If I can't move the coals around atleast it would be nice for the hookah representative to check your coals more frequently. I suggest a different disposal tip for the hose. The current tip doesn't not fit snug in the hose.The customer service from the entire staff was very good and they brought my food to me in a decent time frame. Food was great, ordered the hookah platter and fried tofu. Flavored tobbaco they had available was alright but they really need to thoroughly clean each hookah.
