened back in 2006. I always thought that I would be able to enjoy spiral with my kids for many more years to come. But such a disappointment the only thing they got going for them is their ice cream and that’s it. Everything in their menu was either too dry, lacks flavor, too salty, not fresh. I mean there are some many things that are wrong that I don’t even know where to start. It is such a waste of almost 4k per person, I suggest just looking for another alternative buffet place.I will be going to more buffet place give an honest review, so will let you guys know where to eat next. If you have any suggestions do let me know so that you can be assured that it’s a real review.

Was there for my Lady’s birthday last night and all I can say was the atmosphere, food and service were outstanding. Big thanks to the guy that made our dessert. We’ll be back again.

Mac Bid01:32 05/26/23
It was a special ocassion and had requested for a particular set up but the receptionist had no clue of the same, took 20 mins to sort the seating + service wasnt to the point, steak served without cutlery, hurried the dessert coz of closing time and the one that perhaps was most disappointing that no one congratulated or mentioned the special ocassion. Not that it matters but hospitality is about that.Food was delectable and ambience was brilliant.

Kathryn S.12:31 02/12/23
Food and drinks are overpriced although you’d expect that at Sofitel. It was yummy at least and cocktails are very well made. But service was lacking, particularly out on the floor, nobody came to greet us, set the table or offer to take our order or give us water. I had to spend 10 mins waving someone to come (more like beg someone to come, which is not what you want to feel when you’re staying there and paying way too much). Bar staff are great though. Just the food wait staff are a let down.

Kerubin Adriano (Iya)09:10 01/17/23
Cozy ambience. On the pricey side but the food tastes good. Especially their pastries! The kids loved it. Wait staff were nice.

Amazing food and service, thank you for your special attention of our birthday celebration! Can’t wait to come back. My recommendation is to hang out at the bar after dinner, with Kingsley and Suleiman serving you, you will be in best hands.

Was staying at the hotel on a summer evening and did dinner at this restaurant. The outdoor seating is stellar - right across from a park, so rather quiet. Had the filet mignon and the desert special of the night. Both were superb, almondy with the bread/butter and cucumber soup that were provided. Staff was phenomenal and the woman that helped me pick a wine was very knowledgeable about wines in Europe. Espresso was smooth.Update: I've been here a few nights. There is one woman (who even remembered my name) who is superb, and the rest of the staff seems rather inexperienced. I got very lucky on night one when she waited on me. Ravioli was OK, but nothing that made me want more (pine nuts and topping were better than the cheese filling).

Konstantinos Margaritis18:04 04/25/23
Amazing cocktails ! Specially the espresso martini with a twist just ask for it to Sally and Max. We are definitely coming back again and again. Next time we are going to try also the restaurant that’s has an amazing chill ambiance and a view of the gardens.

A lovely hidden gem with excellent service and delicious food. We dined for dinner outside and it was quiet and intimate. Had the daily special, seared tuna, and though Asian, it had a unique and outstanding preparation.

Visited at night for drinks! Didn't have to make a reservation on a week night. The place and the service were amazing! You can feel the atmosphere changing from the moment you enter the dark elevator. The ceiling is beautiful and so is the view of the city. Would recommend visiting at sunset.Cocktail prices can be high, but that's to be expected. Wine & beer are more affordable choices.

arnas lucinskas23:05 07/06/23
Everything was amazing, the view, atmosphere, service, the food and presentation. The food was amazing.Appetizers wow, never thought that bread and butter can give you so much pleasure in tasting and salmon bites... Goodness me you feel each flavor separately... It was an amazing evening.Starters and the main was superb too as it was the desert.Thank you!

Visited this restaurant, and had a very good service, which is good taking in consideration the prices. Food was absolutely amazing, took a menu with 5 dishes and it was worth it. If you are planning to go for this restaurant for the first time, I recommend you to do the same.

Sofia Boneva12:47 05/22/23
Sadly, I was a bit disappointed by the restaurant. The view was amazing and the service was great. However, the food is in extremely small portions and you can’t have an actual dinner. I had the caviar sandwich and it tasted like an extremely salty cheesecake with something even saltier on top. The salmon bites and the bread and butter they bring as appetisers are actually more delicious.

