The food was good but the service was terrible. I found a hair sa rice but all they did was replace the rice and they did not even care to apologize at all. The staff were all "nakasimangot". None of them are happily serving. Service was also slow and I had to repeat the refill request a couple of times. They even forgot to serve our dessert. That 6% service charge was not worth it for that kind of service.

This used to be a Go to place for me and my Fam, back in the day the service was great! The staff are very attentive and all, however like the saying nothing stays permanent in this world, had the opportunity to dine in again after almost a year moving to a new house outside manila, I miss this place so much, the food was great, however the service changed, before you raise your hand, a crew ask, in less than 2 min, what you ask arrived, now it changed. I had to approach the staff desk just for the lettuce I asked to reach our desk more than 5 from the initial request, you ask for a side dish refill, and it arrives after 7 min from the requested time. I miss the old days where the old crew can deliver excellent service despite being outnumbered by customers, those crews where you can feel their excitement and smiles on their faces even though their facemasks are covering them.I also wanted to add, the side dishes for 6 people, should not be side dishes for 3.

Great cozy place, cant go wrong with the traditional korean food. The Ramyen could be improved for the price, it looked like a instantaneus ramyen home made in 3min and not fresh. Also, staff should be more careful when taking the garbage out so close to the clients food..maybe theres no other way to do it but timming wasnt good. For that reason, if you go to this place, try to eat far away from the main door path.

Soban is one of the nicest samgyupsals in PH. Kudos to the team for maintaining the same level of high quality meat and ingredient, professionalism, hospitality and great service. My personal favorite is their sumptuous Woo Samgyup (thin sliced beef) as it is very juicy, fresh, and flavorful; no marinate needed! Plus their Kimchi tastes authentic and so far one of the best Kimchi I have ever tasted. Thank you so much for the exceptional service and food, Soban Robinsons Manila team and shout-out to Calvin for accommodating to our needs. 💜

Whenever I think of the usual crowd in Samgyupsal places, I abandon the thought of dining in because of the pandemic. In this place, it's not crowded even during peak lunch hours so I was really comfortable.We availed their meal set for 2 people for the price of P1,500. They may not offer unlimited meats but the quality made up for it. Also, there were many side dishes.It was a great first Samgyupsal experience in this pandemic.

We had lunch here today its Fathers Day as we celebrate 🍾 this special day for all dads. I like this restaurant they have lots of food choices taste good and the staff are accommodating and served us well. They give discounts for Senior Citizens, PWD and 500 pesos for young children. For senior who reached the age of 75 years old and above they can only be charged half price of the buffet rates. Try to have lunch or dinner here. Their beer 🍺 is unlimited. He he he men will enjoy 😉

Just find another buffet restaurant. Wanted to celebrate a birthday a few days ago. Arrived at around 7, and to our dismay, a lot of menu items were unavailable and won’t be refilled. Their supposed signature lechon kawali is not available. Food were being taken back in the kitchen early when there were still diners. And during the payment, the server gave us an attitude, saying “tsk”in annoyance and sarcastically replying to the other server that we have not paid because my companion who was supposed to pay was getting us drinks. Lastly, the food was not special. I did not eat well because the quality is much worse than the last time. Even the broth did not taste like how it’s supposed to. Just save your money and eat somewhere else.

Just recently dine in for lunch there, a lot of changes was done. me and my family usually eat there when we celebrate events so i somehow know what changed, first of its a lot more cleaner than before, the service before was better than right now(way better), the staff right now doesn't listen very well, I kinda over heard this couple complaining with each other that they were given the wrong soup base and the guy stated that he clearly asked for a chicken broth and ask the staff to ask his wife if she wanted sour soup base(sinigang) but ended up getting the said soup for his and his wife a different broth, food was so so, some of the food was fresh but some of the frozen balls that after getting cooked tasted old inside so probably old stocks, the noodles that i always get( one of the reasons i eat there) , the green and the black colored noodles was replaced by a glass noodle that is typically not popular, ramen noodles that by the looks of it came from instant ramen packages and the sotanghon noodles, sadly they removed the noodles that is way better than that of what they have now. the japanese food side, it was good that they added a kani salad on the menu. all in all it was still a good experience even though a lot has changed. just hoping that they will bring back those noodles.

