We had to find a table ourselves. The fries that went with the French Toast were half cooked. The French toast had too much cheap butter. They only had brewed coffee because their coffee machine was out of order. When we informed the staff that the french fries were half cooked, the staff just said he will inform the kitchen staff. A simple apology would have helped.The PWD ramp was also blocked by a signage, which is a violation of the PWD accessibility law. The PWD ramp is also not compliant to the required degree of inclination as provided by the PWD accessibility law. The ramp is just for compliance only.
