This specific branch can make a ristretto or any ristretto based drink. I dont understand how it is impossible when they have a semi automatic espresso machine. Even if their machine is not programmed to do ristretto, they just need to stop the espresso extraction halfway and they alreadyhave their ristretto. Giving up on the ristretto drink i ordered latte instead. Watching 2 baristas make and redo an entire drink of latte was painful. I dont think their baristas are competent. I didnt get to taste the latte since it went to my friend. Atleast the Cafe Americano was ok. And the atmosphere of the place is really good.

Great ambiance, but I was disappointed to the service of the employee assigned in the registry - was not familiar with the product, slow in taking orders. On top of that, they've been out of free internet for months.Hope these things will be addressed soon. I didn't have similar issues with other branches.

Excellent place to grab and early bite to eat. This place opens up at 6:30am. Great vibe, especially in the morning when the sun is rising and everyone in busy Manila is going to work. I got the butter croissant 🥐 and the pasta 🍝 here. If I’m the area drop by and you won’t regret it.

They have a good taste for their coffee but it is a little bit pricey. Lack of cozy and relaxing ambiance. Poor wifi.. Just an average coffee shop.

Everytime we have an event at the Greenhills Christian Fellowship, we make sure we eat here. Friendly staff and good service. Orders a bit slow but comes out at the same time.

Michael Griffin07:28 06/01/23
The staff were very welcoming upon entry and we were seated right away. We ordered breakfast items and I have to say that we made the right choice. We ordered the Pancake & Waffle combo, Spanish Omelet, and the Banana Caramel Waffle. Each dish was absolutely spot on! The omelet was the tastiest I've had in all my travels. Salute to the cook! The restaurant was clean and quiet, just what I like when enjoying an excellent breakfast!

We ordered 2 extra thick strawberry milkshakes but they’re both too watery. Not worth it at all!

Christine Sunga01:29 05/06/23
We had our breakfast here for A stop over driving going to Manila. Pancakes were so fluffy and delicious withe the creamy butter with bacon, omelette and coffee. It's just a simple but enjoyable scrumptious breakfast we enjoyed.

Had the Tamago Sando. It was okay, though a bit bland. The Matcha Latte was good. Too full to try the pancakes. Will try it next time.

Adryel Flauta09:32 07/27/23
A bit expensive, the curry is good pero it's the same taste from other Japanese restaurant with the same price range, difference lang is yung presentation with the miffy collab, sandwiches pancakes are that around price range rin 350 - 600.Would definitely return in the future to try out their other dishes.

April Karla Victoria18:28 04/23/23
I had my first fluffy pancakes when we visited Gram. It tasted sooo GOOD! I especially loved their new ube pancake with ube syrup. 😋😍 Not too sweet, just right! ✔️I liked the drink I ordered too, it was caramel something, but I forgot the full name of the drink. 😅 Just a reminder that their place is already cold, so if you're ordering a cold drink, make sure that the cold never bothered you anyway. 😜

Jose Rey Alo01:22 03/22/23
If you're looking for a new place to try for brunch, I highly recommend checking out Gram Café and Pancakes. I visited for the first time on the recommendation of my daughter, and I was not disappointed. The service was prompt and attentive, which made for a great start to the experience. The café has a cute little atmosphere, with plenty of pretty instagrammable spots. It's always nice to have a restaurant that offers more than just delicious food, and this one definitely does. I found myself snapping pictures of the decor and surroundings throughout my meal. But let's talk about the food - it was incredible! I was surprised with the big servings, which made for a great value. Additionally, the prices were not too pricey, which is always a plus. But the standout dish for me was definitely the Bacon & Scrambled Eggs. It was their version of this classic dish and I was an instant fan. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and the portion size was filling without being overwhelming.🤗✨

Angelito Jr Bisquera22:43 12/27/22
The avocado is so bitter. Like it is not yet ripe or even at better state to be eaten, super raw.The staff did not informed me, right after I mentioned my ordered, that it will take longer time before it will be served. Only when the food is being prepared that I was notified that it will take a few more minutes before it will be served, I would have ordered different food/meal if I was informed right away.