Veronica Derevyanko08:33 03/16/23
Excellent location and great food. I would say some things were delicious like the burger and the steak and some were okay like shrimps with something. The menu was nice. Overall great place to chill and listen to great music.

Cafe Felisa is a place for good food and a relaxing ambience suitable for dining. Located inside Aloha Hotel, it has an array of deliciously prepared food for its guests.Today, I had their buffet breakfast (offered every Friday-Monday from 6-9 am) and it really lived up to its expectations. The staff are generous and kind that made my dining experience pleasurable. It was a great visit, and will definitely come back for their other entrees. 😊

David Co00:20 04/11/19
Ok buffet, but when you ordee from their menu considered pricey and food was not that great. Place is old and needs renovation.

Jonalyn Dianzon Zbozen03:17 07/19/18
We visited the place for unlimited tempura and chicken buffalo. Staff were nice. Good food. But they would only serve one plate of each food item even if we were three on the table. So you would have to request for a frequent refill here. But overall, we liked the experience.

Wonderful to be able to hear mass in English here this Sunday morning at 10am. Lovely chapel, great music and a celebrant who did a good job of giving us something to act upon in his sermon. Couldn’t stay for coffee afterwards but a very welcoming vibe if you are in Berlin Mitte looking for Sunday morning worship opportunity

Overall the experience was positive. The highlight was undoubtedly the breakfast, served in a luxurious room with a special variety incredibly good. We had a tricky experience regarding check in, especially parking, but after few minutes a nice lady come and helped us to resolve this issue. The location was very good, just a few minutes from the points of interest.

Loved this place. Very helpful staff and polite. English is not their strength but they were willing to help out and forthcoming with options. Room was in excellent condition and big. Attached bathroom was also well kept. Easy access to trams to get to the central station. Many restaurants and shops in are available in the vicinity.

Real Customer Reviews at Regent Berlin:

Jon Lykke07:44 07/23/23
Very few hotels live up to their often grandiose names, but Regent Berlin truly does. In everything from service level, to hotel quality, professionalism and food impression, they just outrank and perform most others. My life has allowed me many hotel experiences, on all levels, and of the 5-star luxury hotels I have stayed at, this one is right up there at the very top. Remembering the details of my stay here, I really can't find anything worthy of pointing out in a review, that would drag my impression down.My hats off to the crew here, and the men and women behind the hotel - Well done.Special thanks to the kind Indian gentleman who took care of our arrival and valet.

Tim Herden23:29 07/17/23
I travel for work and spend pretty much every week in a hotel. This time I came from America to Berlin and took my wife with me.From all the hotels I’ve been to, this hotel is outstanding! The service and staff is incredible! Everybody is alway so friendly and helps you out with a smile on the face. It automatically makes you happy! The rooms are great and clean! We had an incredible view from our room. The bathroom is very big with a lot of mirrors which my wife absolutely appreciated! The only problem that we had was some Wi-Fi issues first, but the team at the front desk had a solution for it in less then 2 minutes! Every single person at the regent hotel is extremely professional and beyond perfect trained in there job!10/10 would recommend this hotel!!!But the cherry on top was the man at the front door! His name was Akin if I’m not mistaken.Beside being incredibly at his job, he did also give us the best advice at what to do, and what to see around Berlin. We wish we could have rent him as a tour guide! He explained us how the train system works around here and gave us a map.He knew the best restaurants around town and made our visit perfect! He even told us that we should prepare for rain at 10pm!I don’t know where the Regent Hotel found this guy, but we wish we would have him at every Hotel! We can’t appreciate him enough but we are very thankful to meet him!We will be back just because of him and all the other incredible staff!

Vic Alejandro18:37 07/17/23
Beautiful rooms and interior. Just gorgeous. From the outside it’s difficult to tell how beautiful it is inside. It’s a great area and close to many nice restaurants. The rooms are just pure luxury and when you include breakfast it’s a full breakfast including made to order eggs etc. I was really happy we stayed here.

