Kanto was started in Mandaluyong by the Juanta brothers, Vincent and Val. They have developed a following for their All-Day, Everyday Breakfast concept.We ordered two types of longganisa, Vigan and Lucban (P148 each) while my wife got a ChocNut Champorado (P99 ) which she thoroughly enjoyed. For drinks, we got a couple of Barakos and and Iced Chocolate. Wanting to try their desserts, we got their Buttered Suman in Ube and Goya Ganache (P99) and their Ube Waffle (P121).Was impressed with their line-up and how they were able to make Breakfast an all day event to look forward to. Their coute le beuf (rib eye steak with french fries, stir fried cauliflower and green salad on the side) good enough for 5 persons! We love their salads and most of all their french baguette served with parsley butter. Their baked items are all so good. Highly recommend you try... Service was excellent, giving out suggestions as to what you might like to have. Ambiance was so nice. We had a great time.