The pastries are the winner here. Very good in taste and texture. The dishes are kinda a hit or miss. The adobo rice is fine but does not stand out. The steak fried rice is munchy, flavorful and a bit sour. The chicken salad tastes great too. I am just don't think the dishes other than the salad are worth eating everyday.

Aleli Rosario01:30 07/08/23
We came for desserts and after dinner drinks. The place was still busy despite nearing closing time. I like their sans rival better than many other sans rival. Theirs is nutty, meringue-y, and just enough butter-melting goodness. We also ordered their Opera Cake which was oozing with slightly bittersweet chocolate. The cake has different textures and has just the right amount of sweetness. Yum!I also ordered ginger-turmeric tea. Haha! I love it. It is strong and throat-grating enough. I was reminded of the strong tea I made for my family when 2 were down with mild Covid. I gave them a stronger concoction similar to this tea which l liked to think helped them heal faster.

Genesis Macale04:04 06/19/23
A bit crowded, noisy, busy, and dim. But we were totally pleased with the food. The 50% BPI discount may have also played a role as to why we were satisfied with our dining experience.

May 2023: We celebrated my daughter's graduation day here with my family. She requested this restaurant cuz it's her fave. Ordered a lot of food that our bill reached P11,500. It's a bit overpriced esp their 400 gms Wagyu steak that costs P6,995. When I paid for the bill, the server didn't ask for my Wildflour Card....haaay sayang ang points. They are not keen on small details compared to their Rada and Greenbelt branches. Btw, they wrote CONGRATULATION instead of CONGRATULATIONS! Small details can make a big difference... 😱

Bernie08:27 03/22/23
Nice cozy place for those on romantic dates but the menu price are too expensive. We got the Mac N'Cheese, Cacio E Pepe, Fish Chips and Salted Chocolate Cake and our bill was a whooping fortune. Food quality is way below their price. To top it all, service was horrible. Food was served after an hour, waiting for my bill took them another hour. Not coming back.

Eypee Kaamiño08:36 03/02/23
My girlfriend and I just ordered 2 salads and 2 drinks. The salads were incredibly delicious with high quality ingredients and well balanced taste profiles and healthy. The coffee and hot chocolate were out of this world! Incredibly well done! But we also paid around 3000 pesos for 2 salads and 2 drinks which I think is just incredibly expensive. So whoever has the money and wants to focus on quality food/drinks, come to this place.

Martti D10:22 02/28/23
We celebrated our VDay dinner here with my family. The food is ‘ok’, desserts are too sweet for me, bread spread is not free, no complimentary bread as well (comparing to similar restaurants) and there were many lapses in their service that night (probably overwhelmed). I have a reservation but we were given a small table outside (not enough space in our table). Overall, we still enjoyed our dinner, what matters more to me is the timeliness, cleanliness and the politeness of the service crew.

Arthur Munoz12:15 08/30/22
Over rated, Over price and they serve small portion. Why people come here I don't understand the hype. Taste wise nothing to rave about. The price you can get something better for the price. Ambience and service is good that's the only thing worth mentioning. We ordered braised beef brisket and the California burger. Really for 630 pesos I was thinking it's California size as the menu suggest not Filipino size. The beef brisket same story for 950? Not to mention taxes and service charge? Don't come here hungry as you walk out hungry. The only thing that would be heavy is the bill in your wallet. This place is really for people watching. I would come here to get some coffee that's the only reasonable priced that I can see but not for lunch or dinner or even snack. Would I come back? What do you think?

Irish Salvador15:27 07/23/22
The food while great is nothing special. I think their Makati branch has better food also. The cremadettes are always sold out in this branch 😅Price point for food is P500-P2000. Some servings are big enough for two, some are good for one so ask the staff if you’re not sure. The drinks are just okay. Price point is P180-P590.

