super disappointing experience.They will not replace a bad product they sold you. Yes, when you pay and you find that the purchased product is not usable, the store refuses to replace it. I spent tens of thousands of pesos and got disappointed and sad. My phone is now unusable and the store refuses to replace it. Go to any other Apple Authorized Store. Don't get the same disappointment as I did here. Enforcement is hard, Power Mac keeps dragging its feet and never solves the problemIf you plan to buy in here then be prepared to lose your money. But you might get a device that doesn't work.My personal real experience. God, I swear I will never set foot in this store again. Business integrity is dead

Do not repair mobile phones and computers here. The technicians are terrible. The fees they charge are 200% of other stores. And they spend a lot of time dealing with simple problems, and at the same time they will make incredible requests, such as asking you to show your passwordThey charge the most expensive fees, but they can’t solve the problem normally. Staff are fine - the one who accommodated us was pleasant. The one in the cashier however does not know how to handle credit cards. She was inspecting the card without disclosing what parts she will be looking at. Even using her phone while handling my card which is very suspicious. Had to report my card as compromised and request for another one.

The place is too hot. There was no air-condition when I shopped here. I waited long to be served. Then, I waited longer for the process of my order. Customer service is somewhat okay but will not recommend buying your gadgets here during weekends.

I just went to Mall of Asia received a cold service after asking for discounted apple accs. I asked till when is the promo but the staff said they don’t have any idea. I’m working in retail and it’s ridiculous not to know the start and end date of promo. DTI E-Commerce please check this store. I still bought the mouse tho as the keyboard is not available. Please don’t judge the customers based on appearance and if they’re asking for discounts.

YOU'RE LUCKY IF THE DEVICE YOU PURCHASED AND HANDED BY THE STORE IS FUNCTIONING NORMALLY. BUT WHAT IF YOU'RE UNLUCKY AND IT FAILS DURING THEIR INSPECTION?A DEFECTIVE DEVICE NOT TURNING ON FOR NEARLY 1 HOUR IMMEDIATELY AFTER PURCHASE (STILL INSIDE STORE) AND IN FRONT OF THEIR EYES, BUT THEY WON'T REFUND YOU, THEY WON'T REPLACE THE DEVICE, AND THEY WILL JUST TELL YOU TO BRING THE DEVICE HOME AND WAIT FOR IT TO TURN ON OR REPORT THAT IT IS DEFECTIVE AT A LATER TIME.Purchased a stainless Apple Watch Series 7 and during their usual inspection of a product after you buy from them, the Apple Watch won't turn on for nearly an hour. One of their employees said that this was normal because some of their products took at least 30 minutes of charging before turning on! After more than 30 minutes, the same employee switched the charger to a Macbook Pro charger, tested the charger with another Watch, and our Watch still won't turn on! The same employee at this point kept disappearing into another room--which what I can make of is their office, where he has been discussing with the manager their solution. The same employee then informed us that we could reverse our payment. After sometime waiting, their manager appeared and informed us that we CANNOT reverse our payment because they DO NOT have such process or a reversal form for this transaction. Their manager then told us to just bring the Watch home, charge it overnight, and if it still doesn't turn on, report it and come back to their store. One of the issues we raised to them is that they have an inspection form, where they put a check on a basic function of a device if proven working during inspection, but during our time, they couldn't answer the inspection form itself and left it blank because the device was not even turning on--and when confronted about this, they kept denying that our Watch is defective. Finally, after several minutes arguing with in-denial employees, their manager finally makes a reversal form. We left the Watch at their store and left without any plans of returning!There are many problems with this store aside from this. Among other things, their employees are actually not knowledgeable about Apple or even the very products their very store sells. One employee said they don't have cases for the Apple Watch and then, another one showed me where their Apple Watch cases were displayed. Another employee even snubbed me several times when I was only asking for someone to assist me.

You really just have to come early if you mind the line since they're controlling the number of people in the store. The sales guy who attended to me was helpful and looked knowledgeable. He was able to talk about the pros of getting your products from them. No on hand stocks for the laptops unfortunately, and ordering online sets you back 6 to 8 weeks. They have a 5% discount for cash transactions but do have a 2k service fee so the discount isn't really very significant. I see myself buying there to avail of an installment option.

Bought my iphone here the other day. A lot of customers were lined up to get in. It's a small power mac center and only a max of 5 people were allowed at a time. There were 2 lines for those with preorders and walk in customers the queueing system was very organized. It typically takes 20 to 30 mins per transaction so the lines were moving a bit too slow. The guards werr also very informative and if you are a walk in client you can ask them about stock availability and they have a list so you won't waste your time on queue if they dont have the item you want.

Because of COVID-19, Apple's service center only take appointments and dont take walk-in. I saw alot of people being turn away because they don't have an appointment. So if your planning in having your apple device check, make sure if it's appointment only or do they take walk-in to save you time and money.Other than that my experience was good. The employees are attentive and helpful though my device took them 7 days, the maximum amount, to fix even though they said it only took a factory reset to fix.