Lyndsay Harvey20:29 06/10/23
I stayed at the Regent Berlin for a couple of nights in late April. It was okay - an odd mix of good and bad. The rooms are sorely outdated, as many have pointed out. The shower was clogged and pooled water whenever it was used. However, the bathtub was lovely. Service was fine - not quite what I expect from a 5-star hotel, though. No one greeted us when we arrived or brought our luggage to our room, for example. And when we were checking out, the gentleman at the desk seemed unfamiliar with my Amex Platinum benefits and the adjustments that needed to be made to the bill. But the daily breakfast is, as others rave, absolutely phenomenal. I'm usually not a breakfast enthusiast, but I genuinely looked forward to going down to the dining room each morning. I honestly would have given the hotel 3 stars if not for the breakfast.

Chantal Mel09:30 06/02/23
The hotel was refreshingly cool and comfortable. The air conditioning provided a pleasant escape from the heat outside. The room had a nice temperature, allowing me to relax and unwind. The hotel's common areas were also well-ventilated, creating a soothing and refreshing atmosphere. It was a wonderfully cool and invigorating experience throughout my stay.

Good variety- lots of choices. This is one of the few buffets where u find a whole lechon roasted on site.Their carving station offers excellent selections , same with their dimsum station. Their chicken feet is excitingly big and tender. Shrimps are also of decent size.Staff are attentive and warm.Worth trying.

I had a wonderful dining experience at Market Cafe in Malate Manila. The food is amazing, with a variety of dishes to choose from. The price is reasonable for the quantity and quality of the food.I highly recommend Market Cafe to anyone who loves good food and good service. It is one of the best restaurants in Malate Manila. This cafe is my go-to spot for a morning pick-me-up. The moment I walk through the door, I'm greeted by the friendly staff who know me by name. The coffee is consistently excellent, and they offer a wide range of options to suit every taste. The atmosphere is bright and cheery, and they have comfortable seating both indoors and outdoors. The pastries and sandwiches are made fresh daily and are absolutely delicious. Whether I'm in a rush or looking to relax, this cafe always hits the spot!

A delightful buffet experience at Market CafeI had a wonderful dinner at Market Cafe with my friends last week. The restaurant is located on the third floor of the New Coast Hotel Manila, which is a deluxe 5-star hotel in the city. The restaurant has a spacious and elegant dining area, with a view of the interactive kitchens where the chefs prepare the dishes. The buffet offers a wide variety of cuisines, including Western, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and Filipino. There are also stations for salads, soups, breads, cheeses, and desserts. The food quality is excellent, and everything is fresh and flavorful. I especially enjoyed the seafood section, where they had crabs, shrimps, mussels, oysters, and fish. You can have them cooked in different ways, such as grilled, steamed, or baked. The sushi and sashimi were also very good, and they had a nice selection of sauces and condiments. The service was impeccable, and the staff was very friendly and attentive. They refilled our drinks regularly and cleared our plates promptly. They also gave us some recommendations on what to try and how to enjoy the food. They were very professional and courteous. The price was reasonable for the quality and quantity of food. We paid about 1500 per person, which was a good deal for a buffet in a 5-star hotel. We were very satisfied and happy with our meal.I highly recommend Market Cafe to anyone who loves buffet dining. It is one of the best restaurants in Manila and I will definitely come back again.

Eloisa Aberin03:33 05/03/23
The restaurant's bright and airy ambiance, combined with the attentive and friendly service, creates a comfortable and enjoyable dining experience. Market Cafe also offers live cooking stations where diners can interact with the chefs and have their food prepared to their liking. Moreover, the restaurant uses fresh and high-quality ingredients in all their dishes, making it a perfect place to indulge in a wide variety of international cuisine. The wide selection of desserts is also worth mentioning, with a variety of sweet treats to choose from.

Shiki GQ04:12 03/31/23
The breakfast buffet was delicious, with many options to choose from! The staff were very polite and helpful as well. Worth the stay at New Coast Hotel Manila!

