My review will be a bit biased because I am a UCC Cafe fan. I go for their breakfast menu, however.Their Banawe branch opened up not too long ago. It's a cozy place, definitely a great Sunday morning breakfast place, if you're into that sort of thing. I normally order their corned beef Filipino meal. Their portions are large; be prepared to skip lunch. Their house coffee is also exceptional, and I highly recommend their various flavored Japanese cheesecakes for dessert.

Their bread isn't bad, but the texture of their ham and cheese brioche kinda felt like the Pandecoco from your local bakery.

Dennis Eric Ohsan23:31 03/05/23
Ate breakfast there yesterday (Sunday). Not too many people at 7 AM. Prices are slightly higher than similar establishments, but serving was on the generous side. (I'd rate them higher if their breakfast came w coffee.) 😀

I tried their breakfast twice, gourmet tuyo and corned beef and its good. Will try all those in the menu and their bakery products.

Kimpo, formerly Han Pao, has upgraded their place and looks more presentable. Even though the look has changed, their food remained as delectable as ever. Noodle Feast is one of the food selections I highly recommend. It can be shared by 2-3 persons. Their dimsum is good as well. I did try their xiao long bao but Paradise Dynasty is way better. I recommend their Kutchay dumpling and Taopey roll instead. Prices are very reasonable. I would peg it at an average of P300 per head. Staff members are attentive to your needs. If you are craving for chinese food and do not want to spend that much, this is a good place to go to. Update: The place has been renovated and it looks much, much better.

I was craving for Beef Noodles Soup and the place to have this is Ling Nam. This has been my "Go To" place for Beef Noodles. The taste is awesome.

Marcius Gabriel De Mesa11:39 01/07/23
at par with Wai Ying in terms of taste, but looks elevated with their ambience and service. (Wai Ying is acutely my fave and my comfort food)Bola-Chicken congee- subtle hints of ginger but not too overpowering. Their chips for the congee is also extra crispy. it does taste like comfort food.Ham Suy Kok- oily and sweet for my personal liking but pretty good.Chicken feet- also pretty good. If you like chicken feet, I recommend you get two orders because just one would be bitin. 🤣Soy milk- 10/10. Hints of almonds on their soy milk so caveat if you’re allergic to nuts.Hakaw- Super stuffed. Few pieces of it will make you full.Fresh Lumpia- wasn’t able to try it na since we’re already full so we had it to go.

Jolly Co15:35 12/27/22
Loved that they made the branch in banawe 24/7! I always like anything I order here. Many diners everytime we go but tables are plenty and available. Great customer service!

Wilbert Ong02:51 06/03/21
I've heard alot of good things about Ling nam in the past few years.. many people say the their congee was the best.. so yesterday we went to Ling nam to try their fish congee and beef mami.. I think something is missing with their food.. the service was great but I think the food was overrated here... Or maybe they changed their Head Chef? But overall the experience was good... I give Ling nam a 4 star rating..

Jun 2023: We ordered lechon macao with fried rice, wanton noodle soup, white chicken, crispy beancurd skin and fresh lemonade. The dishes were a bit bland esp the white chicken. It tasted like plain, boiled chicken without any aromatics like ginger, scallions and peppercorns. The lechon macao with fried rice is smaller in portion size compared to other branches. Parking is also limited.

Kim T16:00 05/25/23
The OG NOODLES HOUSE.Always eat my noodles since I was a kid.North park always welcome people kahit lunch or dinner or midnight snack. Kahit biglaan big crowd kaya ng north parkI got nothing to say 🤤

Moon Serenity16:22 05/15/23
Maybe they can somehow improve on the smell of their place. First I've noticed was the foul odor when you come in. That's probably why there were some flies. They could also improve on service and waiting time. The staff also needs to learn about proper accounting and computation of billings. On to the food, what I love is their Fried Prawn Dumplings as usual and their sweet and sour sauce. Yang Chow Fried Rice is fine.Wanton soup is just soup. Salted Garlic Squid is ordinary.. Boneless Honey Garlic Pork Spareribs needs improvement. Not really much what I expected since the server recommended it. I just tried it out of curiosity. But it's better if it was made with Sweet and Sour sauce instead.

A P Y13:29 05/14/23
Always a pleasure dining at any North Park branch. We also love that this branch opens early for Yumcha. You’d be surprised how very few restos in Banawe opens as early as 7am. But out of the few options, this is a good one.

Richard A Francisco11:31 08/06/22
This is the classic Cantonese soup noodle, domain restaurant for Manila serving siopao, siomai, hakaw, pinsec Frito and more! For noodles, they have vegetarian, pork, beef, mushroom noodles the can be served in soup or dry with the soup served separately. They also have lemonade, cold coffee, chrysanthemum tea and more

The pizza and beef tapa are tasty and well-plated (total bill was P900+, this includes 2 drinks). Good for study dates, or catching up with friends, or even some alone time.Wifi is stable (but is only limited for 2 hours).Outlets were accessible (it was right below the couch). Restrooms are clean.

Roland Moreno13:24 07/02/23
Relaxing interior, good food and great service. I tried Tapa Bowl for my 2nd visit. Its good but a bit salty.

Rachelle DJ07:47 04/17/23
The place is indeed spacious and felt safe. It’s a good thing they open early at 9AM because not a lot of breakfast places in Banawe open early. Surprisingly liked their Tapa Rice Bowl, but coffee (both hot cappuccino and iced spanish latte) were a disappointment - milk is heavy, can’t seem to find the coffee aroma. Expected more from their coffees since they’re supposed to be a breakfast place.

Paulo Laconsay16:02 03/06/23
We recommend here their nachos, lotus biscoff cheesecake, hot mocha, and iced caramel latte. The ambience is quite cozy, great for a casual coffee date, or if you want to hang out with family or friends. Also their menu offers a sufficient amount of variety from coffee to non-coffee drinks, as well as chips and pasta and even rice meals, so I often see some of the people around the neighborhood have brunch here. The place is also conducive enough for working remotely. The latest I've seen them close is around 12am, and peak hours is around 5pm onwards.I highly recommend it especially if you're around Banawe frequently.

Chinese dimsun is always good, discounted prices too. Much better taste than the other dimsum place nearby for sure.

Had shabu shabu during lunch. It is located in banawe street along with many dining shops within the area. Our meal was nice and the place enough but it can still be improved.

Adrielle Ortiz10:02 05/14/23
The restaurant serves very delicious Chinese food like dumplings, noodle soup like wanton noodles, and many more. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The establishment is also easy to locate and get to.

Sid Michael12:35 04/01/23
You cannot sit, there's a huge cage underneath the table. Waiting time for a dimsum is 30 minutes.

Went in 1:30am last order na they close doors at 2am,the server still enthusiastically took our order..food was nice, served within 10 to 15 mins..small parking space in front about 2 to 3 cars will fit..overall service is great in our exp.

Melanie Nacion05:22 10/19/22
They have an all day dimsum promo for 88 pesos but not included ang xiao long bao and other premium dimsum though. Fast service and attentive staff. Overall ok naman.

Alwyn Villaruel03:55 04/16/22
Ordered a cold cuts sampler via Grab. Very disappointed in the amount of food given to us. Worse, another branch gave us more food for the same price. When I called this branch, they offered no solution. Very very disappointed.