It’s kinda sad already entering buffet restaurants lately. You are no longer given the privilege to get how much you want to eat...well you can always ask the servers for more but the excitement of digging in the food has been taken away from you.Tong Yang has been around for quite some tine already. It’s not my first time here but things have indeed changed. Considering the Christmas atmosphere, this place looked so garish and sad. Well thanks to the staff, it somehow normalized the ambience.Today, there were no shrimps available. Quite sad but the shellfish, salmon and bony maya maya made up for the absence. You are still given choices of soup base so we settled for the all time favorites-sate and sinigang (deliciously sour!). There were a lot of mushroom and lobster balls!There was so much given to us for 2 people. Another miss if you would not be allowed to get the portions you know you can finish.

Offers a good chinese barbeque experience. But dont expect too much from the service crew they got their hands full. Its different now, your orders will be taken via table, via list on the table. Service takes long as they have their hands full taking and completing the orders.More or less 600php on regular lunch days700php for holidays lunch.Not worth the fee. All4u unlimited and vikings still would be a better option.

Visited this place once but I know that I will come back here. This is highly recommended if you are into steak and barbecue. They are well-cooked with tasty sauce. The price is reasonable. The staff are also friendly and seems happy to assist.

To be fair, RACKS introduced me to fish &chips. I remember that branch along Pasay Road (now long gone 😢) where I had my first big serving of F&C wrapped in newspaper imitations and the liberal dousing of that sour vinegar! Closest to being British indeed 🇬🇧Sadly, all of those memories have faded together with the serving size when I tried RACKS again after quite some time. Even a McDonald’s Happy Meal will make you more satisfied than the expensive Blue Plate set meal I got.

- Bad service. Servers are inattentive. Place is mostly empty but everyone seems to have tunnel vision.- food quality is not up to par with what you'd expect from RACKS. We ordered surf 'n turf and rib & chicken plate.- The fish's breading is overcooked/on the verge of being burnt, but the fish itself seems to be cooked just enough. The portion is 1/4 of the size shown in the menu.- The chicken leg seems like it came from a malnourished chicken. It's pale, and the portion is really small.- For the pork ribs, the portion is similar to what is shown on the menu. However, it is TOUGH, far from the "falls of the bone" ribs that RACKS is known for. First time to have leftovers; it's that disappointing.

Food was very filling. The side dishes complimented the main dishes very well. Staff was always on standby to cater to diner's requests. There was a queue going into the restaurant which goes to show how well they are doing.

Service is TERRIFIC! We contacted them via facebook to make a reservation since we came in a big group with a PWD. We went here on a Saturday lunch to avail the CITI 50% off discount, and they were happy to attend to our orders, they informed us ahead of time that the bundles are not included in the 50% off discount.Complimentary bread and peanuts are served while waiting for our orders. The bread is freshly baked, incredibly soft and sweet, served with cinnamon butter. The peanuts are also freshly roasted. They give free ice cream for the kids, and 2 scoops for the birthday celebrant. It was really entertaining because they interacted with the celebrant while singing to them, letting them ride the saddle, wearing a cowboy hat while chanting "Yeehaw!". Such great service! For the food, I will definitely come back for the Cheesy Jalapeno Poppers and the Nachos.

Good service and big servings. Waiting time for the food to be served was approx 10-15 mins but they served (at least the appetizers) within 5 minutes.Steak is tender but the taste can be improved. This is definitely one of my favorite steak places, but it is on the expensive side. Although because they have a promo with BPI and Citibank it was well worth it.Their bread is amazing with a cinnamon butter which can be like dessert.New York Strip Steak with shrimp was also great loved it with mashed potatoes and mix Vegs.Now their signature bundles are actually worth the money, because of how big they are and how good they taste.Overall great place to have steak and a meal.

