I recently purchased my first Macbook and I must say this store provided me with a great customer experience. I was assisted by Cannes and she was so patient in dealing with me, she definitely knows the products well and gave me options what to pick based on my needs that would also suit my budget. I also had issues with my bank when I tried making the payment but she gave me options too on how to pay for a seamless transaction. What I like the most about her is that she doesn’t have any biases with the customers. She was very accommodating to everyone including the other staffs in the store that needed her help. Kudos to Cannes and def needs a raise!

I recently visited this store, but I was disappointed by the level of customer service I received. When I entered the store, none of the staff greeted me, and it felt unwelcoming. When I had questions about their products, the staff provided one-word answers without any further details or explanation. It was evident that customer service was not their priority.Their lack of effort to engage with customers was disheartening. It was as if they didn't care whether I purchased something or not. The staff just stood there and watched me as I examined their products, without offering any additional information or assistance. This was frustrating, as I wanted to know more about the products before making a purchase.I hope that your management team takes this matter seriously and works to improve the quality of customer service provided by your staff. Even a small effort, such as a friendly greeting or a polite response to customers' questions, can go a long way in making customers feel valued and appreciated. If no action is taken to address this issue, I fear that you may lose customers to competitors who offer better customer service.

The cashier keeps on asking another government-issued ID even if I gave my employment ID. I work in the government sector. I gave her a photo of my passport and she will not consider . She asked for the page with signature which does not have my signature yet. It seems like they cannot believe I have a credit card when I have been purchasing from the same store for 2 years now, using the same card.How can the cashier convince me that asking for another ID is for my protection when I am the one bringing my card? If they thought it was not my card, then I am not on the losing end because it is not my card anyway..The lady assistant immediately replied there is no more MacBook Air M2 512GB available when she did not check with the system yet.Both of them seemed to underestimate me just because I did not dress “appropriately” based on their standards. I just arrived from travel so I may look haggard. However, that is not an excuse to belittle customers whether we buy or not.It is not a good scene because there are other customers and the guard is looking at me because the cashier insists on looking for another card to verify my credit card.Why would they verify when I have an existing record of my installment due to be fully paid in the next 3 months. I also bought other items in the past years.Worse, even when I already have a record of membership and I already received a notification from their office a few months ago that that they already have available stocks on macbook so that I can already make my reservation, they still refuse to believe the same card and the same credit card and the same phone number I gave them before.The worst experience I ever had!That was on March 8,2023 between 1:30-2:20pm.I hope management will orient them again on customer service and customer delight.I am willing to talk to the management if they want to ask more details..

I don't know if its because I don't look pleasing or matawag na "dato" but it took minutes before they entertained me. I even noticed the guard who kept on glancing at me as if I don't have the money to buy there. Soon as I enter, not one staff has greeted me as their customer, I had to wait for a few minutes because it seems like they're really busy on something else instead of attending to the needs of their customer. I was the one who took the initiative to approach the lady staff and inquire about my purchase. Overall, bad experience for me. There was never enough assistance, maybe because there were only two of them inside the store. I hope the bad service will not be experienced by other customers.

I gave benefit of the doubt of the store based on the other customer reviews, it’s not the store has a problem. It’s the staff needs to be seminar! The staff there has no customer service at all. They’re busy doing their personal things like browsing social media on their phone while customers are coming in, didn’t greeted or ask for assisting me or any customers coming in. Not even up selling their products. Didn’t get any information from me whenever the item will be available so they can contact me, not like iStore in IT Park. The owner needs to pay attention to their staff!

the store is not accessible, but good for those who live nearby the compound. It is located inside a village, where you have to ride trisikad just to get to the store. They offer variety of goods, just like any other sari-sari store would do. The establishment was great, but the location for me is a thumbs down.