Much different from what it was pre pandemicService is 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ but food is just okay. We got the BDO less 30% off promo for my in laws' anniversary celebrationHighly recommend the lamb and the dessert selection. The ube brulee and the churros are great and the donut station was cute. The lychee ice cream are good too

Emmanuel Iluzada07:25 12/30/21
If you are looking for simpler buffets with less crowd, then this is the place. Selections are few but as someone that gets overwhelmed with too much food options, then this is good for me. I personally like the lechon belly and the various meat dishes. The security guards and all the waiters are all very accommodating.

The lamb was great. The suckling pig was also great. But the rib eye steak was tough, dry and overcooked. Price was a bit expensive (at P3,000 net) compared to other hotel buffets that already include free flowing drinks.

Cherry An Gulane12:01 07/20/23
The ambiance is really nice, The food selection was satisfying specially if you are into Asian cuisine and also the desserts area I'm almost full just by looking at it. The staff are also attentive and accommodating.

Recently, we had a company lunch at Brasserie in Conrad Hotel. Originally, we had intended to dine at Medley in Okada, but despite calling their customer service, they were unable to accommodate us. As a result, we decided to walk into Brasserie in Conrad.Upon entering, we were immediately impressed by the ambience of the place. The restaurant boasts a beautiful glass wall that allows ample sunlight to flood the space, creating a pleasant and well-lit environment. When it comes to the food, Brasserie offers an extensive selection of cuisines to cater to various tastes. We were delighted to find a diverse range of options, including Indian, Filipino, Korean, and much more. Personally, I found their grilled salmon to be absolutely outstanding. The fish was cooked to perfection, leaving it tender, flavorful, and truly immaculate. But the true highlight of the meal for me was the dessert selection. Brasserie excels in providing an array of sweet treats, and I was thrilled with the numerous options available. Whether you have a preference for cakes, pastries, or other delectable creations, they have something to satisfy every sweet tooth.Overall, despite our initial change in plans, Brasserie in Conrad Hotel proved to be a delightful alternative for our company lunch. The pleasant atmosphere, great variety of cuisines, and standout dishes like the grilled salmon made for a memorable dining experience. If you find yourself in the area, I highly recommend giving Brasserie a visit, especially if you have a penchant for delectable desserts.

Small but very thought-out menu selection. And all foods were seasoned perfectly and well kept. Very satisfied. Only improvement is I never got my water filled up or coffee refilled until I had to wave down a server.

Marjorie13:54 12/02/22
View of the sunset was great. Buffet is Not that spectacular for its price of 3250. Very limited salad station, they ran out of sashimi. It was bbq night and while other beef cuts were good there were those that weren’t.

Jethro Alejandrino06:42 08/01/22
I can tell that this is our best buffet experience so far. We came here to celebrate our engagement and we were choosing between this and Sofitel's Spiral. We eventually came to the conclusion that Brasserie would be the better option because it's more modern and we like the ambiance more. Though others might have a wider selection of dishes, I can confidently say that each of Brasserie's offerings are of top quality. But another factor added to the delightfulness of our visit, their service. Ma'am Leon Orcajo, Trina, and Lemuel gave us a very comfortable spot that our family definitely enjoyed. They were very helpful and friendly. They even gave us a cake and offered us wine to complement our celebration. I can say that Brasserie's service is one of the highlights of our visit.

The buffet spread at Brasserie on 3 is quite good! My favorites are the rib eye, salmon and tuna sashimi and the beef rendang. The dessert station is okay but nothing spectacular. They could improve on the coffee too but still much better than other hotels. Service staff is okay. The view is beautiful. If you are lucky you can get the corner table that's a separate from the dining area.

I've never had a better brunch menu, and B on 3 offered one of the best hotel dining experiences I've ever experienced. The chef was too notch, and was conversing with the guests in an friendly and engaging manner. The menu had eastern and western options, and it was impossible to pick only a few things from the buffet line. The best part was the pastry bar, which had an assortment of local favorites as well as American favorite. I'll be looking forward to my next stop Manila .
