Wifey phone upgrade from 6+ to 14. 6+ dying and needs to be constantly plugged for power.It was also in it's final ios update.Reseller store rep didn't have the power adapter but referred it to another Reseller kiosk just outside.Since I could only drool at my ultimate "want but not need" phone choice,Galaxy Z flip 4 256gb,I also bought at the Reseller kiosk a type-C to USB-A adapter for my online-bought 100w power type-C to type-C cord.Win-win.

Place is often fully stocked with the newest Apple Products even though other Apple Authorised Resellers nearby may be out of stock. It's a bit harder to find, so that's probably why they always have stocks.

I've waited for 3 hours to have my 1day old iPad fixed because of its video problem but they were unable to fix it. Instead, they told me they'd forward it to their service center and I should just wait for their call, such a waste of time. Not a happy customer here, although I must say their staff are friendly and helpful but resolution is what I'm looking for.

Great customer service. From the queue, the staff asked what product fits my ipad eventhough I didn't brought it. I took a picture of its box and showed it to them. The cashier even helped me do product testing to see any defect which is under warranty. Glad I visited this shop/service center.

Employees have an unpleasant attitude like they can’t be bothered to help you by answering simple product questions and when you do proceed, they look at you with the most bored, almost rude expressions on their faces. Would never spend a centavo here.

Disappointed as I could not get a battery for an older version phone but was able to get one directly across from them at one of the mall kiosks.Asked about a replacement battery for my iPhone 13 Pro Max and quoted me over 6000 pesos and a 3 week turnaround period.Again went to the kiosk across from them and had it replaced for 2500 and in 8 minutes… AND it was a genuine part.

Service is very slow. Need to ask for assistance more than a few times before someone gives you proper attention.Asked all the things needed to the staff and finally would purchase to later learn that the storw don't have stock of the items you were asking for.

We have the update phone numbers and still no response. This store should not be open for business if they will not even answer phones or they can't be reached through a call.I was informed that they are not answering the phone because the phone/celfone is not in the branch!!! I can attest that they made an excellent service when I brought my Macbook Air M1 for repair of the screen in which I still got a warranty out of it. Not only that, the woman is courteous and communicated with me for updates just to assure that I'll receive the item before the year ends.Thank you for your fast and reliable service.In addition, the shop is very spacious and is adjacent to the store and rest room. I hope they could install a TV monitor on the waiting area so the guests or customers are entertained while waiting for the diagnostics of their items.

I do not understand the hate in this service center. I was able able to replace my iPhone 6s Plus’ battery for only two hours. As long as your phone isn’t damaged (physical/liquid) and wasn’t opened by someone that isn’t Apple Certified, you’ll get good service.

I was talking to their support via viber app to have my macbook pro battery replaced, and they're charging for 43k including the "Top Case" which I dont need and I know for a fact that its not necessary to replace the Top Case for a Battery Replacement. Prior to talking to them, I talked to apple support and they told me it should cost $129 which converts to 6-7k. Would have gladly paid 10k including labor as long as the battery is genuine/original from apple, but 43k is too much. Might as well get a mac mini m1 instead.

Overall good customer service. Went for battery replacement and a said the process would take around 2-3 weeks for diagnosis and another 1-2 weeks for battery replacement. They completed the overall process in 3 weeks. However, not giving them full stars because of 2 reasons - they didn’t even bothered to clean the phone from inside. It’s basic service expectations. Last one is the diagnostic fee of 800 pesos. Really was not convinced with their response relating to this fee.