The price of the food is very reasonable considering the serving sizes. The free bread as usual is divine and I can’t help but order some for take out. The staffs and supervisor are attentive, friendly, and approachable. Our server Calvin also made sure our food are served on time. One thing that I would like them to improve on is the presentation or plating of the food. I ordered an 8 oz New York strip and the plating was sad… and poor just like the slums in Tondo Manila. 😁 Kidding aside, it was poorly plated. My steak and the garlic side dish were served on a large white plate with nothing else like simple garnishes etc. Same with the half slab ribs that my mama ordered and the sirloin steak that dad had.The servers and supervisor also did a Manila Girl cowboy inspired dance. It was cool and fun.

I'm still sitting here waiting to pay, so this is a great time to write about how terrible the service has been tonight.The wait to get in was short, I waited longer to get any kind of service once I was seated. 15 minutes in I have someone come to take my order. I already knew everything I wanted and laid it out. 20-25 minutes she said. 40 minutes after this, nothing, not even a drink. A few more minutes and my drink shows, 10 more (almost an hour in) everything else shows up, "appetizer" and main course. I guess they don't understand the concept of appetizers? Well, the kitchen did because the chicken bites were cold and had probably been sitting not sent to my table for 30 minutes.Did I mention they also dropped off some chips and salsa with my food? Well, they did, and they were nasty. Undercooked and soft, and gummy.So I've attached pictures of the sizzling chicken. Where's the chicken? It's the smallest mote of chicken known to man.Never did get a refill. I've been done eating about 20 minutes now, and there's noone available to take my money. I don't think they'd notice if I just left.

I wasn’t sure about a TGI Fridays in the Philippines, but it was actually better service than I get in the US. Andrea was an amazing server & return to my table several times to check on my date & I. This is the place I go when I need a little taste of home (USA) they have plenty of American dishes that actually taste American. The food was all pretty good and they didn't give me grief when I made a little change like adding bacon bits to the Mac n Cheese dish I ordered. They also give you complimentary chips and dip. I was pleasantly surprised that they were so good. They were warm and fresh with a good taste and texture. We ordered Mac n Cheese with chicken and bacon bits. As well as a TGI Fridays signature burger. The Mac n cheese was great. As well as the burger although they forgot the cheese and onions which was weird. Over all it was a great experience the staff was really nice.

My husband and I came here for brunch. We sat at the bar and the bartender was nice and sweet. We had a pleasant experience overall. The place plays music and the volume was just right; not loud and annoying. I ordered the Salisbury Steak and my husband ordered the Burger. I’d say our food was good because we finished it all. This place has no WIFI though, which is not really a deal breaker for me. I’m here to eat anyway LOL. This place is accessible to handicap or people on wheelchair as it is on the ground floor of Robinson’s Place and there are no stairs. It is a great place to bring all your family and fiends to enjoy good food and drinks. I’ve eaten here several times. You should try this place too.

Overall food was great. However the pasta is a bit mushy. I woukd also suggest to finish the steak qyickly as it gets cold in only a short time which makes the meat unchewable. Special thanks to Jake for the quick mojito refills on our mojito free flow.

It was my first time trying Denny's when we dined. The food menu was massive too much to choose from and with filipino foods in it. We tried Arroz Caldo which was so good. I feel like I was not eating in a restaurant, it tastes like comfort and very authentic. The burgers was so good as well. The juicy patty that they have wherein you can also choose how well it will be cooked. The banana hazelnut waffle was so good as well. Affogatto, was very nice. Coffee was not too strong and at a very affordable price. The atmosphere in this branch was so so. Maybe because they just renovate this place from its previous owner of the spot. It didnt look fitting for me. But, overall it was a satisfying dining experience for us. Will definitely return and try other things in their menu.

First time to dine at denny's. Their cranberry chicken salad is exceptional and the sweetness of their chocolate overload with peanut butter pancake is just right. Their service is also good. I think the only downside is their airconditioning. The spot we got is kinda hot. But other than that it's still a great experience.