I'm staying at the Jinjiang Inn - Ortigas as I work to obtain Retirement Status in the Philippines. The hotel restaurant, Horizon Cafe, adjoins the lobby on the ground floor. As I had only just arrived in the very early hours from chilly Japan, I was famished and decided to havea go at the buffet. I very much enjoyed the perfectly good buffet fare which was tasty and nicely presented. But later, after seeing some of the eclectic choices on the full menu, I've been making my way through each and every item and I must say I'm impressed! The Asian menu items and, in particular, the Filipino dishes are featured and quite delicious! The Horizon chef, Jaime, has the right touch to more than satisfy the Western pallette. I personally recommend the all-meat pizza. (Pssst- actually it's not really "all" meat. That would just be wrong) From the fresh, crispy crust to the first smoky, cheesy bite, there's some serious Italian flavor that the chef nailed here. Also notable in the culinary capability category (C.C.C.) is the modestly sized but full-flavored Caesar Salad! But it's the perfectly prepared pancit, adobo, beef tapa, sisig and all the Filipino flavors that keep me coming back each day I'm here. The dessert menu is great but not particularly extensive, so you'll likely want to try one of the many coffee creations you're accustomed to from a local barista except here there's no added hustle bustle. An Americano is just my cup of....coffee. All in all, the Horizon Cafe is another perk for me during my Jinjiang Inn stay as I explore my adopted new home in the Philippines.

Catsi Catalan03:30 03/20/19
This restaurant primarily caters to the guests of Jinjiang Inn Ortigas. It is situated in the ground floor of the hotel. Room is packaged with complimentary breakfast. The buffet spread for the day includes cereals, rice, congee, bacon, sausage, pancakes, omelette, salad, fruits, and unlimited pour of coffee. The taste is average and I find the congee bland. Despite the mediocre quality of food, the staff are all friendly and appreciable.

Tried the Garlic Tahini Pasta and liked it. I’ve never seen tahini pasta in other restaurants so honestly I have no benchmark for what it’s supposed to taste like lol but I did enjoy their dish. I also like their mushroom pasta and bagels! I love going here for some quiet downtime during a busy day and for good roasted coffee. My regular drink is their Long Black. I’m not into lattes or milk in my coffee but I also like their Flat White.

Alberto M.00:08 08/03/23
I would love if Toby’s would close later than 5:00pm but as is, the cafe feels comfortable, very cold and great for meetings with no noisy customers, and pretty good coffee and food. We ordered 7:30 am for breakfast since they open at 7:00. Must try would have to be the flat white and their Bucky’s dessert.I recommend their Grilled cheese which uses bread similar to ciabatta bread, and their corned beef hash for it’s great flavor. Shared for 3 people, 1 everything bagel with garlic cream cheese, 1 grilled cheese, 1 corned beef hash

Rob Vicente12:49 07/30/23
My favorite coffee spot. I'm here almost every week, just enough for the staff to not recognize me every time I'm there (though I think they're catching on). Somehow it always -- and I mean ALWAYS -- has great-tasting coffee. Quality and consistency every week, throughout the years that I've visited this place. I haven't found a better cafe than this one in the country. It has high standards but isn't pretentious. The coffee tastes great but isn't expensive. The staff are friendly but not superficially so. The place and the people working here are superb but remain composed. If you've ever met a person who's very skilled at something but isn't loud about it, this is the cafe equivalent. One of my friends said that if Starbucks is Sandra Bullock, this place is Hugh Jackman. He's joking but I don't think he's far off.

Paolo S.17:51 03/18/23
I'm not familiar with Toby's origin, so I was slightly disappointed when the Big Breakfast didn't come with rice. It had potatoes, so maybe that was supposed to be the sub? All I knew was that I needed rice with my "ulam." Luckily, the service was great and they offered me black rice on the side. I'm a pescatarian so I gave the sausages to my partner. She enjoyed them. Latte was slightly bitter - just the way I like it. Blueberry bagel was yummy, though I wish that the cream cheese came with the price instead of charged separately. Overall good experience. I forgot the names of the two ladies but they were really nice.