After my morning jog, I thought of sitting to await the opening of Rob but I ordered anyway. Good food, good ambience, good staff worth to mention Mitch who delighted me. I had double espresso and pancakes. I love their contemporary design, the humor infused in their framed wall decors. Charming especially the owl. The ceiling and lights are modern which adds on to a good ambience. Visit Denny's for a delighting moment with your coffee.

Its my 1st but Mitch was such a charm! I thought of just wait for Rob to open but I ordered anyway. Service is good complemented by good food, good ambience. Their wall frames are infused with good humor, charming. The owl is stunning! Ceiling of the dining area is contemporary, I love it with its modern lights. Dining area is clean and staff are discreet. Washroom is super clean, well maintained. Visit one of these days and experience Denny's, always at its best!

Food is great. The ribs is tender and delicious. The pancake puppies were also very good with the syrup. This restaurant is part of the Bistro group (together with TGIF, Italiani's, etc.) so they also offer discounts if you are a member. Their service is also great and the serving time is about 5 to 10 minutes. Choices for beverages are also wide. We also.had chicken teriyaki and a breakfast big plate.

Please see comments on Yakimix published on line:Shiro Kage — 1 starWorst I've gone to. Far from the "Prime" label they supposedly embody. Takes a long while to refill dishes, floors are sticky, some staff need a lot of training especially on courtesy. Right from the attendant who seats guests, the waiting staff and most of all the manager who thinks he can just shrug off customer complaints. Ventilation is poor. One of the staff admitted that they turn off AC units even while there are still guests, probably to make them leave earlier.

Yakimix is open again for vaccinated people. Still has good food selection. The staff are super kind too.Update: March 2023Food selection had diminishing, The sashimi section took time to refill, i had to wait for 10-15mins plus the items were a bit colder than chilled, the meat selection is just ok, the cooked foods also took time to refill, the tonkatsu was a bit salty for me and lastly the Italian meatballs were uncooked inside(demn)!!!Staff were as nice as ever. Hope they improve further.

For the price per head, food selection not wide enough but most dishes are mediocre to quite good. Poor dessert choices. Tables are too crammy in layout. Place has poor noise control and everyone is almost shouting across tables to talk. Many birthday celebrants and raucous singing and shouting every now and then, quite disruptive unless you are a loud party goer yourself. Have some concerns about virus spreading easily within restaurant.

The price is quite affordable compared to other buffet restos, just be ready for a brawl when you want to dine here. You either lose your patience over the person ahead of you for dumping all the food on their plate OR you feel anger rising in you because the bestsellers on the buffet table are not quickly replenished.After tasting their fare you would think how much of your money (and time!) have gone to waste.Sadly, this place did not age too well

Have been to other yakimix and this is the one that will make me not ever come back. Limited selection. Overcooked chicken feet. Over breaded crab sticks. Pineapples on yang chow. Then the chocolate mouss and. Cheese cake? 🤮 texture - marshmallow like. I hope they fix their food.

YUCKY MIX --- I'd give this place half a star if it was an option.. and that is simply because they serve sushi. Nothing worth coming back to in this place. It would seem like the staff had training on how exactly NOT to treat customers right! We were 16 in our group, and they had the gall to charge us P400 for leftover which would not have been the case if their cooking equipment was properly working. Very unsanitary too, no wonder they dont want cameras in their buffet table. This experience ruined my natural liking for sushi restos. Never again.

Not like other Gerry's Grill, their serving time was a little bit delayed. Their "Pinakbit" was not like the Pinakbit's taste from Dumaguete's branch.However, the "Sinigang na Boneless Bangus", has more slices and really tastes good.The Ube Macapono Delight also tastes good.

The food is good and affordable. The staff is accomodating waiting time for the order is 15-20 mins. Best resto to eat if you want Filipino dishes they also serve beers.Sometimes it's too crowded specially on dinner and lunch

Ok, for us, this restaurant is really great. Food is delicious, we took two elder here, they like it too. And it's reaaaaaaally cheap.... Staff is kind and patient, service is great.

Such a blessed chance to taste Coco Curry again. I missed Japan and to bring my Fiance here to taste for the first time, and this is our first time seeing each other (4year LDR). First time in a curry chain and was impressed by all of it. Lots of customization options like amount of rice, rice types, spice levels, add-ons. Great quality of food and value. The soup was made of good dashi. Only real gripe is the pork cutlet was a little more heavily breaded. Thats about itFood came out really fast. Staff were attentive. Would go again if given the chance.

Awesome food! Fantastic service. Tried their shrimp gratin and chose multi grain rice this time, and was not disappointed. It was hot, cheesy and sumptuous. We also got the omelette pork katsu curry which was very mouth watering and filling.

It's my first time dining at Coco's because a friend recommended it to me and my expectations were met. The service is great, they have approachable staffs. The food is also great. They have big servings. I also like how you can get to customize your curry's spice level, the portion of the rice and if you want to have toppings on it. I ordered a pork cutlet with omelette curry with the standard spice level and an apple juice. Will try to come back again and bring my sibs for them to also try the curry here.

Food was good but i think it was not a good value for the money. We had 2 curry dishes and 2 bottles of water. The total was about 1200 pesos. We ate at a Korean restaurant the day before. We had their bap bowls with unlimited kimchi. Less that 800 pesos total.

Great curry, we had the Pork Cutlet Omelette Curry and it was really tasty, you get to choose the level of spiciness in your dish from a range of standard to 10 being the spiciest.

It’s been a while since I have been to a Kenny Roger’s. Nothing has changed except for the serving size…it has smaller proportions (or did I just grow up?)The famous muffins have shrunk from the last time I remember. Their take out looks so cute though; like a bento box!

This is a branch of the American roast chicken chain Kenny Rogers named after the world famous country musician. They serve delicious roast chicken here as well as juicy ribs. You can order chicken by the quarter, half or whole. For ribs, you can order a whole slab or half slab. They also serve corn muffins and a large variety of side dishes to which the most popular ones are the Mac n cheese, buttered corn and carrots, and Tex Mex macaroni.

No Chicken @1130am. So sad. We just came over to have these picture-perfect and look-like tasty Mango habanero Chix. What a disappointment considering the time. No customers during that period .why it seems no more smiles from the cashier staff and why using abbreviated codes in asking for my side dish which is Im not aware of? Or perhaps need to bring my Siri for better understanding. Next time. The place is clean.thanks

Visited Kenny Rogers today for the first time. The food wasn’t hot when delivered to the table, but it tasted fresh enough. I did enjoy the ribs, however I wish there were more choices for bbq sauce. Everything appeared clean & we both left full! I would recommend this location to anyone who likes veggies, chicken and ribs!

Wanted to try their chimichurri chicken that's why we dined here. It was late lunch on a weekday, around 3'ish, and the place is close to full but still not too crowded. I loved the taste of the chimichurri sauce on the roasted chicken, it's kind of the same texture and appearance as pesto sauce, but their chimi is much spicier (still tolerable though) and I think there's a hint of some vinegar because there was a sour or tangy taste to it. Chimichurri is made of garlic, parsley, olive oil, chili and i think some puts oregano too. The chicken was good and not dry, the vegetable sides were half cooked which i also liked. Dining area was clean but it was warm inside, their AC is probably faulty i hope they fix it. Would have given it 4 stars if not for this.

Side dishes were good but the Roasted Chicken was dry. Caesar salad dressing was too salty. Service was okay though.

Service is over the top! There was a long queue when we dine in this restaurant since it was lunch time however the manager and the crew made sure that we are comfortable enough with the seating arrangement as we have a child with us. The food were delivered on time though they ran out of bacon roasted chicken, they were kind enough to suggest their original roasted chicken instead. It was still good and will definitely come back for that best seller bacon roasted.Recommended:✅Roast Chicken✅Corn Muffin
